This was my first experience of renting bike in Manali and I'd prefer to go there again next time. I rented a skooty. The rent was decent. The skooty was clean and sturdy. The owner was good and helpful. If you want to rent a bike from Manali Mall Road, Go for it.

It was an amazing experience roaming around and in Manali having one's own vehicle/scooty. The scooty was fairly in a good condition so there wasn't any hindrance to the enjoyment part. Mr. Tenzin was very helpful from his side as well.

It was wonderful, that we were able to avail services from scooter rentals manali.
We reached manali on 07th of may and quickly started to look for scooty on hire, however owing to the busy season at manali the cost for a scooty on hire was skyrocketed. After checking with 3-4 places we came across scooter rentals manali while browsing online, at 1st we were doubtful of what might come our way as recently we had been a subject of poor service at the hand of similar services online, however we went through with the decision, and it was indeed a blessing in disguise, not only the rental service was for a reasonable rate, they were throughly professional and really helpful, we got a whole city map and the guidance for places to visit on weekends and weekdays and even the time of day to visit these places to avoid rush and overcrowding.
I would also like to mention regarding their service, we got a flat tire on highway at approx 9: 30AM with no where to go, we didn't had much clue of what to do, so we called them for guidance, they informed us for a nearby shop and we obliged but still it was a task to take the scooty myself for repair for a kilometer on a steep road and to our surprise, Mr. Tenzin sent one his staff to attend us and the staff took the scooty and got it repaired for us and gave us back. How often do you see this happening, usually the issue lies with the customer from the time scooty or any vehicle is given on rent, and customer have to deal with all the issues.

We rented scooty for 5 days from Tenzin for sightseeing in and around manali. Scooty was in good condition but in between faced miner issue and Tenzin got the scooty changed immediately, no issues after that. Also we took our Rohtang trip arranged from Tenzin at the last moment and Tenzin was very prompt to get vehicle and permits arranged immediately. He is friendly and open to suggestions. The team has helped in providing a good scooty that is in condition for rental. Unlike other rental service, they do check for your license, have a detailed terms & guidelines and proper application filing process. The security deposit is totally refundable provided the bike is returned in condition.

The petrol station is 200 mts away from the office so you can fill up and get on with your ride. The office is nearby market as well. After the ride, you can go for shopping or dinner in the market road

The team has been pro-active, quiet helpful and supportive throughout. Being a solo traveller and not native to North India, it's been hard to communicate in general with other service providers. It is not the case with this team.

I shall definitely look out to rent once again with the team when I visit Manali.

One thing that can be improved is the pick-up time.we got delayed but this seems common around Manali.

Before I jump onto how good and courteous Mr Tenzin is because I've got lots to say there let me just get the basics away.
The scooter I get was a TVS Jupiter in perfect condition almost new. It had no issues whatsoever and was a joy to ride all around Manali. I drove it till Solang valley in December with a fresh snowfall with snow all around and genuinely had no issues. Also, the rates offered to me were the minimum as he was the 5th person I called while trying to get a rental scooter.
Having said that let me talk a little about Mr Tenzin himself the owner. This person is a straight out gem he's so sweet he got the scooty to our hotel explained us about the terrains in the various different areas and ofcourse the route and the map as well. He even suggested some of the best places to eat at which are kind of hidden and only known to the locals and when I went to return his scooter he and his brother even gave us a free ride till the bus stop with our carriage and waited there with us till we didn't find our bus and were comfortably sat.

All in all the scooter rental is the cheapest and best you could find. But let me say that meeting Mr Tenzin one of the best parts of my trip.

Staff are so good to customers. We rented bikes here. One of our bike was not good in condition so we wanted to replace for another but we filled fuel. But they replaced fuel also.

Tourist Scooty is one of the best option if you are willing to hire Scooty. It's on the Mall road only. They gave me new Scooty and I did not face any issue with it. I hired it for 4 days. This made my stay more comfortable. I need not to hire auto or taxi everytime as I stayed in Log hut area. Also, roamed around almost every tourist spot. During peak season, due to heavy traffic, it's very difficult to go anywhere with taxi so two-wheeler is the best option.
