Strong Complaint about Unacceptable Service, Staff Attitude

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal service and unprofessional conduct of the staff at Shanti Stay Hotel.

The owner's shocking level of rudeness and utter carelessness, combined with the persistently poor attitude displayed by the entire staff, turned my stay into an utterly unpleasant experience. (READ THRU SOME COMMENTS ON HIS LEVEL OF RUDENESS)

Furthermore, the quality of the food served was nothing short of disastrous, with a complete lack of taste and a dismal standard of preparation. As a paying customer, I had every right to expect superior treatment and a far more enjoyable dining experience.

I don't know how is it cz I've never stayed there.
If you want to stay just go to little hamlet just opposite of it.

The staff is very good in hospitality. They help you with close treks or places you can visit.

Unnecessarily priced high. Especially the foods. Even if you dare to stay here don't dare to have your food here. It's better to have food from some place else but definitely not this place.

Location: In a village chuj which is 3 km away from main kasol. 1.5-2 km is the main road which leads to kasol and the other 1 is a trek in itself to reach the guest house, as the route is highly unadvisable to travel at night or if you are tired after a day long trek.

Infrastructure: It is a decent building with decent rooms.

Service: The staff is good and quick but the owner is quick to lose his calm and become volatile, which for me is a big NO. Not advisable for girls travelling alone.

Food: The food served is below average in taste and high in price comparatively.

Edit 1: As soon as I posted this review, which according to me was an honest one, I received a call from the owner threatening me to never be seen in the valley again, failing which I will face consequences.

Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The food served is good and tasty. The view from the cafe is heavenly. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Great hospitality. However the passage which connects cafe and the main road is quiet tricky which is because it is located in Parvati Valley so it is suggested to check-in during day if you have lot of luggage with you.
The location is exotic, heavenly and very peaceful. One can enjoy nature to it's fullest here.

Very inconvenient to reach the location especially with all the luggage with you. Have to climb uphill for 15 mins on steep trails. No room service. Could have been good for a budget stay but not worth the price I paid.
