Sharma villa / Shimla Valley Homestay

It's a good place for vacation. I stayed there for 1 month. Nice views from room. Basic kitchen with all the amenities. Not recommended for aged people. As you have to climb 220 steep stairs to come to main road although if you have your own four wheeler you can also go there by road.

I came across the site when I am on an vacation trip. Once I reached Shimla I am amazed because weather is so soothing. So me and my 2 friends decided to stay here for more time. We are searching for a location where we can book by ourselves so we came across this Shimla Valley Homestay. Both the property handling authorities are brothers and owns the property they welcomed us with greetings. There is also an natural source of water nearby where we tasted real water of Himalayas. Very good property. After seeing pictures I was bit confused. But When we actually see the rooms, dining area lobby everything is awesome and cleanliness. Very reasonable priced and well maintained. Best thing they have covered car parking. This place is very peaceful and nice valley view.

It is awesome place which is 5 km from Shimla bus stand. They are giving home stay on monthly, quarterly & annually basis on pocket friendly price. It is new building and everything is near and clean. Best place for work from home people. They are giving fully furnished homes with complete kitchen set.

Stayed for a month and it is very beautiful, hygienic and peaceful place and if you are looking for a place for workcation thn this place is for you.property owners behaviour is also very good.

We came here to wfh n piece of mind. Owners here are very humble and helpful. We rented an apartment for a month and everything was taken care of by owners (even milk from their own cows)
About the apartment its fully furnished 1 bhk (rent+refundable security+electricity bill) with covered car parking, big room heater, separate kitchen where you can cook your own food, roam on the terrace, play with their dog (german shepherd).
To reach the place you need to either walk downhill or ride on an unmettled road which wasnt a problem for us at all but you have to be mindful if you are visiting with an elder.
You can buy groceries, veggies, clothes cigarettes from their shop on the main road and to roam in shimla I will advice you to take hrtc bus rather than taking out your vehicle and getting stuck in shimla's traffic (way way worse the delhi mumbai or even bangalore).
Until pandemic cycles are over, you wont be willingly leaving this amazing vicinity and go back to polluted city life.
