This hotel has rooms with the best view of Shimla hills. You can clearly see the Jakhoo Temple's Hanuman Ji statue from the comfort of your room's balcony. The rooms are super clean and offer great comfort to the guests. Each room is well equipped with every imaginable creature comfort. Superb standards of hygiene n cleanliness are being maintained by the hotel. The staff is very cooperative and forthcoming in attending to your needs. I really had a great time staying here n I will come again to stay in this property in the near future as well.

No need to get a room here.
1. There is no power backup. If supply is down, there is nothing you can do about it.
2. No cards accepted. You have to carry cash with you if you want the room. And the room rent is to be deposited in advance.
3. Whole hotel just shuts down. I mean they lock down the shutters of the hotel entrance at 10: 00 PM. There would be no one at the reception to help you out. You can't even get to your car if you want something from the car.

Hosts are very welcoming and very friendly, service here is impeccable and rooms were very clean. Food is amazing and the portion size was really very good. Loved the stay and interacting with the hosts.

The best thing about the place are the people who run it. These are some of the best people I have ever met and I can't wait to come back just to meet them again. The food is also very very good.

Booked the property from Airbnb for a period of 6 days and it was really worth.

1. Really impressed with the services and the quick turnaround time for any request.
2. Flat is very spacious and well maintained with quality interiors and all the basic utensils are available for cooking. The common space outside the flat is quite big where you can sit for a cup of coffee/tea and enjoy the nature’s lap.
3. If you do not prefer cooking, there’s a restaurant in the premises from where you can order the delicious food. This is very beneficial as sometimes you may feel lazy during your stay and food is just a phone call away.
4. People in himachal are very generous and considerate so is the case with every individual, be it the owner, caretaker or the people providing the services that I came across during my stay at Sharma’s destination
5. The views from both the bedrooms and drawing rooms are mesmerising, as this home stay now holds a special place in my heart, I would never have to explore new options while planning a trip to Shimla next time.
6. Ample parking space is available which is generally lacking at hill stations
7. Grocery shops are just 70-80 metres away and one can stroll and get the necessary items and they also deliver to your door step

All in all best place to stay and I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to spend quality time in Shimla

We had a satisfying stay at this homestay. We stayed at premium room which was clean and had the premium look. The amenities provided in the room was sufficient. The view from balcony could had been much better had there not been any extended construction work nearby homestay, which covered most of the views from the balcony. The breakfast was good and there is no problem with car parking facility. The homestay is on the approach road towards Naldera.

Beware of the monkeys coming in the balcony. Don't leave your balcony open else they will enter the room.

Had a wonderful stay. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the mountain and feel the cool breeze.

Stayed in 2BHK, good maintained but improvement in maintenance still required e.g. No bathroom chappal was there. Bed sheets are not changed daily. Bathing Towels are not provided. Dustbin are absent from the rooms. Wall clock absent. Overall recommended for peaceful stay. The owner Mr Sharma is very submissive and a noble man.

Totally recommend this place. They have a great view with great accommodation. My weekend was a fun getaway because of their humble hospitality.

Neat and clean place to stay in ca, atmosphere, if you are travelling to relax your self from the crowded place you must visit this town.flats are available on monthly and yearly basis as well.

A very peaceful place it is. This place has amazing view of natural beauty. I am totally satisfied with this place in terms of services and food. Will surely visit again.

First thing first - Easily accessible best location, quiet place, surrounding by natural pine forest, multistorey building with private rooms and apartment with kitchen (only in Apartment) at best and reasonable price. Free parking, restaurant which is reasonable too, food is taste and nice, cleanliness and hygiene maintain. Market at walking distance. Only thing I don't like personally, its owner bit rude but it doesn't matter, place was nice. Card payment not acceptable there. Ask me if wants to know something else about that place.

Not worth a place to stay. Horrible rooms and washroom. Poor upkeep. View from the balcony is good. Food is also tasty.
But overall not recommended to those who want to have a comfortable stay especially with families.
No proper water supplies in washrooms, no hot water, no operational TV, no intercom to reception or housekeeping.

Now I am writing this in reply to the owner's response without editing my original one.

Mr. Owner,

(1) You should learn to accept the shortfalls in your services and place as this is feedback from other customers too. One more customer was also shouting at the front desk when we were checking out highlighting his problems but no one was listening. There is no personal vendetta for any guest for criticism or posting a non genuine review

(2) This is true that booking your place was our own decision but We actually regret this as there was no time to go anywhere else with my elderly parents.

(3) We never asked for a complimentary breakfast after rates were finalized. Rather we did our breakfast after checking out.

(4) We were even not given the bill of payment although the rates were inclusive of all taxes.

(5) How can a guest come 2 floors down every time he needs something like blanket or pillows or towels if there is no intercom in the whole apartment.

Awsum place Clean Apartment with specious area, helpful staff, Food was awsum specially paneer items. We will definitely visiting soon.

A small dining place with good authentic homemade food. Very light home type food good for health with less oil and good taste. Their stuffed paranthas, daal tadka and paneer bhurji and chhole bhature were excellent.

Situation in a peaceful environment in the heart of Mashobra lies Sharma's homestay. Superb hospitality by the host Abhinav. He made sure our stay was super comfortable.
Comfortable and clean rooms, internet is superfast, good food and on site parking space. Must visit.
