Worst place to visit manager nature is so harsh they get commit first and and then at at time they regret dont trust them

We ordered the dinner from this restaurant the naan were burned and the quality was worst than expected.even the quantity was less.

It's a good place to dine in with friends and family. Although, they forgot to serve us our papad, but that's okay because food had decently good taste. Also, the hostess was pretty kind with us and she knew her work.

We had a halt at Kalka Railway Station and had dinner at Shelly Resturant which is at walking distance. The place is upscaled family dine-in and offers Indian and Chinese cuisine. Unfortunately, it took a lot of time to prepare dishes and service was slow. Also, a lot of item on the menu was unavailable and we were informed post 15-20 minutes after placing the order.

In Kalka town most affordable and with lots of eating varieties one can go have wonderful meals

When we ordered food the chicken was old and was microwaved. Mushroom were apart the gravy seemed like it has been mixed and served. Apart from that when we ordered another thing he said ki u might be getting late for the train then he willingly delayed our order very poor service by some people.

Pathetic Food they serve you frozen food.i ordered chicken dish, chill Paneer and spring roll all food served frozen. Totally unhealthy food.

We arrived here after our toy train journey to rest and have dinner. This is located at the walking distance from the Kalka station. Food is nice and not so costly. This air conditioned restaurant has clean washrooms also. Variety of food options available (Veg Only)

The price is a bit on the upper end but food is okay. I tried butter chicken and naan and its was average. If u r boarding the train from kalka station and want decent place to sit n eat then can try this place. 800-1000 for two people.

Good ambience. Food was good. Quantity is very less compared to price. Sitting arrangements can be better as there is very less space left between two tables.

Earlier the food was really good and the quantity was also good but now neither the food nor the service is good. If you'll go for late night dinner they'll treat you like a burden on them. The staff is not polite at all.

Considering Kalka standard, this resturants is really good. Its very near to railway station. Very clean and food taste great. Waiting s very less. It is a ac resturant.

Very poor hospitality. The man at reception keeps himself busy by switching fan on and then off and then on.

Several times we have said that donot switch off the fan as its too conjusted and warm atmosphere, the AC was not working. Order getting delayed as they have less man power.

I would not recommend dine in here.

"SHELLY" Best dinning place in Pinjore and Kalka, delicious and clean food beautifully presented with reasonable price.

Staff behaviour was very pleasing and always ready to help, Service was excellent.

Restaurant is good for everyone, especially for family with kids.
They have outside and inside places for guests and playground for kids that become comfortable for couples with kids. You can try there most yummy Italian ice cream in Sousse city. The waiters are funny, always smile, and know English language. Dishes, drinks, cocktails are not expensive. You can also watch football matches there. If you are going to visit this place don't forget to order there a shahi panneer We've got relax and our kids were happy.

Very bad experience with customer service.suppliers are not user friendly, also they are charging more than MRP for some kinds.

Food is awesome, but the problem is limited capacity else everything is fine. Please come after making a call, otherwise you needs to wait outside the restaurant.

I went to this restaurant today 15/2/20 and I ordered chilli garlick noodles. And inspite of saying "keep it less spicy" it was hell of a spicy.and the most reduces part was. There were whole dried red chilli in the noodles like the once used in 'punjabi tadka' it was the first time I saw whole dried red chilli in noodles.

Good food! Decent ambience. Wait time for food on the table is a nightmare. Hopefully will see it better next trip.

They did not have anything we requested from the menu and were not particularly helpful e.g. Asked for veg options and they suggested chilli chicken! A total waste of time, especially given we had limited time due to a train departure

The management here is extremely poor, food quality so so it took more than 20mins for table cleaning, driven by tourists only hence they don't value local consumers.

Taste wise good. Takes 50-60 mins to deliver. It was difficult to find menu online for this restaurant. So attached the same here. BTW Paneer Tikka Butter Masala is worth to try.

We walked 300m away from the train station thinking we may find a snack. Shelleys was amazing. Veg thali was like a gourmet thali. So rich and tasty. Nice room, ambiance and people too.i would run up that road next time.
