Best resort to stay with your family. The magnificent hill view from your door window makes your stay more cheerful and mesmerizing view of the lush green forests feels like you are in heaven. Not good place to stay in winters as commute to main market is little difficult.

Quality is never an accident, it is always the result for some special efforts made.

We {2 families} stayed over for 2 nigbts. It was the perfect size and space for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Great experience 5 stars.

Pros: supportive staff and rooms are big and clean
Cons: approach is very risky total slope area (although they provide driver to reach at top but still it's very dangerous to reach there), breakfast and lunch are good but juice me water zyada he milla diya tha.so pata chal raha tha.lolz,

Although I can rate this resort a good one bc of there supporive staff but I would recommend if u r not perfect drive or no local driver with u then try other resort

The resort was perfectly situated in the mountains. Far from Hussle and bustle of Shimla main roads. I'm cutting out one star because of the couch in the rooms were not clean. Otherwise, peaceful location to rejuvenate yourself to tackle busy city life.

A great tranquil experience amidst the lush green havens

I would like to begin by saying that by far this was the best stay I had in a very long time. The resort location is in a forest reserve which makes it much more peaceful and serene and away from the hustle bustle.
The suite we stayed it had a stunning sunset view.
Gaming centre is a plus. Well equipped and highly maintained.
For you to have a small expedition there is a trekking path within the resort that connects to the forest valley.
I had no regret or whatsoever in the services being provided by the staff. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Premium quality food.
You would love the stay. Highly recommend for destination weddings as well.

Such a beautiful place to visit during these stressful times. The hospitality is something that needs to be appreciated. Talking about the place, as it’s a hilly region it’s quite steep and hard to get to the place but as the resort provides free transportation service it’s easy and very convenient for one to get there. Wonderful property at a secluded part of the town. The route to the place (Summer Hill) is extremely narrow and tough to drive on, but they also provide driver who can come help you drive the car down or also can drop you till the main road in your car or the cab they provide.

Coming to the property, the rooms are fabulous, the management is very forthcoming and helpful and the food is good too. But the best part are the views, which are fab! You can just sit there and enjoy the quietness & stillness. Overall, a fabulous property where you can stay for a couple of days and just relax amidst the tranquil nature.

Beautiful place, yummy food. However, to reach there by your car is little difficult as roads are very narrow and steep. But the staff will help you out by sending a driver if required.

Food is really good but the sevice is late. I ordered an extra bed and it came after 1hour.
But otherwise it was good. I'm satisfied here.

It was an excellent stay. Here you'll get the most peaceful and beautiful environment far from city.close to nature. Also Mr. Yug Bansal a traniee over there was very helpful. And gave a very familiar environment to all of us.

Remotely located resort which doesn't have good scenic views. Food is average. You need really good driving skills to reach here because you can't walk down there. Steep curves and highly inclined roads to reach here.

I am giving 2 stars just because I stayed there with my friends and enjoyed because of them. Resort was utter disappointment.
Although, room size are big but that's not something which can tempt anyone to stay there.
Highly overpriced as per the location and services.

We visited this hotel for a corporate get together for 3 days and booked 5 rooms. The location of hotel is good but it's difficult to reach as its located about 6km below the mall road. We had difficulty reaching the hotel as it took about 50 mins to reach after entering Shimla due to very narrow roads to reach this place. The interior of rooms were ordinary and not so exciting bathroom. The price of the room should not go beyond 2000INR per day otherwise its not value for money. The hotel staff is not very cooperative and hotel policies are not customer friendly. Please discuss about your requirements in detail with hotel and get them on email else hotel authorities change their agreed words. The food apart from breakfast is pathetic so consider eating outside.
The good part about hotel is it's away from all city noise and gives a very silent vibes. The breakfast was also good.
Overall not recommended from our group of 10 people.

This place is wonderful. Only drawback is this place is bit remote but the rooms are very big and we'll maintained.

Location is too far away from mall road, and it's way is so steep, we got stuck for 2 days in snow due to its route, and hotel staff is not cooperative at all except some few, like there's one guy khemraj. There's no shop near to the hotel for anything even for chips or pepsi. Hotel doesn't contain any instruments to clear snow from roads. Please think thrice before, booking this hotel.

My first visit to Shimla, better than expected.the resort had great ambiance, spacious room, and everything there was Folk Dance, Songs, and Music. It was a great introduction to the local community and know about it.

Excellent hotel with a very well behaved staff. I celebrated new year 2020 in this hotel & it was lovely experience. We enjoyed a lot.

The hospitality and food was good. Road connecting to the resort is a little tedious, but the hotel has a tavera readily available to pick up and drop.

The only word comes to my mind is "awesome". Awesome Staff, service, cleanliness, food.
We went in January. They upgraded our rooms to " executive".
Rooms have all the amenities. Rooms, where we stayed, had a centralized heater and in spite of -1 degree, we felt warm n comfortable.
You can ask for Taxi for a tour.
Get ur own drinks or use the bar.

No one needs more than this for a good vacation.

Well maintained and spacious property. Preferred rooms are in new block as they are new and big. Staff is helping. All rooms have valley view.
5kms from Shimla city, this place is near 'Summer Hill' railway station. Directions to hotel are well marked all along the route. Last 1.5kms is single lane and sharp decent so trust your driving skills and car before going there. Rarely there are cars on opposite stretch (it's last property on this road), still one who is climbing up has to back for other vehicle to pass. Breakfast buffet is good but avoid Al-a-carte in lunch and dinner as food is not that good. Best to plan a complete day for activities and sightseeing outside hotel and return in evening as property is far from city. Overall I would rate it value for money.

Amazing view from room. Very gud infrastructure. Clean room and washroom.

But not connected with main Shimla due to which every time you need to go shimla you ll have to pay hefty amount to Taxi. You feel Totally dependent on Hotel Staff only.

Also while ordering Paranthas guys pls note that they serve paranthas per plate (2 paranthas in 1 plate), its a huge confusing thing.

Hospitality and staff's behaviour is what I like the best. Good location, quality food at reasonable prices in a 4 resort was another plus.

Not a place if you are traveling with special child or person, as they don't have elevator in the property so every time you need to use stairs, if your room is not on level 1.

I prefer to give five star rating, I have given one star less due to it's location. The path to hotel seems to be too narrow.overall hotel ambience and food are so superb.only problem is the narrow pathway.

Hotel and motel is excellent staff is very kind jain food Is also available but u have to inform them prior but vegetarian food very good there is a bar available there are much of adventure activities rock climbing, commando net, berma bridge, zipline. In outdoor activities Badminton and basketball is also available. Gym and indoor activities like carrom and table tennis. Hot water is available in all the rooms, free wifi facilities is available.
Restaurant manager devraj and other staff of the restaurant is good.
This hotel is at very economica rate and facilities are like 4 star hotel
And I give the rating as hotel overall 4.7, restaurant as 4 and staff as 4.9

Far from City and very difficult to reach as it is located in steep valley's with single roads. I personally would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for 3 days and did not enjoy our stay. This place is in need of an upgrade. Towels were dark gray. Location is terrible. No laundry service or store to purchase basic need items. Nothing to do without a car. Not really happy with our stay.

Chef and Kitchen staff made me give extra stars. They were great. Food was amazing.

Stayed there from 14.4.19 for 2 nights. Little far from city but excellent location. Food was just Ok.nothing great. Service was ok. Overall a nice quite location. But need to improve on service and food quality.

This is a place far from the madding crowd of Shimla and Mall road. It's a beautiful place to be at.
The room we stayed is was beautiful with huge windows. It was a family suit, we got a double bed and two single beds, along with sofas - just ideal for our family of four. Room service was fine.
However, the huge negative was non availability of warm water for most of the time - which is a very basic requisite, given the weather conditions all through the year.
Now, the biggest drawback - the route, it's a really really dangerous troopers ride, not recommended for the faint hearted. It's a single lane steep alley, and gets quite tough when vehicles come from both the sides.

I will not recommend this place if you want to visit Shimla or near by places during your stay. It's a good place for a peaceful retreat if you wish to spend all the time in the hotel.
