I am happy and delighted to share my experience, I had with Shimla Online Travels, special appreciation to Geethika (employee), who shared all information about different places in shimla and manali, helped us to plan our journey and prepare complete iteaneary.
She co-ordinated with us in each and every moment and made all arrangements, right from hotel booking, arranging cab, sight-seeing, at a nominal cost.
As this was our first trip to Shimla and Manali, and we had a very smooth and peaceful trip, finally would like to thank them for making our trip such a memorable one.

I booked a hotel and paid all amount in advance and when I reached at hotel there is no booking on my name and they already sold out they ruins my trip and once they answered my call and I told whole story after that they droped the call and did not replied to me.do not trust them scammer

We had a very good experience with the team. With such limited resources on the route and rough terrain, the team has done a commendable job providing whatever max they could be it dry fruits, food etc. And their attitude towards the clients is very pleasant. I credit my wonderful journey and darshan to them next to almighty. It would be unfair to ask for more facilities. Quiet happy with the whole team.

Had a trip to Manali with shimla online travels from Chennai. Since Hindi language been hurdle for me, Rahul from Shimla online travel provided great support. Tamil language employee can be in Shimla online travels to provide support to South Indians. Resort allocated is awesome but cab driver allocated seems to be confusing us since language not known. Overall nice experience and worth for money.

I got a very bad experience from shimla online travel. Last year they booked taxi for their customer at mcleodganj and on the time of booking Mr. Himanshu and Mr. Rahul both committed to pay the requested amount on very next day. On the time we provided the taxi was 9 O'clock approximate and we done as per the telephonic and the next day when we dropped back all their customer and after that we made the call for payment they were not picking up my call on day after I called from same no they did not replied to my calls and when I made call from another unknown no Mr. Himanshu said this deal is made by Mr. Rahul so speak to him and after that Mr. Rahul Totaly denied to make payment. And after that I mailed him many time and even I sent the call recordings but till the time no payment made by them and no response. So we totally recommend to all travel agents if you are going to make deal with them make sure your full payment has received otherwise they will not fill up their commitment and you can get a loss like me. Highly denied Shimla online travel totally scam fake people unprofessional.

Bad experience. Just booked the trip with shimla online and they took a big amount of package and committed 3* property and the room was very poor. Hotel is out of city and we rushed their around 11: 30 Pm after 3 hrs from the city unable to locate room was cunjusted no good beds, even no water in washroom and when we made call to them and told whole the story they just dropped the call and switched off their mobile. So they guys are providing this kind of service if you are going to book with him, think once again very disgusting: (

What can I say.our trip was amazing, I had such a good time over there, and I felt like it couldn't be better than that.
