As you all take my reviews seriously one more time I come up with honest reviews of this shimla rider.to be very very serious note they don't have a proper management. And I have faced a very very worst experience I share with this you guyz I booked the scooty I already paid rs 300 advance booking but on the next day the boy who works there say he don't have a scooty to give you and he arranged from some where else after almost 2 hrs later and then I get a very very bad scooty condition at the end I fought with yatin sood for refund after a hearted argument he give my refund but. I say never get scooty from this company thanks

My overall experience with shimla rider and owner was really good and helpful I really appreciate that they dropped me at my bus stop after I dropping off the vehicle at his store.

This guy Yatin Sood is a Pimp…. He doesn’t own a single bike… he arranges bike from here and there.we had the worst experience with him and he acts too busy all the time…. Our Biggest mistake was we made advance for the bike. Please dont fall in his trap by looking at the reviews most of them are written by his friends. And always keep everything recorded in whatsaap thats wat helped us save a few bucks.

They provide the best service in the town. The bikes are in decent condition

Excellent condition of the bike, professional behavior but before booking everyone needs to clear about the bike dropping, pick up and timings for the day counting.

It was yet another lifetime ride in the Himalayas. Thanks to Yatin, Shiv and our backup guy Pankaj for excellent support all thru the ride from Shimla to Kaza and back. The Himalayan motorcycles are in very good condition and we had no major breakdowns except for a few brake pad change or chain adjustments. Yatin gave us the package for a good competitive price and the entire trip worked less than the budget. Shiv gave us the tips and confidence before the ride and we all had the best time thru 6 days and memories are now forever. Thanks again the entire team for smooth execution, cheers!

Not good at all. I ordered a bike from these guys after seeing the good reviews and the bike they gave me messed up my hand. I had suffered a finger injury in my left hand about two years ago. The clutch of the bike was extremely tight which caused a lot of pain in my hand.

Furthermore, the bike itself was pretty beaten up condition. The mirrors were missing and the foot rest was broken as well.

I would not recommed these guys to anyone. I ride an avenger at home so I rented one there as well. It was a ghastly experience.

4. Pretty smooth return and handover of bikes.

I loved the service and hospitality.

Paaji was quite a polite man. He gave us 3 scooty and 6 helmets for 2 days.
He said, "Traffic rules break krne ke challan aap pay karoge, baki gaadi re related challan mai. "
Very clear. We paid 700/- per scooty.
It's important you take scooty in Shimla because in traffic jam, only scooty and bikes can overtake long traffic.
For that, he is the guy.

Service was fast and not that expensive.
The shop opens at 8 am in the morning and it's from walking distance from shimla bypass.

Don't relay on this bike service. They don't have enough scooty. Either won't pick your phone on time or they won't have scooty. So, please ask them 2-3 days before, even after booking ahead they will deny so pre book you vehicle.

We booked classic 350 for 8days for a spiti trip.
My experience with Shimla Rider was phenomenal.
The bike was in good condition and Shiv Bhai helped us to understand all the routes.

Myself and my friend took bike for rent for a day with Shimla rider. We took activa bike. The person was genuine, humble and the bike was in good condition. It is nearby to Shimla railway station. You can board state transport buses to reach the place. It takes close to ten minutes.

Awesome experience with the bike. They even dropped the bike at the hotel. The gentleman shiv was real helpful, helped us with some good travelling tips. The bike was was in good condition with goof average too.

Not worth renting bike from them. The main person talk professionally on call but rest everything is way down. Be it bike/scooty condition, rates, detailed info about parking and theft disclaimer. Bikes can not be parked anywhere in authorised parking as it can be stolen. They don’t give you any info. They took from us Full advance payment and didnt paid back a penny when we got emergency and go back to Delhi. Highly unprofessional people. Did’nt gave us money that we left in their bike- around ₹500 on bike (Himalyan) and ₹300 on scooty (maestro). I drive Himalyan, gears stuck, chain not oiled and not at all clean. WORTHLESS.

Not throughly professional, didn’t provide complete information. Like issue of parking bikes at mall road, which have been banned by district officials due to increased cases of theft.

Condition of vehicle were average, behaviours of staff average.

Don’t rent bike for extended period as if you have to cut short due to emergency, staff won’t listen about any genuine reason and money will be lost.

Very bad experience bike conditions were very bad break were not working. And overall experience was not good
