The waiter was super rude and food was meh, below average and very unhygienic. Don't come here.

Best café on way to Panchpula. Location is awesome. Great ambiance. Always have music on and exterior walls has quirky quotes. Very close to natural beauty and they have sitting arrangements beneath water which flows through waterfall and can be seen from café. Food is okay but with this view tastes fab. You can also try hooka available with different flavours. Hope the review is helpful. Have a great time

It is an eclectic little cafe almost at the top of Panchpulla waterfall. There are a lot of snacking options and you can also have lunch/dinner. The food is tasty. Having food near a waterfall amidst the greenery is a good experience

Don't mix up this cafe with one at Mcleodganj. They do not know how to make Hukka. Also, their food sucked. We ordered White Sauce Pasta, Chilly Paneer and Pizza. There was almost no sauce in pasta, paneer was too hard and pizza was tasteless. At last, instead of saying things like we will try to improve, they say things like we can not satisfy everybody and talks rudely. This cafe was only my bad experience in whole Dalhousie trip.

Owner is so rude "yahan mat ruko" upr Karo Jo karna hai. Don't take pictures untill you gonna purchase something there.

The ambience of the place is very good, sound of the waterfall adds to your experience but the on the other hand is worst. The paneer feels like you are chewing some rubber, order pizza only if you have iron teeths.you will need them to biye the base, hookah - if you want to feel asthmatic.definitely take it, Pasta was okish.after this experience we didn't dare to order anything else. We gave our feedback to host but it felt like it was all our fault that we ate there order these things.
Conclusion - go there enjoy.gets some photos clicked but don't eat anything.

Food is below average, pizza base is so thick and don't ever try to take hookah, it will cost you ₹500, totally waste of money. Not at all recommended.

Owner was so rude to all of us. And force us to move away from the location all we do is just photoshoot.

This is awesome cafe just next to Panjpula waterfall. We didn't expect this cafe at this location but that experience is unforgettable. Location of cafe is on flowing stream and you can listen to sound of flowing water. Beautiful view, amazing vibe with music at cafe makes moments unforgettable. Food taste is good. Staff is friendly and owner Mr Rohit is cool. He shared good info of local with us. Enjoyed this place. Hukka and bonfire combination is just amazing.

One of my favourite place in Dalhousie. Water fall, dish on the river, beautiful spot, hukka available, music. Must visit.

Surprisingly Very nice place in a very average little panchpula. Scenic cafe right next to panchpula falls, so the experience is absolutely breathtaking when the water is flowing. Even better, some of the seating is ingeniously laid over flowing stream water so you're literally eating your meal while your ankles are soaking. Unique place. Food? Everything hot tastes better in the cold. Maggie, potato chips, pizza, name it, they're all decent. If you're in dalhousie, go here bcos this is one of the best eateries you'll visit.

This is lovely place to enjoy great food and music near a beautiful waterfall but don't like the sheesha pipes being used here. Too much smoke and is it safe!?

Chill place. Little expansive as it is always in hilly tourist places. Food is good. Weather is awesome.

The Manchuria here is a must try.apart from food the staff is super friendly the location is great and the hospitality is top notch.

Very nice located at Panchpulla on the way to waterfall, you can have a cup of coffee while going up to the fall.

Great place nestled in Panchkula, Dalhousie. Perched at the top near the waterfall, this place has good food, fire during winters and music to die for. We sat down for a tea and ended up spending more than an hour enjoying the music and warmth.

Amazing food!
Red pasta and ice tea was not so great.
Cheese sauce pasta, pizza with custom toppings, chocolate shake, cold coffee was made perfectly! ️

Everything I ate and drank was delicious apart from mushroom pasta, that's why I'm not giving 5 stars, hope I could give 4.5 or 4.7, the place is amazing, you can play music of your choice, the art pieces inside are beautiful, you can put feet in the water where small fishes eat your dead skin and water is cold. There is a small trek you have to cover, and it's right in front of water fall. Ice tea and pizzas were amazing. And cheese fries were spectacular.

Sounds popular, but items are priced high. Though it is a tourist spot, still the price is not justifiable.

Highlights: Less Crowded, Drizzle, snow, Hot Tea, Maggi, Pakoras, Great Ambiance
Low lights: Food needs improvement, no shed for customers while it rains.

Shiva cafe is nearest to the waterfall and have spacious seating in and around small pool which they have made by using rocks.
You can enjoy the nature for a while. One thought that crossed my mind while at this place - why the nearest cafe to waterfall is always shiva cafe.

Best cafe with mother nature, background music, cold weather, hot tea & maggie. Best place to make a peacefull memories.
