Poor theatre. Poor sound system. Poor Air conditioning. Seats in bad condition. This multiplex needs a serious maintenance

The only fun centre in the city. I must remind the catering service manager to check your products as those are about to spoil or expire and there is another issue with the inside sound system. Seems to be inappropriate.

This place enjoys monopoly of being the only screen (I'll not glorify this place by calling it a Multiplex) in Kullu.
Other than that, THE PLACE IS A DISASTER!
Went for a 2pm show and the issues start as soon as you walk up the stairs and on the last one is the booking counter, where there is no way to form a queue and people push you from all sides.
The waiting area is a Hot Mess, Literally, no ventilation! Plus all the steam from popcorn fills up the space. And for cooling, there are only TWO WALL FANS!
The movie began sharp at 2 but could not concentrate on the movie for the first 15-20 minutes because, well, people arrive late and then the chaos ensues as there are no seat markings and usher yells at people for sitting in the wrong seats and the drama goes on.
After that settled, then began another NIGHTMARE! They shut off the "split AC" in a full auditorium, on a hot summer day! I waited for 15 minutes, hoping the generator will soon kick in. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!
Stepped out mid-movie to talk to an employee who turned out to be arrogant and rather unhelpful. Disappointed, I joined the family inside and started fanning myself, like the rest of the people!
During the intermission, bought burgers and popcorns which added to the negative experience. Many of the popped corns were ash grey, probably because of the faulty machine. And veg burgers, well, I felt I was chewing raw meat! The patty was hard AF!
So there we were, sweating, irritated, tummy growling.waiting for the movie to be finished which we were so excited to see!
Thanks Shobhla Theatre for ruining that!
Once finished, we literally ran towards the door only to be halted by the wet floor and a water hose dangling mid air that we had to hold up to go under it. Gives you a feeling that you are passing a shady mohalle ki gali

Poor Air Conditioning. A/c doesn’t work. Take your personal USB Fan if you really want to enjoy the film.

The one and only multiplex in Kullu town- bringing Hollywood movies to the town. Great experience and exceptional food.

Giving it 3 stars for screening hollywood movies. But the staff here is not at all cooperative. They don't screen the whole movie. MCU and DC movies have end credit scenes but they don't show them.

Multiplex has split AC instead of central AC.
The food court has ample items and rates are reasonable. Overall a good place to hangout in kullu

The seating arrangement in the hall is different from the one shown online. Thus created a ruckus in the hall. Then there was no staff to sort out the problem

Best place and only place in kullu for family entertainment incase you don't want to go far.
