The balaji hospital is the full facilated hospital and provided all types of care to the patients and all behavior of hospital staff is very good.

Admit patients too quickly but treatment is very slow and No staff does anything even after the doctor speaks and there is no care even in the ICU ward. When they are complained, even the doctors don't say anything and keep smiling and when they are asked for treatment, they argue with the attendant and send them out.

I have been working with this hospital from past 2 months, and my work experience is meeting my expectations very well.

A hospital with 24*7 service present in the lap of mother nature provides healthcare facility with good experienced staff.

Very satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment. The doctor was very professional efficient and explained everything. Overall hospital was well organised and everyone working in the hospital treats pateints with respect and dignity also admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge

In May My husband was treated by Dr. Praveen Thakur due to stroke while traveling with my family in India.
I wanted to send a feedback on the wonderful care by the doctor, who made sure to explain everything to us and made us feel that we are in good hands during the unpleasant event while away from home.
Along with the doctor, we were provided with nurse's escort that was very helpful when going through the examinations in the hospital.

Only 1 star for security guards especially parking guard.they don't sence to talk to patient and families.

Don't go to this hospital. Absolutely pathetic services. Rude staff. Worst management. They are running hospital like a MEDICAL MAFIA, making huge bills, mis-advising and looting patients. Government should set inquiry into the functioning of such horrendous hospital.

It took 2 hours (this was for printing) for a simple xray, the staff made silly excuses. Very bad experience. Visited 25th feb. 2023

Owner of this hospital is a fraud he has to give me 1 lakh plus rs and he hasn't paid for it and if call him he doesn't respond

Went to give interview for nursing trainer. Cleared all 3 rounds. All the while director name Monika was not picking up my calls for multiple days and was only replying by whatsapp saying she was very busy. In the end she acted very rudely when I asked about package and was saying that I am unprofessional when she was the one who never picks her phone. Before joining she was misbehaving on WhatsApp with me and was rude in her communication. Join at your own risk. When they are unable to pay what you ask they will start to talk rudely and will block you on WhatsApp. Stay away for peaceful life.

This hospital will kill you with careless treatment. Nurses don't know anything and I saw patient died in icu next to my mom. They didn't do anything because visitor are not allowed in icu so they can do anything. My mom almost die in icu, thank god she moved to delhi hospital emergency by my decision. Doctors and nurses were flirting in icu. Patient were suffering on bed. Worse hospital ever seen In my life.

Highly recommend not to go they don't have experienced staff. They use to do experiment on patient.don't don't don't go.poor service. They have collected blood for sampling and u can see.

Hospital main himcare card ka use hota hai pr doctors ke dhawara in-hand cash bhi manga jata hai isleye greebo ko is hospital main kafi pareshani ho skti hai
So please don't go the hospital if you have himcare card and you think it totally free so don't go.

Great experience, staff was so well coordinating, ward boy bought patient from reception to to PET scan, RMO and nurse was also very good took full history and explain the procedure very thoroughly.best and only place in Himachal for PET scan.very happy with the services.

Balaji kangra Worst hospital ever. Nobody should take their patients here for treatment. Doctors are so ill mannered and they don't have even basic knowledge of ICU setup.my grandmother was admitted there in ICU. Nurses and doctors of this hospital were pathetic. They don't have even basic knowledge of health care. You you say something to them they will give punishment to your patient. I thank to my father who decided to withdraw my grandmother from this pathetic hospital timely otherwise she won't survive for sure. I complained to owner of thos hospital regarding this but he is not able to take action as he was trying to be in good books of everyone for his political career. Dr Sahil he is so unprofessional if you tell him his mistake he try to harm our patient. He is not at all professional. Shame on you.

Very untrained staff they are not doctors they are buisness man. If you go there they will make your situation even more worst.

This was the worst hospital I have ever been in my life. It was extremely dirty. The nurses used me as a pricking tool. They did not wrap my arm to get the vein and pinched me 3 times. They wanted to run useless tests just to charge extra. The nurses and a lady Dr were laughing and joking like in a club or social gathering. I had to tell them to please keep it down bc I was sick. The nurse came to take out my iv and just ripped it out. This causes me to bleed everywhere. I asked for a band aid and he gave me a cotton ball. This place is hell. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Trust me stay away

Nyc hospital here u get all types of facilities here u get all type of treatment nd here u get also canteen for brekfast lunch and dinner and here u get a huge parking for bikes and cars but it is paid parking and the food quality of this hospital is too good

They are not doctors, they are businessman and it's money making business for them.their main aim won't be to treat the patients but get the money out of their patients.they charge us for the treatment and as well use our him care card also to get the money from the govt.actually I don't know whom to trust now.

I visited this hospital several times. On 24-12-2021 I suggested the chemist shop staff for improving the dimension of medicine bill which is very small to attach with MR Bill. They rudely behaved with me and said you are only person who objected it. I only suggested for the convenience of general public but they roughly behaved with me. I will never visit again perhaps suggestion is not welcomed in your hospital.

बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस खास कर एमरजेंसी में सब अपने फोन में मस्त मरीज को देखने को बोलो तो यह आ रहा वो आ रहा, सुबह 10 बजे से एमरजेंसी में हु अब 4 बजे बोल रहे कि हमारी तरफ से हो गया है आप देखो मरीज के साथ क्या करना है जब में ने पूछा तो बोलते हम मरीज को 2 घण्टे से ज्यादा एमरजेंसी में नि रख सकते. यह हाल है बालाजी जी हॉस्पिटल कांगड़ा के.

They don't have sufficient rooms. Admit people in emergency and put them to general ward like goats. Where is covid now?

I went to Orthopedic dr. Uttam and he doesn't know anything about medicines.they don't give good advices at all so irresponsible and unprofessional doctors

Highly ethical and professional hospital. The doctors are well qualified and provide you with just the right treatment. They do not over or under do it. Compared to other hospitals I found it to be most ethical and trustworthy.

One of the fake hospital with poor management, lack of manners. People don't know how to talk with the patients. They will make you fool by forcing you unnecessary test and making their money, Poor hospital with poor staff.

Very unprofessional & lack of MRI staff. Doesn't even have the time to talk to the paitents. Been here from the morning and haven't received my MRI report and it's already past 5 o'clock.

Nursing staff are very unprofessional.most of the time they are busy in chit-chat.they will make u carry medicine, RL & DNS bottles and they will move freely, as they think they are princess and they can't carry patients medicine and stuff to the room.
Housekeeping service is also poor.when u r charging hefty amount for the private room. You should provide basic amenities.cleaning is very poor. TV is in the room.but that too is out of service as dish hasn't been recharged. Told thrice at the reception but of no use.
If you are opting for private hospital treatment.choose Fortis instead of Balaji.

Worst cardiologist, Keeping the relatives of patients in dark.not explained the exact situation, and just to loot the money admitted the patient, done the angioplasty and after that explained ki one more artery is blocked but we can't treat it, and just in 2 to 3 hrs after the operation patient died.and after that demand extra 50000 to release the dead body.

Multi specialist hospital with top class medical services available. One of the biggest hospital in the distt. The staff here is very overwhelming and friendly. Also the owner himself is very down to earth and motivated personality. Recently they have opened their bsc. Nursing college this year it's their first batch to attend.

A week ago I visited shree balaji hospital because of sensitivity in my teeth. Dental doctor Dr. Arush thakur examine my teeth very patiently and explained everything to me before, during and after the treatment. The procedure was painless and no more tooth senstivity thereafter. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Arush thakur for all your dental needs.
