I am from Bombay and I travelling with Mr Vicky hi was vary good person Safe driving cool nature

Our complete Himachal Tour was ruined by this Om Travels (our tour was from 23 rd oct 2022 to 30 th oct 2022). Mr Billu (I think the owner) had no match on word and work. He had given a nice Tempo Traveler (TT) along with a super cranky Driver named Nirmal. We used to have everyday morning arguments with that guy before start the trip. He refused to drop us in Hotel Bhagsu at Mcleodganj & we need to arrange two local taxi to transport the luggage from Hotel to TT. He did the same in Amritsar also, refused the local trip, although that was on the package. On this whole trip he had broken TT key and top luggage rack by himself for wrong driving. Pathetic service from Om Travels. Pls avoid this driver named Nirmal if he comes with your vehicle. I am attaching the picture for both TT and Driver herewith.

Extremely disappointed with the adamant and rude behaviour of the vehicle driver NIRMAL during our tour at Himachal Pradesh. He was always reluctant to drive on the plea of road conditions where all other vehicles were moving with the tourist. He even denied to drive the vehicle if payment in not being made at the time he wished.
Nirmal was always late to attend our group during the tour.
Even we were not provided with AC vehicle which was supposed to be provided during the trip.
