Snowdrop Eco Resort

Snowdrop eco resorts is not as good as it seems
View is good but the management is very poor, Rates are very high, They don't even provide you a complementary Water in morning

Good things-
1. Good view
2. Space is good
3. Good parking facility

Bad things-
1. They won't do bon fire before time even if you die of cold
2. Food and tents are costly
3. Lack of safety: Staff there can not handle a misbehaving group
4. Staff can be rude if you oppose of anything
5 If you're a couple, there's 80% chance that you'll fee unsafe or uncomfortable

Excellent for the location and amenities as well as the front desk staff is humble and nice. On the other side, worst food service and quality, yucky eatables and D grade food service at higher cost.

The best resort on top of the mountain but in plain lot of things nearby to visit don't miss food at soni daba

Good Resort, well maintained. Location is outside Chail on Chail - Kufri Road. Tents are neat and clean. Food is kind of OK. Staff is well behaved and service is little slow. Only disappointment is the Manager. Who is rude and do not know how to speak to Guests. Overall a OK stay.

Excellent and well maintained. Food is kind of OK. Away from City so you do not have any other option. Clean tents and well decorated. But Manager Rana is really rude and do not know how to behave with Guests. It could have been a good stay but because of experience with the manger our mood got spoiled.

Very nice for relaxing. Tents are verrrrry comfortable. Service and food is nice. Very cooperative staff. I would suggest the best place for nice change from our regular lifestyle.

Overall a excellent stay with perfect staff. I will recommend you to take swiss tents instead of cottages, they are really vibrant.

A must visit place in chail and near kufri and shimla, view was amazing, services was good too. Tent experience was great, it give you true camping experience with luxury. Tents were so beautiful and clean

Nearly everything was good about this hotel
the host was good, the rooms were clean, the scene was great and yes the food was also good
so we really enjoyed it

A total value for money, clean tent and clean attach washroom, staff is gem of personnel's, the Owner is friendly and guide u properly and available for any assistance.they are flexible not with rigid rules, they take care of your all needs to make ur vacation a memorable.

Very very very poor.staff was very senseles specially the manager Kamal Rana was very dirty person. He has hit a guest with iron rod in a party. The manager was very drunk. He called the local boys and banged with a group of friends staying at their resort.
So I request everyone to not visit this place. Shameless manager.

Poor service. Very bad experience of staying there. Manager Kamal Rana abuses the guests. Very ill mannered. Pls don't visit this place.

Manager kamal rana is illmannered He don, t know how to behave with the guest he hit the guest with iron rod nd break his leg nd fight with all guest, we get very poor experience from this place and requested to owner to keep the safety of the guest on top priority

Awesome space with plenty of area, very helpful staff.and food preparation is awesome. Highly recommended.
