We stayed for two nights and the service was great. A warm and generous welcome by the owner and the food quality was also excellent.

Nice stay at the hotel, very good people there for assistance, had dinner there food was good. I would recommend to stay there my room no.was 102 I think that was the best room to stay.

Very badly maintained rooms linens and blankets unwashed. Rooms are smelly and fungus infested walls. Funny thing geyser switched off in the night and had to wait for them to switch on the main switch of the geyser for us to use hot water

It was the worst experience I've ever had. With my group, I used to travel to many places. This hotel was recommended to us by someone and that was a big mistake.  -There was a very poor level of service. -We stayed in winter and Gyzers never worked despite numerous complaints. -In in comparison to the price, the rooms are below average. -After complained to Pankaj (receptionist), and he threatened us.  So better to book another hotel instead of this.

Nice food, all the staff are very friendly, location beautiful, rooms are clean and excellent. All over good.

Hotel was good. Staffs were very polite and courteous. Location was also good if not best. Rooms could have been better. Definitely recommend.

Rooms were not that great however service boys are excellent.

Food is apelnty. Try to order 1 plate for 2 person otherwise a lot of food are going to be wasted.

Be careful of your booking here in HOTEL SNOWFLAKE SARAHAN, my friends, and its staffs, Pankaj, his father (identified by Pankaj) and Nitin. We - my wife, my didi and me - had been victimised by them on 14th October 2022. Even though we had a full paid booking of a deluxe room with breakfast in this hotel, our room were sold at a higher price to a family staying there a day ago. They did everything quite plannedfully keeping us completely in dark because they did not tell us anything beforehand though we had contacted several times with them on that day before reaching there. When everything became clear to us on reaching the hotel at night around 10 PM, the guy Nitin gave us excuses after excuses. But his excuses would not work and to our queries he became violent and threatened us by saying " You (He means 'us') are at our (He means themselves) service, not we are". And he knew it was almost impossible for us with two women at that night to arrange a new good conditioned room in another hotel on that part of Sarahan, and when very few good hotels are there in Sarahan. As a result, we were forced to stay and spend a sleepless night in a third class room of a cheaper hotel nearby, arranged by them, and with the same price. That was the dangerous situation the tourists are placed in by the dishonest hotelier like that of HOTEL SNOWFLAKE SARAHAN. I have the proof and recording of the worst incident made to occur on us. This was the blackest spot in our 15 days long tour that ended on 25th instant. I have shared this, my friends, just to make you a little aware of the sugar-coated hotels and their staffs.

Hotel located in a prominent location. A three storied hotel with dining facility.can have beautiful view of Himalaya. Bhima Kali temple is located nearby.

We reached Sarahan at night. We didn't get to view the great mountain view in the night. The next morning, all went crazy after seeing the view from everyone's room and the dining area.
Great service. Good rooms. Awesome food. Just five minutes from bhima Kali Mata temple. Would definitely suggest to stay here for all the things were upto mark.

Hotel and staff v humble nd kind, homely environment, good food, good hospitality nd service, rooms are neat nd clean, hotel is located at good location to enjoy the scenary from the room.

We stayed here in June 2022. The hotel is decent. Rooms and dining area provide a view of snowcapped mountains at distant.

The food is good - both veg and non-veg is served here.

Friendly staff. The famous Bhim Kali Temple is around 1.5kms from the hotel.

Do not expect a lavish hotel at such remote location.

Hotel staff’s are so cooperative, Humble, amazing positive attitude towards the customer. Rooms are very good and food is so good
