Very good and excellent service. Gagan Thakur along with naresh and harish has done an amazing job to serve us and our family.

Wasn't as Clean as it could have been BUT, the views were spectacular, the staff were helpful regardless of which time we asked for. And overall the location is in between most of the places you'd want to go in Manali.

Location by itself is wonderful. Hygiene conditions and food were damn. A lot of people vomited or had diarrhea. The staff does not understand English well enough. Requests must be repeated several times. The owner was feathering his nest on our expenses, and prices rose 4x times prior to our arrival. This is the way of doing business? If you want a pleasant and undisturbed stay, definitely book another hotel.

Snow Flakes resort is a very good hotel. Excellent service with excellent staff who are ever ready to help. Hemprabha and Rakesh at front office are ever ready to help with a smile. Mr Devraj Duggal F&B with his team are very good and courteous.

Very nice ambiance and service is wonderful. Rooms are big in sizes.
They upgrade for free if the rooms are available.
The only issue is food dishes are repeated and hence guest feel bored eating same food.
My 1 rating down for food repeatation and less options in desserts and breakfast

Booked a room with jacuzzi for honeymoon. The jacuzzi does not have privacy and you could see half of the view with other hotels and resorts. The interior of the room was average not worth the price paid for a night. Paid extra for decoration services which was average decoration and the food and milk with the package was tasty. The reception area, lawn and restaurant area was amazing. Just the interior of honeymoon room was not that amazing the curtains and interior did not match with the amazing exterior.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We are having a mesmerising experience at this property. Staff here is very kind & courteous. They are very cooperative in every manner. We were served JAIN FOOD throughout our stay. A must experience hotel in manali

"This was the first time we travelled to Manali. We had checked in hotel on 3rd Dec, 2021. We was there for 3 nights. We stayed 1 night in deluxe room and 2 nights presidential suite and honeymoon suite. Rooms are spacious with private balcony. Whole property is neat and clean. View from room was simply amazing and breathtaking. The hospitality is amazing. Staff is very polite and humble. Buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious but we liked the dinner more. Even we enjoyed bonfire with live music, drinks and Sheesha at night.

A good picturesque resort with a beautiful mountain ️ view & pleasant atmosphere. Room's are good, clean & well maintained. The dinning hall is very nice, clean & the food was very good. Above all the staff was very humble, polite & co-operative. Wish to come back again & enjoy the hospitality.

Snowflakes Resort is beautiful and in the list of top most famous hotel and resorts in Manali, Himachal Pradesh Stayed here for 2 days and the Food, Room service is perfect without a doubt. Mr. Nakul and all the staff is so friendly. Near to shaminala, Sharbari mata temple and Manali bus stand. As a photographer wherever i go i want Balconies with serene views and Here in Snowflakes resorts i found one to see magnificent himalayas.

Rooms good, staff courteous but housekeeping dept needs training. Simple thing like shower cap was difficult to explain. Toiletries anyway were being kept for one person and that too most of the times missing.
Teabags and dairy creamer were so limited as if they were worried about us making up a shop and sell them if they supplied 2-3 more per day.
Food was ok. Not much variety though. Bathroom dry and wet areas were in a weird way separated. As one would step in bathroom, shower area, then separated by half glass partition wc and washbasin counter. Foot mat if kept in shower area was getting wet, if kept in wc area then to go out of bathroom again feet would become wet.
Also bathroom drain was everytime remaining clogged for 10-15 minutes, making it slippery too. No bath mat /foot mat was provided for coming out of bathroom with wet feet as one had to come from dry area to wet and then out of bathroom.

I visited this place with my kid and wife…. Was not sure in the first instance whether they gonna like it or not…. But too be very true the services we were offered …. The food served and the hospitality we received was top class.
The staff was well cultured and very friendly…. The GM dere is a true gentleman.
My small daughter just felt like home
Its a beautiful place and very cozy stay…

This resort is simply awesome with a beautiful view around it. Staff are very polite and helpful. Had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed it the most. Has a fantastic spa inside it and an awesome open restaurant with live music which is awesome and really appreciable. I am a travel enthusiast and have been to various resorts/hotels but here I cannot forget to mention that we met Nakul at the reception and I must say he is one of the best Guest relations Manager I have ever come across. Thanks for the entire management and staff of Snow flakes Resort you really made our visit memorable.

Our stay at snow flake resorts manali last week, was great in terms of many things but mainly due to rooms, overall hospitality and amazing travel assistance from hotel's taxi services led by Mr Rahul, due to his professional behaviour, flawless driving skills and having very good knowledge about Manali tourism.
We were extremely happy to have had cab services by him.
Apart from this, the Resort had nice views from the balcony, offered cosy rooms, live music, hospitality services and good food services as well.

First of all I would like to say that photos of this place so not justify its actual beauty. It's location is so serene and calm and rooms are neat. Food is fantastic and more than anything else the staff is so polite and helpful. I would be coming back again and will recommend everyone to plan to stay here if you looking to travle to Manali.

Awesome experience at hotel.

We have stayed here 3 times

2times in 2018 and now in 2021. I love the views outside of hotel and ambience is very good.

What a bunch of jokers, I stayed for 2 nights not three. I jokingly asked for a discount of 300rs which I paid in a second when you said u will have to pay by any means. Your maharaja suit itself does not have proper curtains. Yes I abused when your owner abused me first. Don't try to disregard my comment I will come back hard at you idiots.

The hotel is very beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. The taste, quality was just not eatable. Rest everything is very nice. The staff is very courteous and polite

This is our 3rd visit to this Hotel. The staff.the services.hygiene.location.scenic beauty.snow covered mountains.orchards.everything is so perfect. This was my daughter's ND husband's b'day trip.we stayed in PRESIDENTIAL SUITE.the room with perfect views. Beautiful b'day decoration ️️. Must visit this HOTEL once.

It was a awesome hotel to stay I Manali in every ways fooding, logging, staff behaviour, service and hygiene everything up to satisfactory.

Stayed in the family suite from March 1 to March 4th 2021. Nice stay. Courteous staff. Breakfast was very good. Even if it is little away from the busy Mall road it is really worth the value for the money. In the apple season it will be like a dream to staying in the middle of the apple gardens/ trees.

Fabulous experience & hospitality, but only if you are coming with your personal vehicle because it is 6 kms away from Mall road.

Good Place to stay.good food and service.best to visit off season when prices are optimum and you will get to see snow at some points with less crowd.

This is an awesome place with awesome room, balcony and tea area.
I stayed here three night four days with my team of FDG, I got awesome experiance.
Hotel staffs are very coperative and customers friendly few of the hotel staff helped me personally a lot "Sukhwinder Kaur and pratibha" thanks both of you to help me in all situation.
One of the member of hotel staff "nancy sharma" is very energetic and loyal with her work she visits all the tables in each two minutes, i'll really appreciate her.

The owner of this hotel is a woman and she is very caring and does all the work very well and spends her entire day in this hotel.

The money was lost in the hotel and The service has been changed and If you check the checkout in the first place, then checkout the check out date of the checker and do not show any money in the room and you can check out. The best food quality is

Friends enjoyed staying there. Cool place with good Live music in evening. The only thing was there was no game for adults. Snooker was there, however it was paid. And I feel, it shouldn't be paid for guests who books their stays there. Customer service was good in restaurant. Worth visiting.

First of all it is not a resort and it is a hotel. The rooms are too expensive when compared to other nearby hotels.the rooms are not worth of what they are charging for it. We travelled in group and booked 8 honeymoon suites but the hotel staff gave us only 2 of them and rest 6 where lesser category rooms I.e. Super deluxe.when we inquire with them they say that the same are honeymoon suite and not super deluxe.you will not find any difference in room categories. But the fact is they are just super deluxe.you have to end up paying more for rooms.  
Rooms are medium sized.we have to call numerous times at reception for hot water as they turn off the hot water and also the water pressure in taps is very less, when we ask them they switch on some pressure pump then we get water.  
The breakfast they provide is pathetic.
The ala carte food for lunch and dinner is good. The staff is good and co-operative.
One thing I liked is they have live music at terrace at the time of dinner.

Best View, Live Music, fine drinks, discotheque, game zone. Overall full family package, best place to stay in Manali

It was my first visit to manali along with my group of cousins.snow flakes is one of the best stay in Manali. We really loved the ambience, food, rooms and room service. The mountain view from balcony is truely enchanting. The staff is really polite and helpful. They are very responsive. I would strongly recommend snow flakes whomever planning to visit manali.
