Travelled to Tawang with Solo Yolo and it was an amazing experience.
Itinerary was extremely structured with good time spared to relaxing as well as covering a lot of ground to reach all the remote locations. Homestays were cosy with special focus on engaging with the locals and immersing yourself in the local culture. Food was also amazing and homely and we were also able to have a taste of local Arunachali / Assamese cuisines.
Special mention to Jagat (our trip captain) - he really led the trip efficiently and made it a lot fun.
Would really recommend Solo Yolo for your travel planning as I would surely plan another trip with them soon.

My dream place has become a reality thanks to Soloyolo, and I still miss that place. It was a fantastic experience traveling to offbeat locations and immersing ourselves in the local culture with these wonderful companions. Recently visited Tawang with them. Although i dont prefer group travel but with solo yolo, this tawang trip turned out to be the best trip of my life till now. About the trip fom the very first day it make me feel so peaceful and safe, beginning of the journey was a bit hesitate how to talk how to goes along with where all are Stanger but the twist was when our guide mr. Bikash Start his conversation with lots of knowledge about palaces and his way of making us feel so safe and seem know to the places.yes spiti was the most beautiful place I have ever visited and with lots of historical places we visit make me feel so special to get the opportunity, thanks to solo yolo for arranging this platform. From staying to food and transport everything was so perfect i couldn't ask for more.the food was so good and homely, stays was outstanding not even expect to get the best place to stay but out of word the ambiance everything was perfect and best place to feel free from our daily stress. Come to travel the driver was so skilful and expert the road was not easy to drive but he play good role to drive us safe.
Over all its the best experience i ever had, the 7 night trip seem lke 7 hours. I was so blessed to get a chance to visit spity during this time with the best group and best guide.

Probably the best travel experience of my life so far. Everything was very well organised and our trip captain was just amazing in what he was doing. Had it not been for him, we wouldn't have been able to have the pleasure of being hosted by lovely people in a local homestay and that has to be the warmest experience I have ever had while travelling. I went to Tawang with Soloyolo; it was an amazing experience with other solo travellers, and we got along great. Sunny Bhai is a gracious and understanding tour guide. He keeps the team spirit high. I just have two suggestions: the vehicle comfort should be improved when commuting to Hills Station for extended periods of time. Food alternatives should be expanded as well.

I took two trips with SoloYolo and had an amazing experience. I went to Spiti and Arunachal Pradesh with them and I must say I have had the best travel experiences ever. It was one of the most beautiful Solo Yolo I have stayed in. Not only is the property beautiful and solo traveler friendly but also the food, the host and the location is amazing. Sit by the bonfire listening to stories, play games with new friends or go for a stroll, you will love the experience.

I took up a trip to Tawang with them. It was an enriching and immersive experience for me. It was also my first solo trip. I had my own anxieties but all of them dissolved as soon as we started the trip.
It was a good mix of all elements you'd want to experience on a trip. We had ample time to peacefully adore the natural beauty around us and also got to go for markets and shopping as well.
All our stays were amazing in terms of the services, the views and the hosts.

I had travelled Spiti valley with Solo Yolo during Dec'22, and I have to say it was one of the most memorable trip I've ever had. My Arunachalpradesh tour with SoloYolo was just amazing as I got a chance to spend close to nature with snow-capped mountains, snowy paths, tranquil lakes, historic Monasteries. Visual Feast. Bumla pass, historic place-synonym for the bravery and tenaciousness by our Indian armed forces who are working in extreme conditions. Salute to you all heroes. SoloYolo arranged homestay where we were captured glimpses the world of Monpa tribal families through my cosy home stay. The family was so cordial and gracious. Iam fell in love with the services offered by SoloYolo at very reasonable cost when compared from other travel sites. I must thank all SoloYolo team and our driver Mr Dweepen and our guide Vikas (I named him as Chocolate boy) offered the best to make our trip memorable with cheerful smiles and happy faces. Visited Arunachal with Solo Yolo just. Everything was perfectly arranged. The key factor is their small group size which make our travel so comfortable. Above all the group leader Ankit took care of all of us & also becomes an integral part of our team. Thanks Solo Yolo & wish to meet you again.

Was there for two nights. Didn't have a great stay. The management people were smoking and drinking all night. Hot water was not provided even though temperatures were freezing. They also behaved partially towards another group. Overall worst experience. Kindly refrain from gng here.

Worst place. Staff always smoke cigarettes in the kitchen, which is soo unhygienic and money minded, don't even worry about the customers, they always play songs even at the night time can't able to sleep, don't ever visit the place thank you

I went on the Spiti trip with Soloyolo and it was an amazing one. I should say, it was the best I have had till now. Right from the management of our whole trip on road to our homestays and meals, there was no stone which was left unturnedm. Spiti in itself being a difficult road trip, I never had a single dull moment. Each day I was accommodated in a local homestay which gave me a chance to interact with local people and know about their lifestyles. This was an aspect which I really loved about Soloyolo because I had something to take away from each place other than its natural beauty. Stay in Kaza was super amazing. I would like to thank all the staff there to make it so comfortable that everyday there felt like I was with my family. The meals were the best I've had so far (better than my home, not kidding). The amount of peace I've experienced in the last seven days is something which is very difficult to achieve in cities and the consistency in this experience with each passing day was ensured by the soloyolo team. I would recommend to anyone who wants to go in a group or solo, to travel with Soloyolo. These people have been amazing.

Guys, just don't go by the rating and reviews. Most of them are fake or forcefully being done during the stay in their so called hotel. Room are smelling, the staff keeps drinking whole night, extremely rude behaviour but will show u like they r the most professional people in this line. Lights are very dim looks like some kind of cheap beer bar. Washrooms are common for like 10 rooms. Hot water ll nt be provided even if it is freezing out there. Bed are stinking, sometimes wet also and not sufficient for cold. Room walls are flaking due to excess moisture, some rooms even doesn't have working power plugs. The hotel is being runner by some outsider M guy so don't expect local food or culture. One of their head staff named Sunny is the one looks like leading some gang, not hotel. Also most important thing, if u try to complaint they ll not only ignore you completely but ll also threaten you for not let your remaining tour completed. So either please avoid or stay at your own risk.

Had a great stay at Soloyolo Kaza. You can see the best morning view from your there, the food which we had all the days was great, a special applaud to sunny for making such delicious food for us. Came as guest at soloyolo, leaving as a family️

Soloyolo kaza is home. We stayed there for three days during my spiti trip with soloyolo in April 2022 and definitely it was the best part of the whole trip. Of course being there in spiti is already a life changing experience but when you get people and a place that feels totally like home its a whole other level of awesomeness. I already miss that place soo damn much and definitely going back.

The people especially krunal, Sunday bhaiya were so friendly that I always felt like home. Every minute in kaza was memorable because of the hospitality, all arrangements are greatly respected. The stories shared by Sunny bhai, aman bhai are still part of my memories. The food prepared here is no different from what you get at home I would recommend everyone visiting kaza should stay here.

When I was a child, I used to see that movie called Narnia. The Narnia world made a home in our hearts like every time we want to be there. Time flew away, I grew up and way of seeing the world got changed too. But recently as an adult, I completed my wish as I traveller to Spiti in winter with Soloyolo. And trust me, it was no less than Narnia world.

Travelling to Spiti in winter is not a cup of everyone's tea. But it happened due to Soloyolo. They are like rangers of this region, and they have worked a lot from the root level to satisfy their customers. Be it palatable food made by Ranani, crazy groups leaders, homely homestays or their way of dealing the travellers, they are the best. It's like it was a trap of time, when along with our group all good people got together and set out for a journey.

Spiti in winter is no less than a dream. Never knew before that snow could make mother earth so beautiful with its presence. And going there was during Holi time was the best decision. Sangla holi was literally like a cherry on the cake. All I can say is Thanks from my core of heart to gift us memories

Instincts never go wrong, so was mine. When my friends weren't ready for International trip. I thought of planning to Winter wonderland and that's when I bumped into SoloYolo. This is a great homestay located around 500 meters from the hustle and bustle of Kaza market. We stayed here for 3 nights and everyone was super friendly and caring.

Special shoutout to Kailash Rana & Jeetu bhai for cooking some excellent food and keeping us warm and well fed in -29 degrees in Kaza. Overall an excellent place to keep those Kaza winters at bay. Recommended.

I found them (Soloyolo) on Instagram and travelled solo to Spiti with them from 28th 2019 to 3rd Jan 2020. They gave us great hospitality, good management and all possible facilities.
Before starting my journey to the Dreamland, I didn't have idea about that I am gonna get one more family there!
We group of around 35 people was there on that trip but You will never feel like you are on trip, no hurrie, no early morning departures, it's like home, the hospitality, the Food, care and mainly Fun at it's best even at temp -26°C.

We were hosted by the SoloYolo team for the Spiti valley tour at this honestly in Kaza for three nights. From the get go, it felt like we were at home. The hosts Saurabh, Sunny and Gaurav made sure we had everything we wanted to keep us comfortable. We would look forward to spending time in the dining area, snugly under the blankets, listening to their stories. The food was delicious and homely with a special dessert after dinner every night. We even got hot water all throughout the day. We fell so much in love with the place, that we're planning to go back soon.

I was confused before that how go to Spiti. A friend of mine suggested to joint SoloYolo for my most desired Spiti trip. I didn't know about SoloYolo before but then realized that they are the best.

From the crazy-communicative guides in a vehicle to their way of letting us explore the places, everything is wonderful. Never got this kind of homely feeling while travelling. Solo Yolo is a perfect place for your stay in Spiti valley. A home away from home. I went on a solo trip and got a chance to stay with solo yolo homestay in Kaza. When I entered this home I got to know that there will be No networks for the next five days. I was like will I miss people but then I met Gaurav, Saurabh and harsh baba. It was a bomb stay out there. They will make you forget everything. It was really a fun stay with these guys. They have managed this place so well. I literally cried while leaving this home. I still miss Ranaji ke hath ka khana. The rooms are neat and clean. The place has beautiful painted walls. There are common washrooms which are clean. The kitchen is all yours, you can also cook food. They have a dining room too. There is a huge ground in front of this property where you can play outdoor games also sit for hours staring at the sky and feel relaxed. You will definitely return with lots of memories.

I’ve had the most amazing experience with soloyolo. Spiti has been a lifelong dream to visit and I’m glad I made the choice to go with soloyolo. From trip leaders like Sunny, Saurabh and Gaurav, to Surja bhaiya who drove on the most difficult terrain in India to the lipsmacking food that was served in the soloyolo homestay in kaza, every moment was cherishable. If anyone is planning a trip to spiti, go for soloyolo. They are amazing and will show you spiti like never before. I’m going to be back with them to experienced winter Spiti.

It's been 4 months already to my spiti trip.
I was such a warm experience to play late night carom, having meals together, sharing laughter, enjoying capturing the milky way and a lot more. Sunny ji is and will always be the best owner. He is not at all bossy but more like your friend. Solo yolo doesn't make you feel like just a tourist but treat you as a part of their family. It was great experience at solo yolo I really to want live that life again seriously.
Then back to Manali having masala dosa all those things left a great impact.

Spiti trip seems incomplete without staying here.

Owners are very cooperative & friendly / rooms were clean & cozy / they have common washrooms but I found those washrooms quite clean/Food & tea was just delicious. I have extended my stay for 2 days.though my plan was for 1 night.

This was my 1st solo trip and I decided for spiti. Started solo and ended the trip with so many friends. Had an awesome time and lots n lots of memories for life. Sunny and saurabh you guys are the best. Everything was managed so well. Kaza felt like home. Such a warm and positive place for stay. I am sure that I am planning another trip with solo yolo very soon.

This is about Solo Yolo Spiti Trip. Totally mismanaged, missed couple of places from itinerary promised. They were partial towards another group in the trip, if you are traveling solo expect to not be counted. Though I paid same like others, I was given alpine tents with no proper cushions and totally dirty at Chandrataal. Also, despite being extremely cold at chandrataal, they were short of blankets. Others who came in groups were given Swiss tents. It was unfair to do that.

There were few more blunders too by them.

Good thing was I required medical help and they did it very well. Probably the only thing I liked about them.

Very uncomfortable stay. There was a que in front of the two toilets, as there were twenty people staying in the hostel. Being a hostel food options are limited.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The atmosphere was very chill, everyone is laid back, helpful and open. I came alone but spent a lot of time with the owner and other guests. Next time, I'll definitely go there again!:)

Extremely disappointed with SOLO YOLO Service. Sunny who found me from Facebook assured me via mail that there will not be any issue with room and washroom. It was not that what we had been promised. We paid the 50% advance amount. One day before of our journey Sunny informed us that he could not come but sachin would be our tour leader. Actually Sachin was traveling to spiti for the first time. He didn't have any idea on spiti. Many places got missed out. It was horrible experience with them. In kaza 3 bathrooms for 30 people without geyser was just terrible experience for 3 days. During breakfast time if you would take one more omlette extra they would say we can give only one omlette. If you will take one tea extra dont worry they would do the billing at the end day.it was pathetic experience. They dont have any arrangements in Chandratal lake. They book it on call without paying them. So tent owners don't keep tents for solo yolo. The Birthday celebration was the Only thing i liked about them. And also Driver Nawang. He is a hero. I would not recommend Solo yolo for your beautiful trip.

Run by extremely casual, irresponsible, careless and laid back people. I have stayed in many homestays before but this one was a nightmare. Unclean washrooms, no geysers, solar doesn't work. Only 3 washrooms for 30 odd people.worse than college hostels. Queues in front of washrooms.worst experience ever. Such was the scenario.don't spoil your trip or mood by booking their homestay. Would never recommended it to anyone. Go for other homestays in kaza. Stay with the locals. Eat from their farms.

Amazing place to stay. Feels like home. So delicious and yummy food made by chef Ranaji. Great hospitality by the staff Jeetu bhaiya. Thank you so much Sunny bhaiya for such a great experience. Solo yolo is the best place to stay in Kaza and also the best company to experience flawless trip.

It was nice experience for me. They are very friendly. If you are foreigner they will take extra care of you and food is to good.

'सोलो योलो' पूरे काज़ा सबसे अच्छा होमस्टे है। यहां का माहौल एकदम मस्त है। पूरे काज़ा में ऐसा होटल या होमस्टे नहीं मिलेगा। जब भी काज़ा जाएं एक बार Solo Yolo में ज़रूर रुकें।

Best place for travellers in Kaza
Stayed at Solo Yolo on my recent trip to Spiti Valley and this place has clean and comfortable (dorms as well as rooms), good location (close to the Kaza market but yet at a very peaceful place that has some of the best views of the sky at night and during the day), awesome food (freshly prepared and tea is a speciality as well), genuine and helpful people and you will find some good company here from fellow travellers even if you are solo or in a group.
P. S. Extended my stay at Solo Yolo because the vibe of this place was so good. Extra marks for artsy walls and the super comfy dining area where I could literally pass out.

Very disappointed. It was not what we had been promised. It was very disorganized and the management was also very indifferent to the genuine problems faced by us. Would never ever recommend to anyone.

It's a very good home stay operated by solo yolo, the owner sunny vai. Very co oprative people. They have nice kitchen. Chef name Mr rana. Food is very tasty service is very good. Home stay have nice hill view and river view. In front of hostel there is a big play ground. They have outdoor seating arrangements. They provide tea and snacks when you want. It's open 24 hour. Hostel rooms are clean and very hygienic. It's eco friendly hostel. Neat and clean restroom. Separated restroom for ladies and gents. Have a great seating arrangements in hostel ground under a big tree. If you take tea at this space it was nice experience. They have solar power. They have gizer in restroom. You can take shower by hot water. 2 storied building big roof best place to show milkyway at night.

There were only 3 bathrooms for thirty people.what they promised about the stay was not told to us about the common bathrooms.last day at chandratal lake was the worst experience as they had taken money in advance for the stay but when we reached chandratal lake there was no booking done for us and for 4 hours we had to stay in our vehicles. The only good about was the driver of our vehicle n the cook. It was the worst experience in Kaza at solo yolo.
