Lovely place, with good staff. Had an electric bedsheet that kept us warm during extremely cold nights of temperatures varying from 4°C - 1°C. Has a lovely apple plantation just in the front and a pretty garden.
Poor service. Waited for one hour first for snacks and then another one hour for simple dinner. They serve bread sandwich in place of cheese garlic bread and the manchurian was nothing but sauce. Paid 500 for bonfire which they did not bother to keep alight after an hour.
Beautiful location, amazing view, Sparsh Resort is a home away from home with all the creature comforts you would want for a sojourn away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Great food, great service and Mr. Manoj and his team are always there to make sure you are well looked after. We Highly recommend Sparsh Resort to all who are looking at a peaceful getaway alone or with family. Keep up the good work Sparsh Resort.
Service was very slow, we had to wait for every item that we ordered for more than an hour. To which the manager replied we prepare fresh food, every parantha ordered during breakfast took exactly 20mins to be delivered. Location is too far from mall road. On mountains even 500m seems like 1km. Due to snow, no taxi agreed to drop us there. I paid 5000/- to bolero fr dropping us from green tax to hotel. Hotel should provide free pick and drop. All taxi drivers are thugs and charge heavy amount from tourists.
Such an amazing property! We stayed there for a night and we regret for not being able to stay longer. The property offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. We were a family of 4 adults, 1 kid and a puppy. We were apprehensive of how they would react to the puppy. But they were welcoming and in fact, very loving to our Louie. The food was delicious and yummy. Please do try out their chicken sandwich and masala tea.they are heavenly. The property was also well kept and clean and the best feature I liked was the bed warmer. It was a true blessing in the minus temperatures of Manali. The owner and staff were very friendly and courteous. The owner especially was very sincere and even called us the next day to enquire if we reached back home to Delhi safely. Enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely choose and recommend this place place!
Good hotel. Great location in old manali. Breakfast was also nice. Rooms are bit smaller and electricity cuts were pretty often hut that should not stop you from having fun.
Perfect place for a vacation.walkable distance to Hadimba temple, old manali and Mall road shipping area. Rooms were comfy with in-bed heater (that was very nice)
A very cozy property for long stays with family and friends. Located near to tourists attractions like mall road and Hidimba Devi Temple. The veg breakfast and veg dinner is really good. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days in a family suite with two double beds and private balcony. The room and bathrooms were all clean and well maintained. The best part was the bed heater. Only problem was that there was no lift facility, you have to use the stairs.
All in all a good place to stay when you are in Manali, Himachal Pradesh.
I had a great time in this resort. The waiters were very good and friendly and giving there best service to there guests. The awesome part is bonfire and we enjoyed a lot. The view is very beautiful from the rooms.
This is place which will make you feel like home away from home. The rooms are clean and decent size, depends on what you get, family suites are double storey with an excellent view. The food is great.must try the Kadhai Paneer. The hospitality of the place is amazing. The people are warm, respectful and will go to any end to make your stay comfortable. I had elaborate conversation with the Manager (Manoj) who at every step helped us with his guidance. This is definitely something I am looking forward to visit again.
Rooms are pleasant and well maintained. The bathroom is very small. And the place is not suitable for a long stay since there is not much in the property and the rooms dont have balconies either
Amazing place, secluded from the hustle bustle of the main city area.
The resort is in Loghuts area which offers stunning views of the mountains and the whole valley.
It is easily accessible via auto, taxi from old manali but if you want to breath-in some frest air, you can just walk from Old Manali to the resort (it is barely 600m from old manali bridge).
The staff here is very hospitable and they ready to help with all you needs and are just a phonecall away.
The food here is also amazing! A lot of times we were just ordering from the resort directly instead of eating out because it was so good!
The have wifi here as well which offers decent speed so you can easily spend a workcation here even for longer duration as well.
The washrooms are clean and overall it was an amazing experience and a bang for your buck!
