This place is super close to the Kaza Market and other tourist attractions, so it's very easy to commute from here, it has a parking space dedicated for car and bike owners too.the dining room and food here is really worth experiencing. I would 10/10 recommend anyone who wants to stay here for any kind of trip.the owner Kunga is very kind and hospitable, you can always reach out to him for anything.

Located in Rangarik, the hotel is very close to Kaza. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet food was also very homely.
The owner Tenzin also has a camp setup at Chandra Tal lake which was very nice.

You can count on Tenzin to make sure you have a good time in Spiti!

Courteous staff, nice property. Dining area is away from rooms makes it difficult during cold days. Food was average.

I stayed in this resort in August 2022 with my family for 3 days. Just before our arrival, water supply & electricity in Kaza town were impacted due to heavy landslides. Still, the resort owner Mr. Tenzing & the entire staff did their best to ensure that our stay was comfortable. It's really difficult to handle such abnormal situations. However kudos to Spiti Sarai team that our problems were minimal.
Very Clean rooms, well maintained premises, ample parking space & good food. Above all great hospitality by the owner himself! I definitely recommend Spiti Sarai resort for families as well as solo travellers!

This would be the best place to stay for vegetarian people in Kaza. Food they provide is really tasty and they also offer veriety of Jain dishes too. If you want to have dinner early say by 6pm (Choviyaar) then they keep the dinner ready by that time too. Commendable service. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Tenzin (excuse my spelling) we had very comfortable stay. We stayed for 3 days and we had good experience.
Rooms are cozy and nice with beautiful mountain view. You can also stay in tents, it's beautiful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked 2 nights stay in spiti Sarai. The location of hotel is incredible. Rooms are comfartable and food quality is delicious. Hotel staff is very polite. And many thanks to hotel owner mr.tenzing is very kind person and help.

Horrible experience with this hotel had to change our stay.
For premium room they gave us very bad room.they gave us room in their old wing where there was no staff for service served us cold tea no snacks available in evening.
Room was dirty bathroom was terrible.and nor one really bothered about our problems.

Excellent hotel, its just 5km from Kaza. Those who want to stay in quiet and pleasant climate can prefer this hotel. Staff treat us like family, they are very kind and polite. Even the owner is down to earth. Food is very tasty, Rooms are big and clean with 24hrs hot water which is very important in such place. Hotel has the view of key monastery. Thank for your service

I have recently visited this Excellent property, on 18 may 2022, just 5-6 kms away from hustle bustle of Kaza main town. Peace full location with serene views of Spiti ranges with whole view of key monastery from property. Food was fantastic and staff was very friendly.
Very affordable and neat and clean rooms. A huge lawn one can even walk in early mornings can have tea in lawn also.
Plus point is that they have a huge space for parking in resort so one should have no worry of ur cars or bikes. 5 stars is a must for Spiti sarai and resort.

The hotel location is super.surrounded by mountains. The food was amazing. The staff and owner are very cooperative.

Spiti Sarai and resort is the hub of many sight seens like chandratal and many nearby villages. Moreover, displayed good hospitality with generous staff considering its location.

होटल स्पीति सराय काजा से 5किमी की दूरी पर है। यह स्थान बहुत ही शांत है । होटल के कमरें साफ है, यहां पर भोजन की व्यवस्था ठीक है । लेकिन बाथरूम में पानी गन्दा आ रहा था । अब शायद ठीक हो गया होगा ।

Located away from the town amidst the plains surrounded by mountains the hotel has quite a spread of land. Food is good and staff is willing to serve but seems understaffed

Not really upto the mark, but have all facilities to have a comfortable stay in breath taking Spiti valley!

It's a very very good hotel with very helpful and well-behaved staff. Mr Ramesh Lotey is a very helpful person.

Got fond memories of this place.stayed here went visited spiti for the first time way back in 2009
