Pathetic! Pathetic.
Don't go with reading good reviews. I am telling you I also get trapped in reading good reviews & thought to contact them. I called on this number & talking politely with owner & asking my queries about rooms, amounts etc. And Suddenly the owner was refused to co operate us, answered too rudely. He arrogantly cut the call & behaved so anxiously. So pathetic behaviour for tourists. I have call recordings proof.

Don't fall in good reviews. Thid is the reality. I found very unnatural behaviour of owner.after booking they can do fraud even. I have call recording also.

Location is a little far from mall road but right next to Hadimba Temple. No food available and there was only one person who was managing, housekeeping, and multitasking but was not enough due to may be language barrier.

This is one of the best stays in manali. The view is just amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. The caretaker is also very kind.

A beautiful place to stay. People here are very humble. Service is also very good. Specifically mention Golu. A beautiful soul.

It's in the sides of the city centre
And its better to be here than in i the city as u will love the nature here
when u wake up in the morning
And saw the view, it was Worth going
My kids loved the snow outside the house

1 star less because
my car driver complained that he was not atleast given tea and food when asked
Which the owner promised to give when we checked in
1 star is just because of the behaviour, and the room is too far from city mall Road area

If you want to focus on work and have the pleasant surrounding of the nature it's the best place to be. Most of the solo travellers stay here.

Recommended for family and couples both. Before booking this, I was a bit confused with the negative reviews. But after staying here for 2 days, I can say those are not true and this was really a nice stay. The staff were well behaved and the rooms were cleaned, wish to visit again.

A quiet and beautiful place. Neeraj (the host) is really helpful and understanding. You'll be greeted by some friendly paws.

Near hidimba Temple. Little bit upward side from Mall road but location and view from the hotel was just perfect.

It was pathetic experience, I had word with them around 10.40 am, n i told them we will reach around 11: 15, n we reached at 12: 15, n still our room was not cleaned, they made us wait for 20 minutes outside the room.we were tired like anything, n still we were waiting outside the room.when we entered the room, checked washroom it was dirty, was not clean at all.then we order something, they took 1.30 hours to cook just a plate of veg pakoda n a cup of tea. In night we ordered dinner, again they took very long time to deliver it, one of my friend asked them for extra spoon n waiter was so rude, he said now we are closed for everything.he just asked for spoon, he didn't ask for food item.overall pathetic experience, worst experience, we stayed manali for 4 days n we booked another cottage for 2 days that was cheaper than it's price and way more better than this. I won't recommend spring house. Our biggest mistake was this when we booked this cottage

Excellent vibes and surroundings leading to a peaceful environment. Located amidst the hidimba temple and forest park which provides a great view!

Pretty decent property and spacious room serene atmoshphere, however bad service made it look like a small scale 2 star dirt. Staff was rude, food was below average. Great to spend night if you're stuck after booking it for a day.

Cranky old crazy uncle, over priced food, small bugs, uncool property owner, no privacy and worst services. These people are setting examples to be worst host at a beautiful place. I would not recommend anyone travelling solo and meaning to have fun or chill to stay there. I escaped the place the next morning. It was an ordeal.

It was a okay experience considering the cost paid. Owner was supportive, it’s 300 m inside from main road and a jungle & isolated road to reach there. If you are staying as couple or less luggage - go for it! Attached pics for the road to reach & stunning balcony view.
Owner should add an exhaust fan in toilets as it’s suffocating!

A good homestay with great services. Food they offer are nice. Also people are good too. Nice view from room as well.

I won't recommend a stay there. Specially couples. Don't forget to read the bad reviews before booking for this place.

1. Rooms are sun facing and very bright. Go for this if u love to wake up early in the morning. Curtains not good enough.
2. The walls of the rooms are really thin. You can hear fellow travellers moaning at night in bed, lumps of poo dropping sound in washroom, and all the chatter-patter in the balcony.
3. Food is above average but really pricy.
4. There was no fan in the room. And it got hot in the afternoon (April 22')
5. There are a lot of bugs in the room that scared my fiance off like anything.
6. There was no helper to get in touch with directly. Once wifi was not working, i spent 5-6 hrs not doing anything. I contacted neeraj, then after 20 mins he arranged the wifi.
7. Neeraj doesn't return calls. I felt unsafe and asked for his help during night at 8.30 pm. He didn't bother to come up and talk to me or check. He remained nonchalant to the situation.
I had to leave the place a day before my stay, because I found nonsensical elements outside my room at night. I complained to owner. But he didn't come to check.

Same priced rooms have a gym, games, better services at better locations.

The views are beautiful from balcony but no privacy. One balcony for four rooms. And if everyone comes out, it would get noisy

This property is far from mall road and the city or rush area of manali. It is like on one corner where you get good view of snow clad mountains and big trees, if its during snow then mind it the roads might get blocked and you might have to eaither walk to reach this property and hire rickshaw which will only leave till the place the snow os clear, after heavy snow fall the areas get blocked.the main points famous in Manali are on walking distance like adevi Hadimba temple is like 5 min, Dhongri Van vihar, and there is shortcut walking way to go to Club house from there which is like 15 min.way for Manu temple which is like again walking through uphill. Mall road is interesting as it os crowded most of the time, if its snowing and you wanna walk please buy those boots bcz without that its very difficult to walk as ur feet gets too cold. You shud like wear 2 socks and then the boot which will make ur walking experience good.
The service in this property is good, they are kind and helpful to give u all details. As it was snowing the tourist bus left us down near green tax area and trust me all taxis n cars were charging 800,500 to leave till mall road. From there we had to travel 2.5kms more.people fool tourists bcz they know we can shell out money. I din’t get any assistance from hotel guys here, they told us they woulc charge this amount as roads are filled with snow. We walked for few minutes to see if we get something cheaper ride, and luckily we got a local bus of manali which left us to Mall road at just 15rs each ticket. We had food in Mall road picked up cash feom ATm, necessary snacks food items we need and tried to get auto which charged us 200 to leave half way bcz of snow issue and we walked all over with luggage to the property. So make sure you check the conditions before you check in. There are good accommodations nearby Hadimba temple on the top and bottom with same view and more accessibility.but no doubt this place is also good as its quite, you have common kitchen to cook food etc. They provide you heater but that will just help u if u are sitting next to it otherwise it wont heat up the room but they provide heavy blankets which is helpful to keep u warm when u sleep

Located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood near Hadimba Temple, this guesthouse provides breathtaking views of the mountains. In winter it becomes a snowy wonderland. You have many options to choose from in terms of rooms. Prices are also very reasonable. Food served at the property is tasty and affordable. Internet speed is also decent. Highly recommended for both staycations and holidays in Manali.

This place has the finest view in the valley. It is quiet, calm and just beautiful. The host treat you like family and they are very helpful. They really think of your comfort in the best possible way. And yes, they have got a cute dog too.
