Audio and video quality of the theatre is sort of good but the food items are ridiculously over priced.

The best theatre in Shimla is the worst I've been to. The seats are stain covered and screen is okay-ish but sound is good.

SRS Cinemas is located in Shimla of Himachal Pradesh. The nearest multiplex nearby Mall road and Lift.
You have to take a cab for Rs. 300 to reach here.
Its a bit far from Lift, about 5.8 km.
The movie hall is multiplex but lacks in modern state of the art amenities.
All are to be improved. No maintenance here.
Very poor condition projection.
Lack of clarity in movie image.
Not chic and clean. No luggage keeping inside multiplex.
You have to go to bus stand's luggage cloakroom to keep it. Waste of time too.

It was overall average cinema without air-conditioning but it is best in shimla.seats were filthy and not clean

Best movie theater in Shimla. Easily accessible by a vehicle and also by public transportation. Has parking lot near it.comparing with other 2 available theaters in Shimla this one is way better in all aspects. You will definitely enjoy your time here.

Theatre is absolutely good, but staff is very bad. They don't know how to talk to customer.
One more thing if you are going in rainy season they will not keep your umbrella there, Even anything else you have, they won't allow inside and also they don't have any space to keep your luggage they will refuse to keep your luggage. You will have to arrange by yourself.

Only multiscreen cinema in shimla but away from proper shimla and not easy to go and come at night show without own vehicle

This is the only multiplex in Shimla. It is located in the Inter State Bus Terminus of Shimla. Thus it is easy to approach through taxis and local buses. The place is decent in terms of cleanliness and the staff of polite. However the chairs in the auditorium are not in a very good condition. The chairs don't recline properly and may be requires more maintenance. The food and beverage at the food counter is okay. The caramel popcorn is also okay. Overall the place is decent and good for watching movies with friends and family.

It is the only Mutli-screen theatre in town. However they could still improve upon a few little things such as the quality of the in-house beverages and snacks that are served.
Also, I went to watch a movie here and during the entire movie, the staff kept coming and disturbing again and again, thus completely ruining my movie experience

A good place to watch movie at shimla. Its location is ISBT Mall, shimla.so if you have enough time to catch your bus, you can watch movie too with 2 theatres. Also it is approachable.with car parking and lift and is suitable for persons walking on wheelchair.

Latest cinema in shimla. Offers decent picture and sound quality. Food is good. Staff os co operative. Although its been more than 5 years, people of shimla are still waiting for PVR

Visited this theatre since it's opening and standards have fallen since then. Shimla city unfortunately has not much options when it comes to watch movies. CK Mall at ISBT Shimla does not fit to standards which one may expect while visiting it.

Hall was to small. But the movie experience was better as compared to Solan Cinema hall, that is nearby

I have heard that this is the best cinema out in shimla and it might be the case, not sure, but if you are from a good tier 1 or tier 2 city, keep your expectations low, and if you are from a metro, well Netflix will serve you better.

Good but costly place. People are not generous. Just like any other business house. Give money and take less service

Two screen multiplex just above the new ISBT Shimla. Has got good parking. We went on a weekday and the occupancy was low. Staff well behaved and courteous. I suggest they should reduce their prices by 50 percent and promote it in social media so that they get good footfall and also better earnings, so that this cinema keeps running in Shimla. The eatables served were fresh but shud be priced keeping in mind the standards Shimla has as most of the people here are lower middle class but educated. All the best.

About 8 km from Old Bus stand shimla. Bus you can easily reach by bus, because it is in ISBT so you can get buses easily.

But the only problem is about AC.
They always say that AC is not working today.

Currently providing the best movie experience in Shimla. Only drawback is that is located near IsBt Shimla. One planning to watch late night shows must have their conveyance to return, else one might end up paying huge amount to the local taxis. Don't rely on OLA services here.

Was so cold in the cinema hall, it was impossible to sit without a few layers on. Good if you've never been outside Shimla but pretty average if you've seen other cinemas any of the bigger cities have to offer.

Mr. Bhupinder at the gate saidnu cant get it now as its not time as we were early, agreed. But never gave any time at what we could get in and said cinemas dont have any feedback email id, also aaid people will start sitting in cinemas from the morning if we dont restrict that, bloody rude way to put it, no one is so idle as you are Mr. Bhupender.

Poor quality seats with very less leg room. Many times the temperature of the halls not well regulated, gets pretty hot inside. Picture and audio quality is good. Food is good but expensive as is the case with all the multiplexes these days. But the only good option in the whole of Shimla. So.

Worst experience, duty manager Amit Kumar failed to justify our greviences.forced to made full payment without functinla AC. Need justification.

Very bad experience. No water in washroom. Lack of cleanliness. Even seats sound system and lightening system was very poor.

Let's look at the good side first, sound quality, cleanliness of theater and restrooms are decent. Screen is watchable. Food quality and varieties can be improve. Staff is humble but at the same time could be more professional. Sorry don't have any pic of this place.
