Peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Billing. The staff were friendly and helpful and built a bonfire for us in the evenings which was a lovely way to spend the time. The tents are comfortable with a private bathroom in each tent

I liked entire property, the tents were big and spacious and the common area was well lit during the night. Food was delicious too and they arrange bonfire for us during the night. I must say One of the best place for camping in billing. Want to make yourself feel free? Then must visit this place. The adventure starts from the tremendous road heading toward this place.

Owner of this property is a non sense person (Mr gagan) who don't know how to talk to elders specially and how to behave.

Amazing property with crazy views and the best hospitality by Mr. Gagan. The stargazing and echo points were surreal. Indeed an experience worth remembering and special mention to DJ Maddy for an amazing party! Must visit!

An unique place situated at the top of the paragliding take off. It's the only place situated at the top that'll give you mesmerizing view of the sky and bir. And great hospitality shown by Mr. Gagan and Mr. Rahul. One should absolutely visit the place to experience it.

If you are looking for a vacation in nature’s lap, away from the mundane chaotic routine of you metro life, 70 km from Mcleod Ganj ride “The Sky Village” is the best option to rejuvenate, experience nature and enjoy a healthy, clean natural ecosystem. Bir Billing Located in the west of Joginder Nagar valley in the state of Himachal Pradesh this green coniferous forest is the best destination for nature lovers and trekkers. Go on a forest trek, sit on rock enjoy the mesmerizing nature, and there surrounded by enthralling mountains from all sides was our camp site, a mesmerizing view straight out of a movie. At the camp, the tents provided were clean, comfortable and airy and the washroom quite maintained, considering the rough terrain. Food was quite homely and good. But the star of the camp was the “Welcome Drink” we couldn’t stop drinking that was so awesome. The evening bonfire around the camp was the best part and we had one of the best time there. Special mention needs to be made of the service provided and our heartiest thanks to Gagan (Owner) at the camp, they actually hung out with us and made the trip even more interesting. In fact at 11 in the night when we need some tea to have it, he made it by its self. The entire staff in fact was so helpful and friendly that we had no inconvenience whatsoever and enjoyed the whole time.
The place is awesome and ideal off-side/ short trip for office team, friends and families alike. Just that we couldn’t experience the paragliding because of bad weather but I guess we have reason to visiting again.

The perfect place to stay if you are in Bir Billing. The camp side and the view is amazing. Also we loved the hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

Very bad experience
We visit Sky village on 1st jan the NEW YEAR DAY. But they dont have music, no bonfire was given to us till late night, worst food, no water, no electricity, not a single plug in camp for charge your mobile they gave nothing.
You have to
The manager Mr. Rahul is having a very negative attitude, he dont value for their guest.
You have to go down with your luggage 500 meter. They don’t provide any services.

Dont visit ever not recommendable.

Dont go there, I will not recommend that bad place, food taste bad, no water service, no bonfire, no music they gave us till 9 pm, we were ideally sitting over there and feeling why we came here.due to too late we were unable to shift from there. I have been in camping before as well but that place very bad place.
No tissue were given after 3 requests.
No hot water were given after 4 request.
No water in washroom.
MANGER RAHUL IS HAVING VERY WORST attitude.
He dont care for their guest are facing problems.
Dont ever visit to that worst place just sleep in your car or sleep at any shelter but don't visit there.

I'll tell you pro n cons

Cons:

1. Not reachable by car, you will pic your luggage back n forth for a kilometre hilly terrain. Staff will not help you.

2. Whole area is very cold by nature which is good but you will not get anything to eat drink or get cozy before time.

3. No electricity in tents.

4. Almost every tent maintenance, water is not functioning, not even flushes.

5. Staff is very moody on service, 'ho jayega' is there fav word, which they do by their choice.

6. Bad attitude of manager, (Mr. Rahul) he thinks whatever he do, he will get costomers anyway.

7. They don't mean their words.

Now pros.

1. You will learn how to struggle in cold, without water, food and warmth.

2. You will learn how to deal with sadness you get after spoiling your big day.

3. You will learn how to write a great review.

lots of investment goes to ruin when you cant manage things, my experience there was on 1st jan 2022 which was pathetic,

Mr. Rahul aka the manager of property did't gave a dam about us.we waited 3 hrs in hunger and cold only for a tea, in peak winter conditions when it was freaking cold he was unable to start bone fire, it was 1st of jan and there was no music, cherry on top you can't even call him on mobile coz there is no network.when i complaint Mr rahul about these un-comforts, i told him this property is not recommendable for others so i will not.on this his reply was " we don't need your recommendations either"

so guys they don't care about what your experience will be, coz we guys just keep booking blindly just seeing good pictures, but they got nothing good to offer.one last thing they don't provide water for bath, coz tents don't have geezer.mobile can't be charged in tents.i should have left earlier, it was late nite and a 500m climb to reach road from there so i stayed for nite, left early without breakfast and didn't paid them anything, coz they don't deserve your hard earned money.

Had an amazing Camping experience with The Sky Village. I suggest to go for the stay at The Sky Village. It is a surreal experience staying there. The Sunset walk is a must do. Will be coming back for another gliding experience soon.

Nice and beautiful camping site at a reasonable price, during off seasons you may get it a cheaper price, however if you are planning to visit during the month of June and July I would suggest that you book it before hand.

I visited this Campsite with my friends in May -2019.it's really superb place to relax and enjoy good food Good people and a great place. Amazing place for nature lovers!
It is the most isolated camp and try to go there on weekdays away from the humdrum of city life. You can visit this place whenever you want. Suitable for family, corporate family, couple, friends. Thumbs up.

Best place for stay and food is good too and the views from this place are awesome. And most importantly very much affordable. I would like to come here again with my whole family in future.

The camp doesn't have a clearly marked approach. When we reached there was no one to guide our gang of 30. The trail leading to the camp was unmarked, rocky & treacherous. One can easily fall & get hurt. Furthermore you have to carry your own luggage up & down so that makes it even more difficult. You need to have a lot of practice to avoid any injuries.

The camp was unclean and there was garbage strewn around everywhere. Infact the entire camp had only 2-3 people including the cook. There was hardly any welcome or instructions unlike several other camping trips we have done in the past this was never expected. Food served was pathetic. Our group of 30 was served Rajma (watery), Rice & Kadi for the welcome lunch. All meals were similar. The camp was ill equipped due to lack of personnel.

Tried speaking to the owner but felt that he was doing us a favour by letting us stay at the camp. The camp facilities & location is nice but attitude of the owner & manpower needs a lot of improvement.

It's was an excellent experience staying at The sky village I wonder what more you could expect more than this these guys are doing so hard to reach to customers demand besides the fact there is no electricity and water and some people are posting just because they don't want to get out of there comfort zone these kind of person better stay in hotel besides coming in a budget camping special thanks to Mr Gagan you are doing so good there are certain things and you definatelly over come that don't bother about these comments

This place is awesome the staff is super friendly and the food was one of the best Indian food we tried so far The tents are clean and comfy. Totally recommend it.

We always try to keep up to the marks of our clients but sometime situations are little different as the fact we always tell our customer what are the conditions of weather, number of guests staying as we are in such a zone where we don't have electricity but still providing it as we are using solar power for electricity.some guests are so cooperated so good some are really opposite of it.we can never make everybody happy that is the human nature so it is my personal request to the clients coming for camping, that they have to understand that camping is always rough and raw but still we are very committed and dedicated to our work and always will be. The manager was interactive and nice. He was greeting everyone very nicely. Very responsible. The location was extro ordinary and pleasent food was delicious. Rooms were neat and clean with 2 beds and matresses. In hindi it was JANNAT for me. NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS. There was BORNFIRE AND DJ, CHAI, ALL TYPES OF PAKORA. Very safe place wd niceeeeee viewwww

I have been to many campsites before but this was the best campsite that I ever laid my eyes on. It is peaceful and quiet there, away from all the traffic and noise. We felt like spending the rest of our lives there. The tent accomodation is the best I have seen.you sleep of right under the stars. The perfect adventure feeling.the staff there is the best and management is brilliant. The food we had there was so amazing that we did not miss home food at all.everyday there was a different menu.the staff makes sure you are comfortably living there and they will help out with any problems you have.

It was indeed a good experience spending the time at the camp. The staff we re very courteous and helpful. Dinner buffet was surprisingly vast and delicious. When I am mentioning delicious, it means out of this world!

Friendly campground. I looked at some of the other campgrounds in the area and this was the only one that looked capable of handling a Class A with a toad. Mr Gagan was friendly and accommodating. So I would say that this is one of the nicer campground in billing Himachal PRadesh Kangra.

Best place to stay in Billing. If you are visiting Bir then I will suggest you to stay in Billing for one night. People's are also very good and yes foods are too

The location of this camp is perfect for site seeing. The luxury tents was very clean and pleasant. All amenities were first class. The breakfast very nice with all kind of choices. Highly recommended.

The Sky Village in billing is a great place to find some peace and adrenaline rush. The food is good, the tents are pity clean and the staff is excellent. Just ensure the length of the paragliding before booking. Also, there could be a few more activities added in the evening to make it a complete package.
