The worst Management and worst Maintenance
Not at all recommended. Rooms are very ugly. I prefer sterling where ever I go. Sterling Kufri is very much good than this. And the food is also worst. Please don't book rooms in this hotel and even don't have food in their hotel

Excellent service. Vikram and Ramesh front office are providing good service. Location wise good. All staff helpfull.

The resort is very good.just behind it the river flows, you can go there have a bath. Water is cold and clean.rooms are not neat and clean. Staff is very helpful so enjoy your stay.

Peaceful to stay on the outskirts of the hustle bustle of the city. Rooms are spacious and staff is welcoming and helpful. Food is good but cutting a star due to less options on the menu. Spa is also available at nominal rates. Winters is good time as less people will be around and you will get all the attention.

If you visit dharmshala then no place is better than sterling for stay.

My parents are currently staying in this property and they are extremely unhappy with all the aspects. The rooms are damp, toilet commode is leaking, curtains are useless and fall off when being used. Upon requesting a different room the housekeeping head is showing much worse rooms. We have been the member of sterling group for over 20 years and the attitude of the staff has been the most horrible. If there are other guests who are giving 5 ratings recently this clearly shows how badly this property discriminates elderly couple.

Infrastructure need major upgradation. By the river with a private access makes the location interesting

Nothing to write home about. This place is an apt example of how the Sterling brand is over-hyped & below all expectations. High time that they stopped mislabeling the place as a 'Resort'. As on date it's just another 'Oyo' grade hotel that is over-priced.

A very nice place to stay and spend the holidays. The location of this Resorts is really beautiful with stream flowing just behind the Resorts.

Staff is co-operative and it's a neat and clean property. But it is away from Dharamshala, they should have suttle sevice for the persons staying in the resort.

Facilities and amenities are basic and run down but the staff are extremely helpful and very courteous. The restaurant is slightly less than average

The location is excellant but the problem was food, we can not expect from sterling the quality served to us during the stay.

The resort is well located. You can either go for long walks or sit by the river side. The staff is well mannered and polite. The food is very good, although the choice is limited.

Have stayed at this resort for the 4th time. The place is nice, cosy and the facilities are good. Rooms are clean with clean washrooms. View from the hotel balcony.

1) Nice location. Little far from city
2) Good food.
3) Rooms are good condition. Not so cozy or luxurious.
4) All rooms having a balcony. Some rooms having view of stream. People can visit the stream from back side of hotel.
5) They have some indoor sports activity.

One of the peaceful area. Far more beautiful than main city dharamshala. Surroundings are beautiful himalya.

There was electricity problem in rooms.
Restaurant service was very slow and did not have much variety.
Doormatery was available for drivers.

It's located few kms before Dharamshala, few rooms has River view and few are road facing, Spa services are at cheaper rates as compared to Sterling Manali & Koofari, also rooms are basic, but Kitchen staff is very cooperative & try to satisfy guest as much as then can. Food was tasty, fresh & delicious.

Great place to stay. I stayed there for 1 night and location is good. But no hot water available. Washroom was little stinky.

No 5* but good according to place like Dharamshala.it is in centre so if you have no own vehicle it is difficult to stay.

Terribly overpriced rooms, outdated and falling apart amenities. Not at all worth the money you'd end up paying. And hidden costs get added on check out.

The place is only accessible by taxi or your own vehicle. The money you save by not staying here can be used to rent much better maintained rooms in Mcleodgang which is a 20 minute taxi ride away.

The food is reasonable if a bit overpriced. The staff is courteous but weren't the least bit curious why we were checking out early and what we were unhappy about.

Being a sterling member, really was on cloud 9 to explore property. Visited in april 19, surrounded by snow cap mountain and waterfall.staff very good.location perfectoooo

Rooms are below average.even suite are pretty normal type.no WiFi in rooms and alleyway.only WiFi in reception area.extra games and curricular activity is highly chargeable. Only good thing I can say is the food.which is cheap and best possible.though waiting time for food is too much.my family and friends experience was not so good.

A very simple small place.don't expect luxury but it's comfortable and cozy with all basic amenities.enjoyed fully due to the company we had. Roof top is very good in the evening. Preorder bonfire on the roof top. Restaurant and food is good (No luxury) CAUTION: Horrible Spa. I had to leave in between.

Its a fine place. The rooms are ok. All rooms have AC. The rooms are spacious, and have big windows with abalcony. Its a lot far from the city. This is one of the main drawbacks of the hotel. But still the food quality, breakfast service and even room service is good. The staff is good and helping in nature. There is a river flowing jusf behind the hotel. They even have a few sports activities here.

Stayed at dharmashaala Sterling with family with family n friends.it was was great stay hospitality was very good.location was super.dood offered was very tasty overall very good experience.

Nice cosy resort outside the town of Dharamshala. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and healthy meals. The lift did not work the 4 days we were there. And they kept giving lame excuses for not getting it functional.
