Sterling Manali

It was an express check in. Staff very polite and helpful.
A peaceful to stay. Food quality excellent.

Room was ok, cramped though. Typical hotel structure with just rooms and restaurant inside a compound. No breathing space inside the compound, unlike club Mahindra next door. Food was OK. Service too was OK. Will I stay again, not really.

A place to recommend.
Good location and people around.
Visit during snow fall season. December mid to January only.

I booked Sterling Manali for my friend. The service and stay was extremely good. Food is also very good.

Its only a money making machine for them, with out a proper service. Very good actors and tele callers.

Have BETTER options nearby with very polite and genuine service in economic range.

Even you visit there, never WASTE your time and MONEY by purchasing their any membership plans.
Stay away from the faulty membership program.
The Annual fee you have to pay can make you a comfortable stay in good economic hotel in coming years and the amout paid can be utilised for your entire life leisure time travel needs for membership term of 25 years.

Sterling Manali is situated near Club Mahindra resort and is prime property in the vicinity of Manali. The staff is humble, supportive and very professional. The resort is equipped with the central heating capability so you can visit and stay here even if temperature is zero or in minus degree. They also have facility of camp fire and have gaming zone for your young kids. I especially liked the live counter during Breakfast which serves mouth watering south Indian dishes

Excellent hospitality. Had a great stay.activity area is wonderful. And great food at the inhouse restaurant The Kullu kitchen.

Nice place to stay in Manali, probably one of the best. I experienced few great examples of hospitality, which are rare in Hotel industry. Restaurent food quality and service is great. The prices are also very reasonable. Restaurant Manager and Chef and very polite and supportive to guests requests.

Loved the hospitality here, the rooms are spacious and have great ambience, the restaurant serves amazing food and the gaming area is a good pass time. Kudos to the staff and special thanks to GM Mr. Rustam and servers in the restaurant and the chef

I stayed in Sterling for a total of 5 days and I felt welcome in the hotel. Everyone is driven to ensure that the experience of the guest stay is awesome. I loved it. Mr Arvind and Kamal of Kullu restaurant were fantastic and they remembered what I like for breakfast. Thanks Team Sterling.

By the name itself sterling u must be knowing how the service and rooms could be, rooms were just awsome and service was just excellent. Restuarant food was okay. Too much of oily food and taste was not up to the mark. We stayed here for 2 days and it was awsome, we came here in month of December where it was peak time in himachal. We were lucky that we got this hotel to stay. For such climate we need these kind of hotels to survive after coming from outside. Overall awsome service at sterling thank you

Rooms are just fine, service was horrible at bar in evening, with we finishing our drinks in 90minutes. And yet starters were not served

Well, well, well. It was a wonderful stay at Sterling Manali. The rooms were beautiful, neat and clean. The view from the rooms was spectacular. The staff was really friendly and cooperative. We had two of our meals at the hotel restaurant, and the food was really great in taste. Chinese was amazing! Do try their speciality- Khatta Gosht! ️️

Best Hotel for your stay in Manali. We stayed in Sterling Manali for 4 nights. Very Humble Staff, Rooms are up to the mark, Food Is very good. Mr Arvindji in restraunt is very humble and polite man. Breakfast is so good. They will serve food as a family member. All facilities are there including travel desk which will help you to hire taxis and bike. Cleanliness is very good. Game zone is also there. I think Sterling is best for mid budget. Thanks

Best place to stay in the winters. Snowfall is added advantage as peaks are clearly visible from rooms. Restaurant food was awesome and as per tastebuds.

It was a v nice stay especially thanks to manoj the chef he was very good he made as per our south Indian taste the rasam especially awesome

The rooms were maintained and they provided each support to make the stay comfortable. Maintenance was nice and well kept. The food was good along with service.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Manali. The rooms are plush and very well equipped. Rooms in the timeshare block get a good 5 hours of direct sunlight through its large windows. The heating is great to counter the cold when the sunsets. There is a microwave in the rooms in this block which makes it so much more convenient if you eat at odd hours. My 6 nights stay was absolutely amazing.

A wonderful property, offers a very comfortable stay in all the weather conditions. Houses a nice restaurant with a modest mountain view. It has one of the best family rooms in the vicinity with penthouse fashion twin rooms. The room view is of the mountains too, and looks beautiful in the mornings. It has all the facilities that you would expect of any starred hotel in the terrain.has heaters and acs and activity area and also offers local tourism facilities including slow family trek and rotang pass round trip. It has a small inhouse beautiful garden area with pleasant environment in addition to the parking facilities and spa and other auxiliary facilities. The only negative about it can be that its located slightly at a remote location, getting a public transport or cab may be a trouble however its not more than 4 5 kms from the Manali Market.

Staff very rude, I made full payment to agoda and show them the receipt but they still never allow me to check in.

Bad experience. Sterling has a name for organizing engaging and entertaining activities for all its guests, however I didn't experience a single one in my 3 days stay at sterling manali. I even contacted with the concern person who was responsible for conducting activities however he was very inactive and lame. He didn't even organized a single activity even after requesting. Staff was good but they were not understanding of what activities we and other guests were asking for? I don't know were they have ever conducted any of the family games/activities with other guests too. Tariffs of sterling are quite high if it's just a hotel (and not a resort. Since we have experienced the treatment of a hotel only and not of a fun resort). You can have a better hotel at manali in much cheaper rates than sterling.

Awesome experience with sterling manali, they provide us a good stay in manali and also indoor gaming places are there, and they provide us a hygienic healthy food too. I'm thankful for their service
