Good place for family Food good service also excellent There is no swimming pool which is disappointing Only 37 rooms so less crowded and fast service. Still construction work on going on projects is not completed

If one is looking for a great view of Dhauladhar ranges, great stay, food & service then Storii by ITC hotels is the place to go in Dharamshala. About 30 min drive away from the hustle & bustle of dharamshala, this quiet place is meant for creating great memories with family & friends.we stayed at a Mountain View room & got what we had expected ie awesome views.service was of the highest order as expected from ITC hotels. Food taste & quality at the restaurant is top class esp the himachali dhaam. If the hotel can offer curated excursions / nature trails to guests, it would make the stay even more fulfilling.
We had an excellent time here at the resort. Excellent food, neat and clean rooms. Enjoyed our time. Special thanks to Ankit, Chef Jitendra they made feel at home. Raman from food and beverage is an asset to the organization, lovely boy.
We stayed at this hotel for four nights and my experience was a mixed bag. Here is a detailed review for anyone planning to visit this property. The location and the view of the Dhauladhar range from this hotel is spectacular. It is a small property with about 60 rooms and is lush green. It has a games room for adults, which is a decent play zone. There is a play area for kids too but it hasn't been kept well. Half the toys are missing and cleanliness is a far sight! There is a trampoline for kids too, which is a good add on. The rooms in the hotel are weirdly constructed. We opted for a hill view suite but the view of hills was hardly available from the room or the balcony attached (see pic for reference). The view from the room was that of the under construction houses in front of the back of a semi constructed house. However the basic rooms facing hills had a better view. Upon our request, we were moved to a valley facing suite, which definitely had a better view than our previous room. This suite was also much much bigger and better. We were traveling with our two kids and hence the bigger space was comfortable for us. However for couples traveling without kids I would highly recommend the basic rooms as they are decently sized and have similar or in most cases better view! Also, the access to the rooms requires stairs. There is no wheelchair or stroller access to any rooms.
The hotel has only one restaurant but the food was pretty good. The Indian dishes are terrific just like any other ITC hotel specialises in. While Italian and oriental are available in the menu, they might not be the most authentic dishes you might be looking for! In case you do plan to order a Minestrone soup or a plate of pasta.be prepared to be served with dishes full of tomato ketchup and ingredients that usually don't belong in that particular dish! However, the local pahadi food like the chana cooked with curd and khatta meat are a must must try. If the number of guests is adequate, the morning buffet has great variety and options available. Otherwise, the hotel does offer a vast menu to choose from but the experience isn't the same. Evening high tea is also a great addition and the choice of chaats, sandwiches were amazing. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The entire staff in the restaurant and most of them at the front desk were very warm and accomodating.

Had a very relaxed stay. Though services was ordinary. 4 star for the location and property only Lovely building, calming greenery, serene mountains. What more could one ask for? We will be back again hopefully.

A great place i visit in dharamshala. Staff if highly trained. Food is with perfect taste. Specially thanks to three persons Mr. Sachin, Mr. Dinesh, Ms Shivani. Theese gyz are awesome.
