Awesome location. Outstanding service. Kudos to travel desk (Sanjeev) and the taxi driver for making our trip yet more convenient and memorable.

First of All I've booked a Royal Honeymoon room with balcony, mountain view breakfast and dinner.but room was actually parking view on first floor person crossing road or in parking can see you very closely also mountains were not visible at all. I've asked reception they said we can arrange a room but not similar to one i booked even rooms were vacant.

Secondly, On Booking Website it was mentioned that its a centrally heated hotel but in actually rooms have no such facility, they provided heater at 400 Rs per day costing 800 Rs extra. There was no No Sleepers in room.

Thirdly, They will make you wait for hours for check-in but not even ask for a glass of water

Lastly, Room cleaning is just formality there they provide cheap toiletries, They filled a muddy water in Jug. (See Picture)

Food was ok with limited options

Dont go there by seeing pics its nothing like that, if you want view go for top floor rooms, location is around 20 min walk to mall road. Food is good.

Service is good.slightly far from mall road.hotel will provide you cab on reasonable rate to rohtang/Solang/kasol

Service was very good. Everything was clean and hygienic. Staff was cooperative. The view from room was amazing.

I stayed from 27 oct to 30 oct 2021 Nice hotel in manali only 1.5 km from Mall Road bike rental and other important shop available nearby gd for stay

Rooms were good and hotel was very clean.
La carte order was good but breakfast needs improvement.
Gym was not working, they have some water system in which if you want hot water, you have to keep water running from tap for more than 5-10 min, this waste a lot water, didn't like it

The hotel is crystal clean with an amazing service support, delicious and affordable food and view.
The rooms are on a expensive side but worth it, I have no complaints whatsoever.

They also provide people an option to keep your luggage in their lockers when they checkout of the hotel and they can explore without any excessive baggage and that too free of any charge.

I would say sara hotel ek jaisa banao. Agar nahi toh budget ki dukan band kar do!

This is very economical hotel. If u r going for manali I don't think so any hotel is best than this.

Very good hotel in Manali with proper rooms and hygiene. Proper car parking area. Staff is also having good behavior.

Hospitality, food and location are in place. Services offered by the front desk team was great, special thanks to dilip and reshma who really understood and catered what their guests required. Highly recommend this hotel for stay in manali

Room were more than expected. Great service. 4 star only because the games room was closed for some reason. We planned the stay to play some indoor games as we knew it would rain and we won't be able to go out. So was bit disappointed. But otherwise stay was almost perfect. Will book same hotel again whenever visiting manali.

One of the best hotel in manali, friendly staff, and the location is near mall road. The view from the hotel is so mesmerizing.

View from the room is aesthetic. Breakfast was amazing. Food prices are little bit on higher side but their service is really top notch and professional.

Very nice resort and budget friendly resort. Located away from the hastle of the city traffic, the place is Conviniently located near the main mall road. All the free amenities are closed inside the property right now due to covid restrictions. Overall it is a good property in a medium budget.

I booked room from MMT the images are different and they give different room.food is very expensive

3 star because of buffet quality.quality was good and was properly served but issue was with quantity. With room charges more than 3.2k this is not acceptable. 2 items in breakfast poori bhaji and upma rest were other common stuff (bread, juice, milk, tea). Very bad atleast there should ne min 3-4 main items.
Coming to dinner only 1 sweet dish with 3 main dish and soup.
Hell fruit custard in name of sweet dish and baigan ki subji as one of main dish. Very bad.

No welcome drinks being served
No complimentary two water bottel only aro water was served when asked reason they told cost cutting.

When all the facilities in hotel are closed that's is playing room, activity room due to corona and when you are charging more than 3 k why you take customers for granted.
I mean giving excuse that cost cutting in name of 50 rs water bottles this is heights.

Great hotel for the price. Great service and hospitality. Only thing is opt for a higher floor room to enjoy the view. Food is very costly and not up to the mark.

Not at all 4 star hotel but yes 3 star can be given based upon their service and quality.
The only best service is of restaurant wherein Mr. Dalip, Reshma and their team provides a great service to all the guests in every possible way.
Reception team is of no use, no professionalism, no greetings and top of that they don't hear/resolve your issues.housekeeping service is not at all good.

Good service. Food served both breakfast dinner was amazing. Rooms were maintained and had good space.

Everything was comfortable. Ample space for parking. Smoking is allowed in rooms but hookah not allowed. Food is good also.

Booked for 3 Nights here in Sun Park Resorts Manali for 16 to 19 May 2021. When i booked i had no idea that lockdown will be imposed in Himachal and RT PCR is mendatory to check.anyways they denied to refund the amount when i asked them. The travel agency i booked this hotel through asked time and again to refund the amount but everytime the manager (Eshant) denied saying its a non refundable booking and since our hotel is open its your headache to to come and checkin despite govt restrictions. Why is tourist supposed to come when a lockdown is imposed in Himachal? All they have to say is "its a non refundable booking"and we wont refund it back despite i notified them atleast 12 days before check in date considering regulation of lockdown. They lack professional flexiblity and professionalism. Ultimately another guideline came from govt that no private vehicle is allowed in Himachal and after so much of harrasment and constant calls from my travel agent they provided me refund. I future will never ever think of staying in such a hotel with horrible and unprofessional management who is opportunistic and seek for"avsar in aapada".

Everything was fine.but wo madam at the time of checkout seems to be very rude. 500 ka towel? Khaane ka bill 5k diya.wahan adjust kar lete 100 or 200, but usne 500 ka towel chipka diya thats really rude! Fund ki kami ho to bolna kal hotel bikwa doonga wo bhi premium price me, but do not do the cheap thing!

Great hotel In Manali. Although little far from Mall Road.
Rooms were spacious and very clean with as well.
Great hospitality and food was delicious.

Over all I had good experience here, hygienic and clean room and premises. My only complaint is that they don't provide room slippers and dental care.rest of the things are good here specially mountain view.

Not as expected, It was a 4 star hotel but it doesn't look like it was. Bathroom is below average. Room ambience is also very dull. There are 3 white light and 2 yellow which makes it irritating. Interior is not good very average, more like 2 star hotel. Only good thing is you can get public bus to mall road from this hotel for rs 10. Warning - HOOKAH IS STRICTLY BANNED 10,000 RS FINE I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My stay at Sun park hotel turned out to be unforgettable one. Food here at Sun Park hotel is amazing and hygienic. The food manager Dilip singh is very helpful and respectful towards all the customers and he maintained and managed the staff very well and they are all very humble and gentle.

Hotel is no more far, if guest don't want to stay in between of noise that's the property is very good, location and food also

Stay is excellent, rooms are perfect, clean big, staff is humble, and the food is just just amazing, cant describe in words, food is really subpar.and service is quite impeccable, Restaurant manger Mr. Dilip Thakur is gem of a person, and Chef Rishu has got magic in food. Really will visit again in near future.

Hotel and ambience is good.but food is not upto the mark.also variety of food is also not available for a la carte.

Parking is free. There are 2 casual restaurants serving international cuisine, plus a rooftop eatery with mountain views. Breakfast is offered for a surcharge. Other amenities include a game room, a kids' playground and a business center.

Worst hotel night staff they don't have manners talk with the client MakeMyTrip should have to check all the staff before take hotel listing in own website you should have to delete his listing on makemytrip they are not providing services

I told them i will try the poor feedback they said no problem you please right we don't care you are happy or not we don't like this thing I book two room for one night

Hotel was good, when more snow, little difficult to reach, food was ok.mountain view was very good. Room heater need to take separate. Charge 300 per day.

Hotel location is so good and parking is available here but staff is very bad specially security guard very lazy man

Amazing stay we had.an amazing holiday it's been an wonderful experience here.the resort is just awesome.people gere are so helpful and kind. I just love the resort and especially special thanks dalip from sangam, he was so egar to help the customers and thanks to dev as well.

Terrible Experience!
I booked 2 rooms here for january and because of bad wheather in manali we had to cancel our plan.
I asked them to cancel our booking as all the routes to Manali were blocked with snow and roads were extremely risky. But they told us we cannot refund your amount. You just come to manali even if it takes 7-8 hours extra but definitely you will reach here one day. These people donot have any value of their customers life and time. They only care about eating money of their customers.

A good resort for family, group and individual, Co-operative staff, workers etc.
There is very good house keeping service.

Excellent hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms with family and it was a wonderful stay. Their service is prompt and breakfast was amazing. They have 24 hour hot water facility and the rooms are well equipped in the main building.

Love the place, courteous staff with fantastic facilities. At walking distance from Manali Mall Road. Reasonable price. Even the basic room is also of great comfort.

1. The reception staff is pretty crude, uninterested and pretend to be busy mostly.

2. The hotel doesn't even provide slippers in their rooms which should be a general amenity, but even if they don't provide slippers, they haven't mentioned that anywhere.

3. The room service is pretty slow in the B block.

The main reason still remains that the overall atmosphere of the hotel is not friendly at all.

They provide heaters at a charge of 300/- per night but that's no issue, the problem is that the heaters are a single rod type which are pretty useless. They should instead provide blowers which are more effective.

Excellent service provided with and great view of mountains. Rooms were excellent and behaviour at the counters was superb. Food was also nice and morning breakfast buffet was good. We had a great time at in-house disco also.

A good resort with good view of the himalayas. Clean room and bathroom. 5* for the restaurant team and food quality.

They have 2 blocks and there is lot of difference between both, i.e Toiletries, Bed mattresses, Interior etc etc.
Well I have 3 star just because after so much request they have not mail my bill.
They have something special each day like Karoke, DJ night.
There food is good and even there Manager Mr. Kapoor is so supportive.
There SPA facility is also good and GYM is not well equipped.

One can visit but try to book room in there NEW one.

A little lousy service.
And they often upgrade your stay, (free of cost), if rooms are available.

Nice hotel to stay with famliy and friends near to mall road and nice location food is also very good.
