Rooms are well decorated. Spacious.near bus stand.location is also good. Budget friendly. Interior is also very nice.

Very good location. Rooms-washroom were decent. I won't suggest if someone is looki g for luxory stay, for 1 night stay or just for stay it will be a good option.

Perfect place to stay in Dharamshala
Not even a single issue we faced for our 3 day stay here.
We reached at 6 in the morning and check in time is 12 still the property owner provided us with rooms. The food is great. The service is great.

Location: If you are Planning to reach to hotel by walking than it is little bit hard after 7-8 hours of trip in bus.

The caretaker of the guest house was very rude. We had no option at night that is why we stayed there. By the way let me inform that they do not provide dinner.

Its was a good stay for us, Saurab had helped us with the smooth chekin process at early morning. Breakfast was good, 24hr hot water, car parking and over all its a good budget stay.

Ambience around the hotel is nice. Located just 500 metres from the market.
It's a bit on a steep incline so might be uncomfortable for senior citizens.

Hotel is in the main market.my room was nice and compact.washroom clean.good amenities were provided.the isseue was they unlocked my room with their key and entered the in room in my absence so there may be a safety issue.otherwise it was a comfortable stay

Very polite in nature. The pay attention to your bookings and try to give you best even if you are not able to check in on the day of booking due to any reason. Really appreciate it!

Wonderful. The staff was friendly and compliant. Hot water wss there 24hr and for small things we could easily ask them. Wr sometimes came back late at night from touring, but it was not an issue.

Quick service, nice place but no view options are there also rooms washrooms are clean but room size looks small. We booked it as it shows premium room but its doesn't sound even deluxe although management tried decorated it nicely. So for my view this is average but for one day it is fine to stay.

This hotel is approx 1.5 to 2 kms from hrtc dharamshala bus stand, I had booked the hotel from go ibibo at around 1k as they have tie up with them. Taxi from bus stand to hotel charges Rs 100. Talking about the hotel, reception is good, rooms have bright colour, and rooms were clean, it's a 2 Star hotel therefore toilet was basic. Their Service is prompt & staff is helpful. We had opted for aloo paratha as our breakfast along with tea which was good. The only -ve aspect was internal lock seemed little unsafe - checkout my pics, Overall worth the price.

From this hotel you can get a very clear view of Himalayas.from terrace more close and mesmerizing. Nice and good budget hotel.close to market.after sunset you can talk a walk till near by market and enjoy your time. Good staff and very nice location.

Our stay at Surbhi Guest House was very pleasant and comfortable. Very courteous and friendly people. Service was good. The hotel is very near to all the shops, good joints. Near to the bus stop.

Room was ok, the sanitairy ware was ok. Staff was ok, but i was sick, so i asked if i coult stay 6 hours more, so they wanted dobble the prise. That was not nice of them

Excellent stay in Dharmasala, very near to the main market area. Decent price and good room service. The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel has beautiful views from the front side.

Remote cell was not working.smell of smoking ruined my trip and they said breakfast would be ready at 8 but it was not so.

Improved a lot compared with the previous ten years. The property is clean. They lack parking lot.
