The spa treatments were simply divine, and the food at their exquisite restaurant was a gastronomic delight. Without a doubt, this resort is a true paradise, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Exceptionally beautiful resort with a very courteous staff. Rooms are neat, spacious and tastefully decorated, manicured gardens, sumptuous food and most of all the sunrise and sunset is a view to remember from this resort. Nice relaxing must visit resort nestled amidst a scenic view and has a great restaurant with good variety of food all very delicious. Staff takes care of every need of yours. Reception area has a beautiful library. We had a great experience will visit again.

I have never seen such a poor managment in even oyo hotels even. Its not worth going. Total waste of money and time

From the time I stepped inside the property, I have been facing only problems. From the food, to the linens and even the private pool, this experience was really bad. The staff is really ill mannered. The prices they are asking and the service provided by them are just opposites. I have never stayed in a property this bad. The services provided by them are simply pathetic.
Never recommending this property to anyone in future.

The stay here was very poor. The staff is not accomodating at all. The head chef, Mr. Gajendra is not willing to fulfill the customer's wants and needs.
We had requested for an extra bed, so they had placed a mattress on the floor (an extra bed costs around 5000). Also we had booked a luxury room with a private pool. The private pool was really dirty as if they haven't cleaned it even once. We had a heated pool which wasn't ready at all. The bed linen and covers were smelly. The manager, Mr. Mohar was never wearing a mask. In the time of covid, the rooms cleaning was very poor. There were hair strands on the pillows.
Overall I have never stayed in a property this bad. Never recommending this place to someone else.

Very poor experience.
Really disheartened. The management by the resort was very poor. We have to wander here and there till 5pm. That's the time we got keys to the room and we arrived at the resort at 12 noon. Even the buffet for lunch was very poor. The place was really untidy and congested. More than half people didn't get proper sitting. The food too didn't taste good. The house keeping was very slow. We have to call thrice to get our room cleaned and even personally asked the guy twice. So overall the experience was really poor and the resort doesn't stand upto the mark of the name and fame.

Very expensive. Not a worth for what you pay. I paid 12000 online for deluxe room and its a very small room. Moreover there is not even a single place to visit. I will NOT recommend to anyone

Check in time is 2 pm but room was not ready till 5 pm.
Most of the staff were courteous and well mannered. Housekeeping was very good.

However service need to be improved in the restaurant. Even Paratha could not be served before 30 minutes. Any item ordered takes around 30/35 minutes.

I made booking for 3 rooms May’21 and paid 100% advance and then they cancelled all of the services at resort. So I asked for refund which refused. Despite of many emails and calls they were not ready to refund money. Poor management! No one is ready to share the escalation person details. No response on emails and calls. I have no option left other than to reach out to consumer court and this is my first review and if not heard anything next review will go on social media

A very soothing and relaxing place away from city havoc. Just 2 hours drive from Chandigarh. Rooms are spacious & clean. Very humble and supportive staff. Food quality and taste is amazing but the portion served is little less than expected. Very limited menu but delicious. Spa is awesome. A must visit place for one or two night stay.

Surya villas has a wonderful location in mountain of Himalaya nr kumarhatti, cool location. Niramaya retreat (wellness centre) @ surya villas have a most advance technology wellness centre. I would love to visit again.

The experience was good in resort. The chef was really a professional Thanks for the tasty and delicious food. All staff are very polite and helpful. And the main interesting Part is that they have a Wellness centre attached With it, which the Doctor’s, Nurses and technician are so well trained in functional medicine (professionally).

Nice place and ambience in the lap of nature. The location is very nice and once you reached at the place you are in god's lap. I just loved the place and me n my better half enjoyed the place like anything. We are wanderers and we love to explore these underrated places which have its own Journey and beauty

This is an awesome place. You cant imagine thst there such a place in solan. You should visit this resort atleast once you visit shimla/solan. You will feel like heaven.

Resort on the way from Chandigarh to Shimla, approx 5-6kms away from highway. Made on a hill, covering very large area. Facilities equivalent to Five Star hotel. Swimming pool, billiards table, table tennis, garden, spa, everything available, theatre also.
A bit expensive. Food is good. Mainly you will love the cool breeze during summers.

Mediocre hotel with pathetic service. Firstly they had us change the room 3 times. Then they said they have upgraded us to the luxury suites where nothing was working even the milk powder sachet was expired for 3 months when we complained they refused to believe it. I had a MAP I.e. Dinner and breakfast included but they said that only 4 rooms are booked so we will have to order alacarte but most of the items in the menu were unavailable. I would have given (-) 5 star for their service and attitude if I could give a negative rating.

Property is vast, but at different levels but they provide swift transportation. They need to upgrade their pool by providing free balls and tyres to play and have fun. Changing rooms need urgent modifications, there r big cracks in walls.shower not properly working

The property is really good. But they don’t have much variety in there diner and breakfast buffets. Though the food is good but have really few varieties.

But the road to this place from kumarhatti is bit bad in shape. Last two kms are just gravel and sand.
