We spend long weekend here. We were 12 friends enjoyed a warm hospitality courtesy Ajai. Happy Thakur extended a nice stay there. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

We are regular visitor for holidaying in shimla. Oakwood hamlet resort at shoghi is the destination we choose for its calmness, beutifull valley, quality and tasty food which cannot be matched by any resorts in it's locality. We have an amazing time at Oakwood Hamlet resort each time we visit. Cheers!

The place is incredibly good for family as well as groups and couples.
You will find games like badminton, pool, table tennis, chess, carom for activities.
The view and the points of the resorts are beautiful.
The place is quite calm and sound without disturbance and noise.

I would say it is a must to visit place.

Went there with friends and cousins for 1 day, stayed for 2, had a wonderful time at the pool, playing snooker & many fun games. The place is very quite and peaceful. Staff is very friendly, special thanks to resort manager Anish, he is your best guide out there.

Requesting everyone please don’t choose this resort Oakwood Resort, Shoghi for your family trip because this is not safe for women’s and Kids. Their staff misbehaving with women’s and no one is safe in this resort. The staff are calling the outside personnel and this is easily assessable for outsiders to ruin your privacy and security. Staff and the outsiders allowed by them are behaving like criminals if you question them for their misbehave. There is much more to say but can’t explain in words please don’t consider this resort for your holidays.

Lovely weather and an awesome trip for the whole company. All amenities are good and all the members of our company enjoy a lot.

It's one of the great place to visit. I stayed there for 2 Nights but it was so less that I wished it not to end.property has the mesmerizing view of hills forest nature.it was so pristine and scenic. I stayed in a Duplex room and the view from my room was which a every Mountain lover would dream off. The entire staff starting with Mr. Anish (GM), hemant, Krishan has attempted to go extra mile to make our stay memorable. Whosoever is reading this I will highly recommend them to visit this bliss once. Thank you to team Oakwood hamlet!

There was no exhaust fan in toilet, that was very frustrating. Room service very poor. In night you will not get drinking water. You will be fully dependent on resorts canteen as it is in outside so you will not get any hotel or dhaba nearby. Before 8am you will not get anything like bed tea.
Best thing is only it is a peaceful place between nature.

Property location is quite good. I found it unfit for old age people. Ramps could have planned in a better way. Rooms are also average, some cleaning & linen upgrades are needed.

Location is really nice. View from rooms are also really good. Location wise it's a bit remote, it's around 3 kms away from the highway but still the experience is worthy. Service is also good, no major complaints for the service. Overall, a good place to hang out with family and friends.

The stay nice, calm and relaxing except the first day when some fellow guests staying at the resort were creating lot of nuisance.

Everything about this place was just above okay. Don't go with too high expectations and you will ne able to enjoy more. Located in Soghi, it is well-isolated from rest of the world. It is quite deep inside. Food was good. You can have an awesome time with a group

Evaan resort is awesome property, location is very good, food is very tasty, excellent staff and supporting.

Nice location.but.
Lack of willingness to serve.
They don't even know the H of hospitality.
Poor management has spoiled the nice property.
They are best in making false promises.
A few of their false promises: Bonefire, electricity, generator, battery backup, hot water. And of course, worst ever room service. Forget the shower or bath, they didn't even provide a drop of hot water to wash our faces.
We had to spend one horrible day/night without electricity (we were promised power backup that was never there).
We were there to spend 3 nights but had to check-out the very next day.
By the way, a lady manager there tried her best to listen to our problems but she too was helpless in getting things done.
Nice resort spoiled by poor management and lack of hospitality.

We went for some peaceful retreat for rejuvenate and recharge ourself and guess what "Evan resort was a perfect place to live-in, dine-in. Staff was polite and hospitality was great too. Would love to visit again. Special thanks to property manager.

Must say beautiful place and awesome resort. Great food. Staff was very helpful. One suggestion that they should make resturant and game room covered though one can enjoy it in pleasant weather but for extreme weather too difficult to adjust. Internet connectivity is toooo poor. Overall great experience.

Stay at evaan resort is wonderful. Food is very delicious. Hospitality of the staaf was good. Peaceful stay at the property. Network is the major issue. There is no network and one must reach the property in the day light as there is no light on the way to the resort

Was commited this is wheelchair freindly property. Not so. Had to stay some other place after paying full amount which is neither being adjusted nor refunded.

Very good service. I came here in June month with my office team. Neat and clean rooms. Mountain view was very good. Breakfast lunch dinner available with room charges.

Good quint place, reaching from main to hotel is bit tricky. Once you are there one van enjoy the get away from all hustle and bustle. Food is also good, not overly spicy and the variety of menu is adequate.

Quite and serene resort, with humble and helpful staff. Excellent for a retreat. Only problem is mobile network. Though Wi-fi facility is available, it is only restricted to the reception area.

A treat for eyes located in Shoghi.nature at it's best. A calm resort surrounded by lush greens, picturesque views, soothing bird chirps, pleasant breeze.
Occupancy of around 20 - 25 cottages with every room drafted in woody, earthy tones. All rooms have a great view and neat n clean.
Food is great and covers Indian, continental n oriental cuisine, both veg n non veg.
The game zone is well equipped. TT, pool table, indoor games, etc. Swimming pool is well maintained.
Staff is very gentle and well seasoned. Service level is quite high.
Excellent for group packages as well as family trips.
Overall a must try.

Beautiful property away from the hustle of the city, it offers you a quaint hamlet close to city, food is good, staff is very helpful.

Cool place, outside from city's noise. An ideal place if you want to spend few days in peace and calm environment. The staff here is very cooperative. The food quality is also very good. Many in house facilities like indoor games and swimming pool etc are available. If you are adventure lover then u must go for trekking also. Parking of cars has little problem though they have parking space outside the resort. Overall it's a nice place to spare peaceful time with family.

Peaceful place, great food, affordable, Right on Kaithalighat Railway station (3 kms down the hill), Apprx 3 Kms before Shoghi, Good and cozy cottages, Very cold in winters.
