No experience of washing, alignment, wheel balancing. Charged wheel balancing of 4 tyres but did only 2 tyres.

Very bad experience of 2nd paid service.

Be aware you won't get booking refund, Very poor service, I booked Harrier few months back they promised me to deliver with in Month or two. They also told me that I'll get full refund in case of cancellation.
After 15 days I got delivery from Tata Nangal. So I raised the cancellation request. It's almost 2 months they haven't refunded my amount.

I sent them so many email for refund also called manny times for refund. But they came up with excuse that they will refund Feb month cancellation first as I cancelled in May month, so it will take time.

I have raised the concern with Tata and will raise request to consumer court also if didn't get refund with in a week time.

Jkr una is totaly fraud. No service centre. Customer service is poor. Behave is poor.
Jkr una ek star ke layak nhi hai. Ye keval Bata ke 13 no. Jutee, ke kawil hai.

Very bad experience while buying new car. Rude behaviour n false commitments. Overall very poor experience.

Dont buy car from here, they don’t care about customer’s emotions and value. Staff making an excuse every day and will not deliver your car on time, because they sell your car to another person who gave them bit of extra money.
So please think again when you go there to buy a car. Go to another showroom Rather than JKR Motor.

I have booked a car. At the time of booking they told me that they will deliver the vehicle on time.later they changed their statement and told us that they will deliver the vehicle on time. Please don't book car from here.

Tata are doing so good 5 star rating car make in india product have to buy tata nexon but this una agency staff dealing very rudely. Very disappointing
