Tea Horse Cafe and Bakery

It is probably one of the best cafe I stepped in. It’s in Main Square McLeodganj - the food is super amazing…especially their special Thupka, the ambience is cool and most importantly the service. Special thanks to Ms. Jyoti Thapa for being so nice with us and serving us those beautiful dishes.

Delicious & Hearty meals, portion sizes amazing & absolutely flavourful.

You’ve to try steamed dumplings, thupka, potato basket, gravy dumpling, noodles. LOVED IT. Have been like thrice in a week.

Kalsang never fails to impress us, this takes the quote a notch higher.

They have a beautiful seating on first floor. Menu is amazing and full of pork, chicken and lamb dishes.

Their lamb tastes amazing, the soups are amazing here.

Do try KOTHA MOMOS, they are just amazing. They have a new range of drinks also on offer and you will love them too here totally.

The cafe is nice and pocket friendly. I don't remember the name of the pizza but it was super yummy and the ramen was a bit salty.

Ambience and music was so perfect and so soothing you will definitely love the vibe of cafe.

Sitting arrangement very uncomfortable on 1st floor, 2 floor is comfortable.
Food is amazing and also the service.

This was the best Tibetan meal we had in Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj. The momos were cooked to perfection, the thupkas flavorful, packed with veggies and piping hot. We ordered a chicken dry roast which melted in the mouth.

Their service and ambience was very nice. They have a coffee shop on the first floor and a full service restaurant on the second floor.

This is a must visit place in mcleodganj, Awesome food, great service and humble people. Pork momo and Thukpa is a must try. Nitesh, Abhi, Saideep, Abhay, Supriya, Sharan, Wangshuk you guys are brilliant people thanks a ton for hosting us. Will surely visit this place again. God bless

Went for a dinner to try Korean and had a bad experience. The server was polite but when the food arrived, we were quite shocked. No “banchan” - Korean side dishes served before meal. Not a single item! Ordered Mutton Bulgogi and pork belly bbq and were given very thick slabs of meat! Was expecting thin marinated meat for bulgogi but was given four 1/4 inches slabs of mutton and four thick frozen pork bellies. Kimchi Jjigae was ordinary too!

Would not recommend Korean at this restaurant.

A lovely cozy Cafe in the market place, which serves amazing cheesecakes and coffee and even good food. A must visit place when you are here.

Awesome place to visit in mcleodganj. Good service with good food with good choices of tea's.i have worked there for few days. So personally i know these things. Owners are pathetic, does not have any sense of talking specially lady who keep dancing on staff head's makes them crazy. Staff works there for 13,14 hours daily. If you go there do not forget to tip them. Hardly had time to call family as we used be there on duty, whenever we get time we call family friends and wife. No offs for staff for first month. Sorry i could not reply there so edited my review.

My mouth starts watering thinking about the food served at this place,
After a few days I accidentally found this place,
We ordered brownie with ice-cream, the veg thukpa, it was soo good that without thinking i took all their special cookies and brownies, giving them extra business,
The staff was really good,
The ambiance is very well maintained,
If i ever go back, this is one place i would definitely eat at.

PEOPLE GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT, Any amount of frustration will be relieved after you sit and eat at this place.

Ambience is good.however we ordered eggs on ramen.and they jad put oregano and other italian condiments.not what is expected in ramen.plus the noodles put in it seemed to be from Maggi packet

Another fantastic cafe @ macloedganj. I was impressed at the interiors, well dressed chef, responsive service staff & good options. Tried the Tibetan breakfast which was simple crazy good. The spicy aloo Katsa in the breakfast is amazing when paired with the local bread. Great place to hang around & go shopping in the streets.

Visited this Cafe thrice during my 5 day stay in McLoedganj. The Food is delicious and the Coffee is one of the best you can find in McLoedganj (I tried 9-10 places so trust me on this). The overall Ambiance is very good and Service is great as well. Would recommend Sandwiches and Bakery Items. Must try if you are visiting McLoedganj.

Great service, friendly staffs, fantastic vibe and all the food & drinks are amazingly delicious. Easy to access in the heart of Mcloadgunj.

English breakfast (especially pancakes) are must to try.

Amazing place. Amazing ambience with perfect food and perfect Cleaniless. I only ordered a Irish cappuccino and a lemon wonder which was awesome. The combination of both was so perfect. Staff was also very gentle. I will definitely come again to try something more special.

Beautiful experience. The cafe has a upscale vibe to it but is totally reasonable. Went twice and had waffles with fresh fruit both times, was amazing. We also had Margherita pizza, cold coffee, omlet.all recommended.

It is a beautiful cafe in the lane of House of Tibet or Tibet Kitchen right at the junction of main market. Staff members are extremely lovely and friendly people. I will recommend it to the people who like to try a new cafe other than the mainstream ones.
