Totally unprofessional staff, no care.
Even after surgery, there is no one to attend.
Better consider some other hospital.

Very uncopeeative staff, this type of treatment is worse than even govt hospital staff are better. Especially the lady sitting at reception too rude to talk and least bothered to patients concerns

Very bad experience, I didn't feel that this was worthy of being called a hospital. I drove 200 kilometers to get my checkup done, the surgery doctor's behavior was so rude as if I was asking for something from him. The receptionist apologized for the doctor's misbehavior but I did not find the doctor at all professional in his work. I would not advise anyone to go to this hospital.

Doctor's are supposed to be on time and it's about Medicine department it's been an hour and still doctors haven't reached Its a request to all of them that please be on time as people have been waiting for you since an hour or for a longer period of time.

Some of the phone numbers given on the hospital web-site are not in use.
If by chance bell rings no one pick up the phone.
Pathetic service.

Only money making machine.conducted unnecessary tests just to make money. A simple medicine of 91 ruprees costed 4700 rupees for me.rediculas behaviours of the staff including doctors.

Pathetic hospital, the night doctor and nurse refused treatment, totally incompetent. They are a money oriented hospital, if somebody care about their life should avoid this pathetic hospital.

I had a really disappointing experience at Tenzin Hospital in Shimla, especially with their front door guard. The staff's behavior was extremely disrespectful and mannerless. I felt insulted as they used foul language when interacting with me. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable in a healthcare facility. I would not recommend this hospital based on my negative encounter.

They have really ill mannered disrespectful employees specially the guard they don’t know how to talk to patients and people accompanying them.

What’s the point of coming to private hospitals when one has to go through such bad behaviour from their employees.

Doctors are really nice and comforting but the guard the tall and skinny one name ROHIT KUMAR is very disrespectful.

If you come Tenzin for treatment and check up also ultrasounds then You valuable day was totally waste

Go there only If you can afford Rs. 4000 for a normal fever. They will do all unnecessary tests, x-rays and give you the medicine for 1000 bucks after that.

Expensive compared to other private hospitals. Infrastructure is good and doctors are attentive and friendly.

Due to some reasons I was not able to conceive Dr. Kumud Bala Gupta became God for me because with her advice and treatment I became a mother and I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 29-11-2020 The whole staff of the hospital is very kind The mother and the newborn baby are very well taken care of in the hospital. Your baby is also thoroughly examined after delivery and nurses visit you every two hours until you are discharged from the hospital. My experience here was very good and I also enjoyed the food here. I would like to recommend Dr. Kumud Bala to any woman having any gynecological problems.

Poor medical facilities doctors not attend properly. After registration no body care. One doctor advice test and test fee received now you are on your fate.worst facilities advice to visit in any small clinic you may get best service
