Very courteous staff
Room was very nice with a great view
Bathroom was dirty and unhygienic
Common areas had a musty odour

Location is good but rooms & service is so pathetic would not recommend this place so much insects & bed bugs in rooms.

Location And view awesome. Food quality is also ok. No lift facility.room service is also ok.great view.good for small function.

No proper food.whatever we ordered wasnt available.himachal tourism's worst restaurant.

Service and location is as good as others have stated but I had run a test if they change the bed sheet after the check out and it noted that they don't, they would just fix it the bed rather changing the sheet and all.

The location is amazing. It’s at the top of the hill. The food is amazing as it is Himachal Tourism property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Enough parking space. They also have an outdoor sitting. The weather changes within minutes so would suggest you bring jackets or shawls. The staff is also courteous.

I visited only for evening tea and snacks.

Simple hotel. Has all the basic amenities but don't expect too much fancy stuff. Staff are very nice and helpful. Excellent location and views. Close enough to Deshu peak and temple to walk there. (It could be strenuous.)

They have improved a lot in many ways. I had marked my complaint 2years back. Tremedous change felt. Excellent staff, Home made felt and served food. Clean Rooms, Ventelated Rooms, Clean Washroom. Amazing Weather. Hope this standard is maintained.

I visited this place with my family and friends. We booked Himachal Tourism hotel i.e. The Apple Blossom is the hotel. Its a govt affiliated. Quite safe place to stay with family even. I found Fagu a very peaceful & calm place. Service at this hotel was quite good. Even food delivered was like homely one. We really enjoyed our stay over there. Staff was well groomed and clean. I can recommend this to all.

Excellent location of this HPTDC Hotel at Fagu very near Shimla. Enjoyed the stay and courteous service here. Food is also good. Nice rooms.

The food service was not good at all. The plates were dirty and the food didn't taste good. In the breakfast the delivery was very bad as well. I would not recommend this hotel at all.the best guy was a waiter Rajpal Sharma he helped us throughout our trip.there should be more people like him and I would give him 5 stars

Cheap and good stay.just 2km up from kufri. Away from the crowds and tourist.if you prefer a peaceful stay, just go here. Darn cold during winters and the heater is what u have to depend on. Unlucky thing was, power went out for us and we were almost freezing the whole night?

There is ‘Lal and Sons’ small Dhaba at the turning corner near the hotel. You get Aloo paratha, Coffee and boiled egg.which are really amazing and cheap, in that area.we didn find any other better alternative nearby.

If you are looking to unwind yourself and to nothing for weeks apart from relaxing then, Fagu is the place for you. Counted among the best tourist places in Shimla, Fagu is Situated almost 23 kms away from Shimla on the Hindustan Tibet Road, Fagu is a place is great to relax and go for long silent walks among the apple orchards.

Well maintained Himachal govt property. Polite and well trained staff.
Best thing is views from this hotel, I would always prefer to go here instead of staying in Shimla. Surrounded with mountains and greenery. Tip for travellers - They charges GST extra on prices shown on their official website.

It's a okay place to have food i had lunch there for 6 people and cost 1500 so a bit pricy if no option thn one can have visit here, food we order butter chicken, egg curry, mix veg, Tawa parantha and roti, salad is chargeable

Best place to stay outside Shimla. A peaceful place, ample parking and mesmerized view of valley from the room.
