Very nice location, I personally never visited as i live in neighbourhood.surely it give a very satisfactory and very good service. I suggest everyone to visit.

Such amazing place to stay. Best hosts. Loved staying here. If you are seeking for a peacefull place within the close location of mall road then this is it.

A decent BnB to stay.
Pros:
1) Rooms come with amazing view. I had booked master suite which comes with balcony.
2) Parking space available for car.
3) Vibe of the room is quite nice, simple and subtle

Cons:
1) Property is 3kms away from Mall Road, taxi charges 200Rs one way.
2) The room I was staying in (1958) had an exhaust in the bathroom which wasn’t working. When informed it was told that they will fix it the next day when room will be cleaned but neither the room was cleaned nor the exhaust was fixed.

Shoutout to Ravi, the manager of the BnB who was quite polite and helpful.

Breathtaking views with mountains on atleast three sides of the room, amazing hospitality. Ajay, a bnb staff was particularly very warm. The bnb is about 3 kms from the mall road, and the owners have provided a taxi service to and from the mall room @200 each side. The breakfast they provide is simple yet delicious. If i had one complaint, it would be about the dinner. Avoid ordering from there, and if you do, please ask about the potion size.
All-in-all, home away from home stay. Thanks Varun and Ravi for all the coordination and availability.

This was my first visit to Shimla, and did not have any references. I read reviews from a couple of sites about this hotel, saw photos and decided to book. I visited Bodhi Tree BnB between 13th to 16th April with my family, and had booked two Master Suite rooms with balcony.

Here is a summary:
1. Location: Perfect if you dont want to be in a congested area, but also not far from Mall road.
2. Hotel: Its a relatively small hotel, but the ambience is excellent! Its very tastefully done. The interior decoration is very special. Beautiful.
3. Rooms: The rooms with balcony and valley view were simply superb!
4. Service: The service is good. Ajay, and team were good, polite and prompt on their service.
5. Food: The breakfast menu is very limited. But mind you, this is a BnB, so please set your expectations. You should not expect a typical buffet spread. The food was good. For dinner, you will need to inform Ajay / staff before hand. They prepare the food from their other hotel nearby, so it takes some time to receive your dinner (or lunch). Mind you, this is not a typical hotel with in-premises kitchens etc. There is a small seating area where you can enjoy your meals. Its nice. And the soft instrumental music playing on a music system (good quality) is also very apt!
6. Cleanliness: The hotel and rooms are very well maintained and clean.
7. Vehicle parking: We had leased an Innova Crysta with driver from Chandigarh. The property had some parking space, and we did not have any issues. Maybe with full-occupancy, you might have some problem, but you will be able to find place outside or nearby.

Overall, a memorable stay and a very good BnB! Very tastefully done, peaceful / quiet etc. Ideal!

The room was spacious and included a balcony. The food was very good. The location is perfect close to the nature for a peaceful stay and also not far from the city. Only 10 mins away from the mall road.parking space.

Our experience was good. Ambience of the hotel is good, rooms we're very neet. Will have to go little around to reach the property but it was worth it.

Worst experience we ever had, smoky rooms, you can not open the windows as locals are using their chullah downside the property and you can feel the entire smoke all around your rooms, view is nice but they didn't said anything about check out time, and suddenly on 11.30 they had cut off the electricity of the room and asking to vacant the same immediately in every 5 minutes.worst experience i ever had in my life

It is really a wonderful place to go. This b&b is really the best place to stay.
Beautiful rooms with great lightings and staff was really very friendly and polite.
Location is quite good as it is just near the mall road.
Overall I loved my 2 days of stay here.

1. Zero food service, they have only prantha and Omelette to eat.
2. Being a remote place property, its very tough to roam around the city.
3. Overpriced stay. There are lots of hotels nearby popular areas of shimla with lesser price.
4. Its more of a Home Stay, NOT a Hotel.

Loved the stay. Location is excellent and hospitality was very good. Visited this BNB with my wife and pet. Really loved everything. Keep it up, See you until next time.

You can't miss to stay in Bodhi Tree if you are in Shimla. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is great.
So if you are in Shimla next, you know where to stay!

Overly priced. (I booked from Makemytrip). Wifi was terrible. Breakfast had only 3 items daily as it was BnB.
Owner provided a costly cab to us by saying it's a season time.

Better go to other places in Himachal, because in shimla everyone will loot you by saying it's a season time.

The overall experience was wonderful.
The vibe is great. I recommend this property if you wish to have a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The property is located at a remote place. Please do not pick this else you would end up spending 500 rs one side to Mall Road. The rooms are average. Also this property is over priced and is a home stay not a hotel. Much better property and location is available.

Very bad experience from staff. They charges extra money for 2 child without any extra facilities. Also there was long hair found inside rice which was not expected from this hotel at all

Worst room services no cooperation no room services water leaking in the bathroom nobody is to care always you have to ask for water tea n all things u need but nobody will attend u but rooms r good. I will never recommend so guys don't book this oyo room never book this hotel n charge of food items r very high tea is for 50 RS two piece bread is for Rs 80 dinner for one person is for 400 RS n more so never book this oyo room

Nice place with neat rooms n tasty breakfast. Rooms are huge with scenic balcony. A little far from the center located in Longwood. Service is awesome.

The property is EXCELLENT.
The beddings excellent washroom crockery embience location too good. Facilities are UP to the mark.
But the services are very slow, not good the staff boys are very well behave n polite but not trained.even don't keep soap towel Dec all the things on demand.no one at reception any time.
Internet is there but slow & not working. Intercom is there but not working. Tea coffee maker is there but they don't serve any tea coffee pouches. Even water also on demand.
The property is far from centre app 6km. Very tough narrow road to reach there and very very to drive difficult if one has to drive by himself. Hardly any conveyance upto this property is available. Otherwise GREAT property.
