The overall experience was great. The outdoor bonfire and seating arrangement was great as well the party organised by the hotel was worth staying. Mr. Sparsh was really helpful and cooperative staff member.

Stayed here for one night. Service was very slow. We had to remind them three times to send two buckets of hot water for taking bath. Even then they sent only one bucket. Even after reminding a fourth time the second bucket never arrived. We spent 2 hours waiting for then to send buckets rather than exploring Sissu.

Heaters were provided which kept the room warm, and view from the balcony was good. Water in the pipes freezes at night so you're completely reliant on the staff providing buckets of water.

As a travel agent, won't recommend this hotel to anyone,
Worst room services, no cooperation with guests, not even answering calls.
Guests found rooms in very dirty condition.

Not recommended at all. We stayed for 2 days and paid 4500 for each day without brkfast or dinnr. Chose this Hotel only if you are ready to bath with extremely cold water in harsh conditions. No proper hot water facility. If 2-3 rooms use hot water then their capacity is over. I kept struggling for water to drink, towels, and even for tea at 8am. This is because they don't provide you service before 8.30am (which they won't tell you at the time of booking). Their intention is you keep buying everything, even water to drink. Completely avoid this Hotel and stay in Zostel or Homestays or if possible then move to Jispa, their are very good options.

Very bad experience. I booked it for 2 days. This Hotel has lot of service issue. 1st of all they don't tell you but they don't provide you any service before 8.30 in the morning. No staff exist even for emergency, their intercom doesnot work. Either go down and shout for staff or if network permits you can call on personal number. There housekeeping service is pathetic. Keep asking for toiletries, towels or water to drink but they won't provide. But if u want to ask for restaurant service they provide instantly because they are going to earn out of it. Restaurant is highly expensive. Rooms are very expensive and even for bornefire they charge Rs. 800. Not recommending anyone. Instead stay at homestays.

Visited sissu with my wife and 2 small kids. Rooms are very good and have beautiful views of the mountains. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Food was simply awesome. We had all our meals in the hotel only. Menu is extensive and everything we tried was very good. One of our best experiences ever

We stayed at this amazing property for 3 nights. Perfect Location, great hosts and delicious food. Because of the down degree temperature, you might not get water in taps from 8-9 pm till 12 pm but they will figure out something to help you.

The manager gives you big promises at the time of booking but it is far from reality.

We were particularly concerned about the water in such harsh conditions and the manager assured us to give hot water at any time of the day, but forget the hot water even the tap water was not there till 12 pm.

We especially paid triple the amount for the hotel as this one was giving assurance for water but the manager was missing whole morning. There are many better option in the valley with one third of the price.

Don't go for this. They are luring customer by giving them fake promises.

I've rarely seen a place in the mountains which gives such homely vibes. Whatever you need to make your stay comfortable, they have it. Be it the food, the rooms or the service of the owners, everything is up to the mark. Mr Vinayak has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. 100% recommend.

Great views, very helpful staff, yummy food and an extremely warm host (Mr. Harsh) - probably cannot get better than this and makes you feel right at home!

Amazing food and amazing hosts. Stayed for 3 days and even extended our trip for a day. Harsh, the property manager was always available and absolutely helpful. The views from the property are amazing, and if you go during snowy days there is nothing like it.

Do note: the altitude of the property is quite high and in extreme conditions. This can cause the water to freeze, but if you ask the staff they provide you with heated water.

The service and food were up to the mark and the hospitality of Harsh was beyond. I never expected the owner of the hotel so chill and made us feel at home

Quality of food was amazing, I would definitely not look for a second option in future if I am visiting this place again. Staff was really helpful as well. Overall a really nice experience staying here:)

Right in the heart of Sissu is where you'll lose your heart! Bulevar spells out the serene with forest, ice and doggos. The food is amazing, butter chicken and Sandwiches are to die for. Everything you'll need is available to make you cosy, and bonfire under the stars is worth it. Staff is friendly and caring. It was my home for a week and I'm already homesick. Thanks to the owner, Vinayak Sood for his hospitality. See you soon!:)

Hospitality is awesome and our stay was also amazing in this freezing weather. The food is also delicious here. We would love to stay here again in our next visit.

It was excellent stay at Hotel Bolevar.the ambience was perfect with spleldid view, comfortable and hygienic accomodation which includes neat and clean rooms, good toiletry and most inportantly the food was super delicious and very beautifully served.
Perfect for couple stay.peaceful place and hospitality was worth appreciation.

The view from the room was excellent. The aesthetics of the place reflect the artistic sense of Harsh, the guy managing the place. 10/10 would recommend.

The best property in sissu, the hosts are really friendly. The food is to die for especially butter chicken. Was surprised to see running hot water which you rarely find at such low temperatures.
