The best Jewish food I've ever had outside Delhi NCR. I am an avid lover of German, Jewish food and being a vegetarian, we have less option compared to what non vegetarian eaters have but I'm so satisfied with the ambience, food quality and service.
I enjoyed my solo candle light dinner. Definitely will come back soon.
Very bad service on the day we visited - there was 1 waiter serving the entire cafe (approx 30+ people). However the place is easily accessible and has a beautiful vibe. Food was okay.
Do try the hummus. And the sides are mostly same for main dishes, so explore the menu a bit. Shakshouka is amazing. Oh, the outside area is not to be missed (for smoking one.)
Great food, loved the Schnitzel and veg falafel mix platter. The ambience is beautiful, they have a heater to keep the various sections warm. Two young boys, over smart yet in a cute way handle the place dealing with the guests. Must visit place.
The Pasta was awful, looked as if color has been used instead of sauces, ginger lemon honey was good, cost place for stoners, nevertheless location was good with a perfect river view. I have been to evergreen cafe Kasol I am not sure if this is the franchise of kasol evergreen. Overall ok
OMG! I loved this place. The customer service is great, food is great, ambience is great, prices are great. It's a really cool cafe to hangout and one can sit inside or outside as they have both. They have their own fresh juices and the quantity of food is worth the price.
Nice little cafe in the main market. I ordered a chicken pasta. It wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. The ambience and music is good but food can be better.
The service was super show. Food was good but nothing outstanding. We were served our food after waiting for more than one hour. So go only if you're willing to wait for your food. They seriously need to increase their staff.
Very cool and nice place.a must visit if you are coming to kasul.superb food.one thing I want them to change is they start taking nfc payment, paytm or text too.
We met random people when we were going to malana for a trek. They asked us to meet over here and after that day we landed up going three times to this place.
Recommendations are: Sit outside and just enjoy the view Food recommendations: Mushrooms onion hummus with naan Chocolate balls Greek pizza
P. S - the music is so trippy that it can get you a hit instantly: D
Found this place while looking for some exquisite cuisine in Kasol. Evergreen serves the best Israeli food here. This place is quite and cozy and if you aren't here on a budget trip then you must visit it.
One the best cafe in kasol in terms of ambience and Israeli food. Situated just near to the centre of the town toward the kasol manikaran road. Schnitzel is a must try dish if you're looking for something different. Average for 2 is somewhere around Rs. 900-950. Also would recommend to try the beverages. 4 star because they do not allow smoking now in the hut seating area at the back which use to be there earlier.
Lovely little place tucked away in the small town of kasol. Possibly one of the best cafes here. A must visit, there is a whole section of Israeli food too which is a must try.
Had the best Schnitzel ever. The place is beautiful, the vibe, it's lovely. The music played blended well with the place. Thank you for such wonderful food.
The food is a real treat ️ (pun intended). The restaurant has very affordable prices for the quality and quantity of food it offers. The vibe is great and the staff is quick and cordial. The place doesn't make you want to leave. Would recommend the chicken steak sizzler and the lamb stew.
Although the food was mediocre but the ambiance made up for that and the overall experience deserves 5 stars! And here's a picture of the view form the cafe.
Fantastic Israeli food with dilicious taste in each bite. Lovely ownership but limited manpower, so one might face late in delivering food. Weeds cakes, weeds cigarettes and Israeli foods are the best options to taste. Lots of love from Assam.
The owners were kind enough to let us rest for a couple of hours. We ordered some noodles and plenty of fresh lime soda. The noodles could have been better.
The place is quiet and calm. Food is delicious, go with what the owner/host suggests, you won’t be let downed! Evergreen Cafe is now on my must visit places when in kasol!
The reviews are sponsored so don't trust. If you really have time to wait for more than 2hr after ordering something then go for the cafe. Pathetic service I have ever experienced
The best cafe in Kasol! You order just anything in the menu, it's absolute bliss! Sunny, the guy here is awesome when it comes to hospitality & always serves you with a smile! Good vibes, head here for sure:) jai Bholenath! That's how he (sunny) waves a bye to you
We came to this restaurant just a few days ago and were highly disappointed with the food quality. We ordered Israeli food- falafel and Shnitzel and they were both poor tasting compared to others that we've had before. So then after a couple days we decided to try this restaurant again thinking for sure the Indian food would be good. The Daal Makhina and non veg Tali were both lacking flavor compared to every other restaurant in India. Honestly even after giving it a second chance and trying two different styles of cuisine we left sorely disappointed.
Ambience was gr8 but the food was not upto the mark. Just love the ambience. Long dinning table in garden side ways some trance is always been played and such a cozy feeling when sitting at indore restaurant.
2013 October: This is the biggest hit in the locality. With more & more influx of tourists in the recent years, it remain crowded all throughout. The tripy music, combined with mouth watering food and being so close to nature has turned this place a haven for tourists who look for a little off beat travel and yet savour good food. Good service and friendly people only add to some more brownie points. Edit in 2018 November: I can't remain true to my previous review. The quality of the food is a big concern. The old staffs are replaced by new guys who are still learning the tricks of the trade. I will probably never ever visit this place again.
Waited 1.30 hours for the waiter and desipte of calling 5 times, no one came to take order. Finally i left without eating. They are busy serving alchohol and non-veg at the banks of holy river.
Place is too beautiful, plus food is amazeeeee, service is quite good, interiors are fab also the paintings are fabulous worth taking a closer look into one of best places to visit and dine in kasol. Hope y'all enjoy and do try the lasagne (with lamb if you are non-veg hooman), oh oh and they also have a good taste in music, the waiter serves the food with style you shouldn't miss.
