Worst experience.even after booking super deluxe room with view I was given sub standard room.they were least bother to response.highly not recommended

Hotel and rooms were Good. Bad part Hotel location is too interior and staff also not so cooperative.

I stayed there on 28th apr to 30th apr'23 with family.view from balcony is awesome nd unforgettable.staffs are also good but location is far away from manali mall road nd food quality is so so.

We are loved stay in this hotel beacuse hotel service is very good and hotel staff are very co operate and nice, hotel food is very good and tasty

Amazing view, Amazing hospitality and food was just outstanding. It is one of the best hotels in Manali.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the balcony. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The food and rooms are very good at this hotel.

Hotel and Food is of good quality but the manager is very arrogant no manners and hospitality at all.
He asked for kettle replacement charges of Rs. 1500 and refused to give room keys when we tried to explain telling that it got stains after our use where the original price of kettle itself was not Rs 1500
We have paid pillow cover charges of Rs. 250 because it got stain after we used it. His attitude towards guest is very rude. It's a humble request to change your manager

I Loved their service.
Room view is amazing with balcony.
Food is good and served hot. They also call you once breakfast and dinner is ready which is great.
Just one suggestion - room heaters need to be upgraded.

Overall, I rate this hotel 5.
Highly recommended for view and services.

In all hotel.there is one rule for not wash clothes.but i have a question where should be dry out our inner wear? And there is electricity shortage issue in day.there is not mention veg & non veg food when they serve.

One of the WORST places to stay.they dont give you balcony rooms even of you have booked it, and tel it will be done tomorrow only, we even paid the room rent for balcony rooms prior and thr place is located in a steep way.better to find hotels that are nearby the city

Perfect place to stay for the best views from your balcony. Staff were supportive. The rooms were clean. The food was good. The overall experience was great. Especially the apple garden.

Pertethic hotel, their employees are very rude and owner is not bothered about customer feedback and I booked through Go gummo ita a travel agency Mr Kunal highly professional, lots of wrong commitments.never recommend anyone

This stay is just 3 kms away from Manali mall road. Though it being a "valley view" hotel, the hotel is on top of a hill, for which the roads are too much inclined. Car reaches there, the driver must be skilled enough. The roads to reach are small. But once you reach there and go to your balcony, the view from there, is just wonderful. Snowfall makes that view even better. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The food's not that great though. But overall, it was really wonderful staying there.

Great experiance. Table tennis, Carroms and chess games also available. Veg lovers will enjoy the food to core. Lift facility is not available but still the staff is ready to help us wil the luggage.

We stayed for 2 nights and they charge us 1000 + Gst for a very small heater.
Giser was not working & the respond from staff is very slow and pathetic for that.
Never go for this hotel.
Food is served cold. No variety in food. Food quality is also poor.

Very very nice service, rooms, food and well maintained staff. We stay here for 4 days and we are total 24 persons group and they attend us like, we are staying at our own home very nice and friendly staff. And the location of the hotel, u can see whole hampta pass, rohtang pass from the hotel. I suggest this hotel to every one.

Rooms are clean, well equipped with basic amenities.
Service is really good and quick.

View from property is awsome.
Gaming area on ground floor. TT, carrom and chess.

Selection of breakfast menu is not appropriate keeping Vegetarian and non vegetarians in mind.once snowfall is there you may stuck because of very steep road.
Lift is not available so plan accordingly with elders and kids.

Hotel are too good, room was very clean & beautiful, guys must stay here if u are coming to manali. Staff & it's service owsm. Thank you for making our vacation memorable
