Contacted the owner along with multiple other bike rental shops in Shimla before the trip. Went back and forth with many bike rental shops owners but no one was as warm and friendly as him. Even though I was indecisive in renting a bike from him first he was friendly and understanding. But when I reached shimla, I decided to go with him because of how understanding he was, just like how a friend would be. The owner gave us a new scooty which was newly purchased. It ran as smooth as butter and we had a blast.

We used innova cab service from The Himalayan Calling, and I must say we are very satisfied with the driver and the vehicle. The innova was as good as new and the driver ensured it is cleaned every day. The driver himself was very knowledgeable and patient person and was on time throughout the trip.
