This is at a Peaceful location, with good view and service.food quality could have been better per the pricing.otherwise it's pretty good.

TL;DR: Brilliant boutique hotel on top of a hill with exceptional views of the mountains, well-designed rooms and excellent service. Could not have expected a more pleasant stay!

Just came back from a 3-night stay at The Holiday Villa Resorts & Spa, Manali and am in love with the hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. This is a brand new hotel built on top of a hill. I chose to stay in a Balkon category room which is spacious and has plush interiors (looks exactly like the pics on the official website). The most amazing part of the room is the balcony which gives you un-obstructed views of snow clad mountains. Watching the sun rise out of the mountains while sipping hot coffee was the highlight of my trip.

The room has state of the art Samsung heating unit which keeps you warm in freezing December cold. Although it can get a bit overwhelming to sleep with the heat on as I ended up with a puffy dry nose on my first night. Would advise to adjust the temperature accordingly or sleep with the heater off. The room is sufficiently insulated to keep the cold out. Bathrooms are spick-and-span and have excellent water pressure. You can comfortably enjoy a hot water shower without a worry in the world.

This hotel is situated on a hill approx. 10-15 min drive from the Mall road. The hotel provides free drop and pickup to Mall road from 10am-5pm. Post 5pm the charge is Rs 300 per drop which I believe is quite decent given that driving up and down the hill on your own can be challenging at night.

We chose a package which included the dinner. Both the breakfast and dinner had a decent spread and the food was quite good, although main course was a bit oily. Dinner package came in super helpful given that it was freezing cold and I did not feel like stepping out for dinner. The entire staff, be it at the reception or the restaurant is super courteous and helpful. It was super sweet of them to have arranged a cake for our anniversary. They even provided complimentary accommodation and food for our driver.

To summarize, this is a boutique hill top hotel which truly delivers a comfortable and luxurious stay within a reasonable budget. Manali is flooded with hotels and finding the right hotel can be a daunting task, so would advice to definitely try this hotel and you would not be disappointed.

Even 5 star is not enough for the services & hospitality they offer, it is located at beautiful spot from where u can view mountain ranges.food is awesome.staff is very sweet, full value for money.

Beautiful location, welcoming interiors, amazing staff with warm hospitality, delicious food, luxurious spread at breakfast n dinner buffet. I mean if you are looking for luxury comfort n a perfect peaceful stay away from city n mall life, this is it. A must visit property over n above 5 star rating.
Will definitely visit again n highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Neat and clean room. View from the balcony is awesome. Service is very good. Food was ok. Food taste needs to be improved. Fulka was good. But chicken kadhai was not good. Tea was ok. Coffee was good. Room was cool. Nice breeze flows through the balcony.

Very good place to stay. Its little distant from the highway. I think almost 1-2 kilometers from hoghway. But walkable distance only. It was really fun staying there. I visited Manali with friends when I stayed here. They have restaurant. The food was also tasty and good.

Very good hotel for family. Nice view from hotel, very clean. Food was prepared with hygenic. All facilities are available like Hot water 24 hours, TV, heater, Daily clean up, service was good, Laundry service was good.overall It was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. But one problem water geaser was taking 1 hr to heat water for bathing, so for getting ready for 2 people it was taking 2 hrs. Better to replace old geaser with new one. But when we told abt the problem immediately they send hot water, very good response from staff.

Excellent hotel for family or couples and even solo travellers like me. You get excellent of the view of mountains when you choose non balcony but view of the mountain. You do get balcony basement though attached to the room. You get spa which is really good and effective. They have pick up and drop from hotel to the bus stop where you get volvo buses for tour. Good food.

We stayed for three nights, but wished we could have stayed longer to soak up more of the charm of the place. The food was fine, with engaging staff and of course a great view.

Great staff. Good food. Best view from mountain view room. Although 4kms away from mall road hotel cans run at reasonable rates. Drivers are friendly ones who can show you around manali
