The Hostalgic Jibhi : Hostel & Cafe

Highly recommended Hostalgic ️

Vishal, Himanshu, Sugandha and chef Ashish all were awesome host.

They took care of all amenities and the most important it felt like a home with all of them.

I spend 4 days at Hostalgic. Food was fantastic and over all the place has a very positive vibe. Without a second thought i would like to visit once again.

Trek was really fun with them they will take care of everything for you.
So if you planning a trip to Jibhi give a shot to Hostalgic.

I will not recommend this to any one as the hospitality by Asif was not at all up to the standards.his behaviour was very rude and the food quality was not good.far better options are available with in the jibhi.also we have to get down the road through stairs to reach our rooms.property is not located next to road.one has to go further down around 60-70 stairs to reach the rooms.with rucksacks and other luggage this was extremely difficult and not suggested to anyone.cook was also not very skilled.he was not able to cook a masala maggi properly!

It’s a worst place to stay and full of fraud people around. And extremely unsafe for not only family for any one. Its completely different then what you see in photos.

No wifi
No Mobile Network

And the biggest fraud is balcony view with river please see the added photo below that’s the truth.

Had a wonderful stay very cozy rooms and just near by the river so peaceful sound of river flow felt like home strongly recommend

This is one of the worst property in Jibhi. I had to checkout on the first day itself due to construction noise on the floor above. There was zero cooperation from staff after I complained to the manager. The property manager asked me to check out and ensured that they will refund the entire amount in 3-4 days but even after a month I didn't get any refund.
There are plenty of homestay/hostel nearby that offer great hygeine and hospitality.

Not recommend for any one its just a fake property to make people fool. Its like a bus stand lodge with around dirt and smell.

Would not recommend at all. The building is still under construction. The rooms were very dirty, especially the washrooms. It was always difficult to find staff to ask for towels, water etc - all of which were only given after multiple follow ups. There was no water for an entire day. The only plus was the didi who did her best to help.

Hospitality is good but service is slow and are not providing food. Only tea and some light snacks available.

This place was awesome! The hot breakfast was amazing, the location is ideal, and the staff were super cool and helpful…and cute. Definitely stay here if you are going to jibhi, H. P!

Absolutely love this place and the property manager Mansi is super welcoming! This place honestly is filled with warmth (and not just because it has a tandoor)
The hosts Vishal and Himanshu (specially) are also super sweet!
And didi makes amazing food ️

The only backpacker hostel who offers dorm in budget. Vibe is really good & they have a cafe inhouse, food is also not bad. Owners need to take care about maintenance else it's a wonderful property.

They have a lovely pet dog Shiva who was the best thing about the place. The owners are always high and don't care about their guests. Sleeping arrangements are good, no problem there. There wifi is poor. No connectivity in the dorms. And lastly the cafe have some decent taste just don't ever try the Poha.

This Place is not like other Commercial Properties in Parvati Valley where the Owner only care about the Money. The Hosts make sure you've Great Time. Thats the Best Part of this Place

Had the best time here. Amazing place and food. The hosts Himanshu, Vishal, Antriksh, Pratika are amazing people. Staff and food is also great. A must stay for solo travellers and a beautiful place for a workation with an amazing view. Also they have amazing dogs!

Everything was amazing about hostalgic especially the hosts Vineet and vivek. The best hosts I have ever met. Don't forget to try pancake here. Will revisit soon

This offbeat location will surely take your breath away. Such serene views and a very comfortable stay. The hosts go above and beyond to make it a memorable one. Vivek is an awesome chef and cooks finger licking aloo puri. Do give it a try. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the commonly visited tourist areas.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Himanshu (the host) was too kind. Would 10/10 recommend hostalgic to anyone who visits Jibhi!

The ambience and crowd of this cafe is a place to remember, as the ambience is chill and the host's of hostalgic are equally friendly.

This time, our entire Himachal trip was on a bad roll until we decided to halt for a night at the Hostalgic, Jibhi.

Friendly hosts, super chill cafe with good food, good playlist with the music etc.

Also, we had to extend our stay for another day but they had no rooms left, but somehow they made sure we could hold up there for one more night.
And that very same day, Antariksh and Darshana (hosts) took us to the streamside where we had one of the best baths of our lives.
The following night we had a good late night chill session at the cafe, with some beers, good food and music.

Had the best time here. Amazing place and food. The hosts are amazing people. Staff is also great. A must stay for solo and couple travellers. Also they have amazing dog and pup who are so cuddle-able. Go Hostalgic!

The dorm rooms have never been cleaned. The carpet, bedsheets, pillow covers are full of dog hair. The dogs enter the dorm rooms and sleep on your beds when you are not around.
The dogs are forever present in cafeteria, sit on couches in cafe, defecate on the ground in the cafe (which is cleaned poorly just once a day). Worst of all, they enter the kitchen. I am not against dogs, but between dogs and hygiene, il choose hygiene, especially if you own a hotel/motel.
The bed sheets and blankets are not washed. The cupboards have weird bad odours. The bathroom cleanliness is average.
All in all, if you are not into "having a good time all the time" or expect basic cleanliness. This is NOT the place.

Amazing place to stay in Jibhi. The hostel is warm and welcoming with great vibe and fooood. The add ons are the pups in the cafe. The hosts are really helpful and always on toe to help and suggest places to visit.

Very bad management and unhygienic. The bunk beds looked very dirty and unmaintained. The management is so poor that dogs come and sleep on your bunk bed in your absence. And if you dont go well with dogs, this place would be a hell for you. Even my dog lover friends had a tough time as the dogs were not trained properly and would continously bark at you. It becomes so difficult to hang out in cafe due to this dog nuisance. The food was good but we couldn't enjoy it due to the nuisance around. Visited many other hostels with dogs but never faced any such issues. The owners are too busy partying and wont have much time to entertain your problems.

One of the best experiences i have had staying at a hostel! The hosts Himanshu and Vikas are super chill and friendly. The space is beautiful! And the 5 doggos are a cherry on the top. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an amazing hostel life experience.
