Absolutely loved the host, his service and behaviour. I spent two nights here. I recommend this place mostly due to the homely behaviour of the staff here. Most recommended.
Rishabh (staff) is an awesome guy and the services are very good You will find a very good environment in hotels and the hostel is located 5 minutes walking distance from Mall Road
It was a very very very nice vacation and hope to see you again and again and again
Had a great experience staying at the hosteller! The rooms were clean and well maintained. There are two cute pets to give you a warm welcome and the common room gives a good opportunity to meet new people. The forest and mountain views from here is worth it! Highly recommended.
This place is hands down the best find of my whole trip in manali. Best for youngsters on a budget and even for families, the location, the room, the staff everything is outstanding. And the whole manali smells like smoke but this place smells like heaven. ️
Rooms were beautiful. They were like little cozy cottages. Linens were very clean. Room was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms were squeaky clean. Staff was very polite. Receptionist was very friendly and ever so mindful of the guests. Lovely property and people all in all.
Very quite, clean and serene place to stay. Best stay for budget solo backpacking travellers. Staff is very friendly and the overall service is great. It is nearby Mall Road and you can also have the fun of visiting famous cafes of Old Manali where you can order a beer while having a great view. I enjoyed my stay here.
The facilities and people who manage the place are amazing. They are friendly and resourceful, without any snobbish behaviour. The managaer sachin thakur and team was really helpful and available for all the services
Sachin Thakur who’s the manager of this property is quite friendly and takes good care of hostellers. The hostel is in prime location we can access all the major places in mere time. Would recommend 10/10.
I found the Dorms are conjested, less natural light and no fans (now these days manali is also getting hot, so you require fan or ac in summer or monsoon.)
So, i didn't book the dorm, and private rooms very full and expensive.
Little bit far from old manali as well as from New Manali.
Awful, sucking experience. The manager was rude since the time of check-in. If you ask for anything he'll just reply in very unpleasant way. Staff was not cooperating and weren't helping with anything. There was no privacy and staff was entering the room without knocking. We had group reservation but weren't given the room together. They were using our washroom without permission. This was the WORST experience ever, vibes killer, will never recommend anyone ever.
Located at a very nice location. Near old manali. It's a little overpriced but still better than other hostels in Manali. You can cook your own food. The common area has a lot of fun activities to do. Great place to hangout and stay at.
Horrible experience, staff is rude and non - cooperative, no sense to talk, very hostile, manger horrible person to talk, can't take criticism or what's not cool about that place. The manager started yelling at me for no reason i just said that I did not like the stay and i will add the reviews accordingly. We as a customer/guest have right to give feedback. I have stayed in other branches of hosteller it's so good and warm. But this Manali hosteller horrible experience, don't recommend no amenities.
Hosteller Manali is located at a popular location and is easy to find. I had booked a private room. It had all the essentials (king size bed, blankets, kettle, water, sofa, TV, cupboard, toiletries). Hosteller also provided me with hair drier upon request. They have a cool common place and a kitchen. Room service of food is available from cafe at reasonable price. All the conditions are explained well at the reception. Bathroom is big and very clean. Room had a window which lit the room with light. TV was running Android which is expected in a hostel. Overall my experience was very good.
It was really bad and horrific experience. I wont recommend anyone to stay in the hosteller manali. Manager had ego issues and was taking inappropriate way. Staff was not at all co-operative. He was rude.
Never had such an amazing experience at any hostel before. The culture is very very welcoming and friendly. You will get to meet many new people and explore new cultures. Furthermore the property is awesome and the staff is very lovely. I highly recommend anyone who is going to manali should stay in this property.
Its a beautiful, hygiene place i have seen. Though i reached at around 4am they managed to welcome and give rhe rooms right away. Rooms are clean and its a nice view from outside and also it has a decent kitchen which serves food. And if you compare with other places around, this is really near to mall road, Hidimba devi temple etc. The only drawback is there's no in house restaurant, they have a basic kitchen and you can take parcel and eat in common area.
Clean and comfy rooms. Location at the right spot and the host was so good. We did our workcation for a week. Everything was good. Definitely be coming back there.
If you having trip with friends and in a low budget.you can stay here.they are having dorms, private rooms.you can book accordingly.you can contact through online with Instagram page.they arrange trekking too.from the two hostels I like the service of manali one.and Rakesh da was sooo very helpful.a special thanks to him.
This place has good vibes and gives an opportunity to meet different travellers. Also, the 2 doggos and their new puppy are adorable! Don't miss this if you are planning for a budget stay in Manali. Special shout-out to the property manager Mr Rakesh who will make you feel at home and go out of his way to help you.
I was not expecting such great experience. Everyone is so welcoming, must visit if you want to meet new people and explore new places. Nandini was a great host, @hosteller don't lose her, she is a gem <3
Rooms are neat and clean. The staff is very helpful. Specially Rakeshji, he takes care of the property and guests very well. Thank you for wonderful stay and special chai ️
Lets start with the location the hosteller is located right near the famous hadimba temple and is walking distance from all the cafes of old manali. The location is perfect for tourists like us who go to manali to explore and visit nearby places. The rooms are spacious well lit and the service is amazing. When you stay here please ask for the spicy maggi as it is delicious and perfect.
Nestled quietly in old manali. The property is comfortable and cozy. The host Rakesh is fantastic when it comes to coordinating events and absolutely a jewel when it comes to organizing things.also did we mention the munchkins (the puppies) who are ever ready to be around you. Do lookout for this place if you visit manali.one of the best hosteller around.
Very good place.lovely vibe, the host team - Sushmita and Rakesh are a great team and extremely warm and welcoming. They ensured everything was in place and made my visit comfortable.keep up the good job
Very cosy place situated in middle with many things in walking distance. Staff is very helpful and take care of things very well. Food was really good! Gonna miss morning tea and Tom and Jerry!
The Hosteller, Manali is a perfect place to live at. It is into close proximity of famous cafes and it has lush green environment. The entrance itself defines the Hosteller. There are two dogs, Tom & Jerry they are adorable. The manager Mr. Rakesh is very kind in nature. My stay was perfect or I would say it’s more than perfect and I do have emotional attachment to this place because of the dogs which stays near to this place. Do checkout this place (The Hosteller, Manali) and don’t forget to say Hi to Tom & Jerry.
The room was homey, comfortable, and welcoming. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Room and washroom was spic and span. Food was amazing! Really! Rakesh is a great host and the service is prompt and courteous. Loved our stay here!
This place is really cozy and decent, very calm and helps to focus on work. Since it’s very near to old Manali it’s easy to find many cafes nearby to hangout after our working hours in the evening time
The location is close to mall road where lots of eateries exist and the setting itself is very quiet and peaceful. There weren't a lot of people during my stay and the furnishings were great which made it an excellent location for working from. Definitely will suggest this for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
Hosteller staff was very friendly and service was very good. When I was working in the common room, they proactively asked me if I needed anything like coffee or something which I liked. Apart from this, they arranged a food item which was not on the menu. Also, the dorms and washrooms were clean and hygienic. Special thanks to Rakesh ji for keeping a communication channel open with us. Thank you.
Comfortable, clean and well maintained. Staff members are helpful and supportive. Rakesh, site manager, is cordial and very helpful. The place is on the road to old manali and surrounded by lush green area on the back side. No non veg is served, which is fine as there is a temple on the premise but the temple could ke kept open for others as well (just a request) Overall, comfortable stay, since it's close to old manali road and not on the old manali road itself, it is easy to commute and not worry about loud noises and traffic.
