The Manor Luxury Service Apartments, Shimla

I called this prop multiple times to clarify they policies of 15k security deposit which makes no sense ; However nobody called back or even picked my calls Is this prop for even real?

Fabulous property food was amazingly tasty.great staff very helpful…they are on ur gate late night in medical emergency…love the vibe of the place…peaceful property

What a horrible and pathetic booking experience this has been. We booked the manor for x-mas holidays way back in july. Few days back we got a call that there is a mandatory x-mas night gala dinner costing 3500/- + taxes per person and there is no option for us to not opt for that. This is extremely disappointing why would you force your guests to pay and eat at your place only?

What would happen if i don't like what you serve? Would you refund?

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay

I had the worst experience. We went and they told that they forgot about our booking. We waited for 3hours for them to check it and then we were provided with staff waiter like rooms for 15k per night. The view was only construction. AC was not working properly. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to visit the place.

Facilities provided in the rented apartment we booked were more than perfect, felt lyk home, can take some raw food if u are fond of cooking for small meals becoz they provide kitchen, and restaurant service is also great.overall great team worm.and congrats to whole team fr so good services. I must say a word in praise of the owner, Great Ambience, it is by default one of THE BEST places to stay at for ur trip when ur trip is around kufri, mashobra shimla, naldehra or narkanda.

The apartment provides you the best luxury the one should be looking for.

The staff takes the atmost care of you starting from the check in to check out.

I visited the property with my friends on Holi, the restaurant team provided us the welcome drink, and Platter of sweets as a token of Holi gesture which was very much appreciated.

I would definitely appreciate all team members of the hotel for their kind gesture.

Will definitely visit again to this place!

Anu Verma from F&B was exceptional. She made sure that we recieve exactly what was expected. Nisha Rai and Nisha Thakur from housekeeping were very dedicated and took good care of us.

Mr Narendra from housekeeping made sure that we get a cozy room with a breathtaking view.

We had a great time at this property.

Not even one star, the hospitality here is the worst and the service and the manager’s behaviour is rude. Mr jatin, thinks the people who stay here are skippers and they will run without paying. They think the customers are thieves and they keep an eye on them and tell their guards to keep an eye on customer’s.

Wonderful and amazing and peaceful view which you won't get anywhere in shimla. Staff is very welcoming and polite. Must visit place.

Tolietaries they give santoor soap? And lifebuoy so please carry ur own if u going limited options for dinning and very limited cutllary

Well it's because this property is located in ma or compound so just because of non professionalism of one person whole brand is suffering

These r for ppl who want to cook b’coz they don’t have any operational restaurant right now. They don’t allow their guests at clubhouse as it is only for residents. If travelling with kids pls book some other hotel as they don’t know d meaning of hospitality. This is a housing project n not a hotel.

I had a wonder stay. The property is beautiful and the hospitality is top notch. Special mention to Anu Verma from the F&B team. She was a fantastic host and ensured we had an amazing lunch. She even took the effort to treat us with some fruits from the nearby tree which were delicious. Thank you Anu!

The stay was excellent. The property is beautiful. Its so serene out here. With family we loved spending time here. The staff was really welcoming and helpful.special thanks to miss shikha, miss kajal and mr.vijay. Will be coming again for sure.

Property is very neat, but extremely bad house keeping, they have hidden clauses in the reservations which they open up when you check in. Reservations team is extremely unresponsive

Excellent place. Luxurious, safe, environment, for kids, seniors. Cars at the doorstep+ lifts. In house backup service good, efficient & servile

The booing experience is so absurd and weird. Before booking I asked them to share photo of a speicif apartment as online you cannot figure out which apartment are you paying for. Their reply was that because they had less inventory they cannot share the photos which makes absolutely no sense. I asked them if they had one with a lawn and they said they only have one which has lawn with it. I asked if I can book the same but they refused saying that they cannot commit which room will they give at the time of check in because it is their policy. I can't seem to understand how can one ask someone to pay 10-12k per night without knowing which apartment they are going to give as every apartment has different designs and aspects of it. Never heard of such an absurd policy. Poor policy. The owners should really re think about their policy
