Had wonderful time during the 3 days stay, enjoyed yummy food and hospitality by Mr Parshant.

Had a amazing stay. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. I'd definitely like to visit again.

The experience with this hotel is very good. The staff hospitality is really good. The food taste is really awesome. The ambience is well maintained.

Ruined our whole experience of manali, please don't visit, really unprofessional staff, no proper basic services (there was no electricity when we visited so no water), geysers were not working properly, door locks were either not working or not present so we had to leave our room open, it isn't like any other hotel you would have ever visited, staff asked us to change our rooms for a day as it was booked by someone else so we had to leave our rooms while we were already booked, we left our luggage in the lobby for staff to shift it into new rooms while we left for our sightseeing, when we returned it was still sitting in the lobby, the new rooms we were alloted were stinking we were given a room freshner which too wasn't able to defeat the stink if you are visiting manali PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE LITERALLY THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER CHECKED IN

I went to this hotel on 21st September. Worst experience during my lifetime. They are fraudsters.
Apart from hotel, they are organizing trips also, which they shouldn't do as they are not capable. They never followed the itinerary which was given before the trip. And I am sending the photo of the hotel, in which only insects were insects, there was a lot of dirt, I cut a worm in my eye.

WORST, PATHETIC, VERY BAD FOOD QUALITY and QUANTITY.
It's totally wastage of our money.we can get better food in the street. You don't define your brand, your customers do is a common saying ammong customer service experts.

Aakash and team has always supported the entire trip apart from delving into itinerary. We will surely like to visit again for amazing food and amazing location.

The room was specious and rest room was cool with a bathtub. Loved the view from the height. As we got the top floor room. View was to die for. Food was too good. The only con I found was the in house dinning menu had very less option in it. Rest they have Chinese and Indian restaurants down. I will give more than five star to the staff over there. Well stocked mini bar. Covid guidelines were followed properly. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very bad experience. Please never book this hotel & trip from them. They took advance & deposit for trip booked through hotel owner & did not return deposit. When asked for refund, they were very rude & didn't return it. Not at all recommended.

The Nature Inn Very fantastic Hotel in Manali. Location and service are very good. View of Snow and mountain from room very charming. I love it. Delicious Breakfast and dinner also available there. Hotel manager Akash sir is very good person. Go for it.

Worst experience ever in my life in hotel.not customers friendly staff including owner and manager.suffered so many inconveniences.have been talked rudely and abusing words.do avoid this hotel at any cost.

Really disappointed, i would never recommend these guys to my enemy too.

Not doing anything which committed.seems only money matters to them.initially i we were told that no hidden condition, actually there are thousands.in short, the whole purpose is empty customer’s pockets and fill in theirs.

Never book this hotel. They collect payment advance and dsnt gives rooms. And didn't refund us. They are frauders.

They take full advance payment before trip starts. And last day give a list of expenses to us to pay which was included in itinerary. When hesitated, they refused to do checkout from hotel for which we already paid in advance and started very unprofessional behaviour.

Please never book with this fraudsters.
