Orchard Greens Resort, so there are two buildings. One old Orchard green and new building so when you book please see if its for the new building Orchard green resort or Orchard greens.

I stayed in new building. And rooms are pretty nice, stayed in luxury suit has good view. Breakfast spread can be nicer and can have more items. Room service is good. You would get heater with extra charge. I went in month of Feb so heater wasnt needed. You have some good cafes around within a km, you can go by walk. In totality is a good place. You can consider being in the new building. Its good

I have booked the hotel from 27 to 30 Dec 2022 via Agoda, I am trying to reach the hotel to get actual confirmation that, booking is done or not, but not getting any response via call or email.

The rooms were designed well.
There was too much noise from the upper floors, had to call the reception multiple times to fix it.

My experience was not so good here. The room provided was not cleaned properly. Specially washrooms. During rain, rooms roof was leaking at many places. Food was ok ok but not so temting, I tried buffet breakfas and dinner. Room service was also the bad part. If u ask something by calling reception many times they forget it. I will visit Manali again but surely not this hotel at all.

No centralised heating. They provide electric blanket and that wasn’t working either. After multiple complaint they sent one heater (3-4 hours later). Lack of basic amenities - Took them 2 hours to send bathroom slippers, no dental kit available. Breakfast is average…nothing spectacular.

Not worth the bucks spent on hotel!

Hi myself Arjun Pastagia I was staying in this resort and they did not gave us satisfactory service. The service wasn't good it was pathetic. The WI-FI isn't working here since last 1 day because of construction going on and when I call there and speak about WI-FI they ignore me.

They do not consider request if ask on a basic level
Such poor staff and always available with the excuses
I only requested for early checkin as i have to get the room for my 2 year old kid.
They were only giving time n excuse till the actual checkin time

Pathetic approach during check out. Person sitting at their old property has no sense to talk & showing attitude like he owns this property.

We planned a trip for our milestone anniversary and we're looking for a nice hotel in Manali.
My friend suggested this hotel and i booked it without any second thought.

The hotel room is very nice and within in the budget too. Hotel staff is more supportive and co-operative too. We landed in Chandigarh and went to Manali by road. Hotel staff called couple of times and asked for our where abouts. Also they encouraged us to pr order the food if it is becoming late so that we will not be disappointed if the kitchen is closed by the time we reached there.

Once we reached hotel, the staff welcomed very well and made a quicker n smooth check in. We stayed with the hotel for 3 days and the hotel room is quite huge. Morning breakfast is too scrumptious and finger licking.

The mountain view from room balcony is awesome and breathtaking in the mornings to have a cup of coffee with your loved ones.

As we were in hotel for a special occasion, hotel has arranged a cake and decoration the bed beautifully upon special request.

The daily housekeeping is very good and hotel is neatly maintained. Food in the restaurant didn't disappointed us any time.

Very nice hotel and strongly recommended for anyone who wants a pleasent stay at Manali.

Hi I am Yuvraj Mevawala I am staying in this resort the rooms are good but the food, services and restaurant accomodation are very down as they were ignoring me and my little brother and they were very rude with us and so on everytime we told them prior to make Jain food still they didn't made Jain food and we had to wait for half an hour. The wifi was just not working and they were just ignoring me

They will make a fool out of you by giving discounts and when you reach there, they will allot you a basement room with no networks and claustrophobic corner. Then they will charge for the upgradation. Food is too bad.

DON'T STAY! DONT STAY!
This is the biggest hotel scam in Manali. Their rooms are in the basement, thus zero phone network. If you complain they charge you 500 extra for an upgrade. The staff is very rude and blunt about it.

It's a ponzy scheme.

Adding pain to the cut was their breakfast, horrendous it was. Stale idli's, und3r construction property. We got fooled due to the rating, hence writing a honest one for fellow travellers.

The room was supremely comfortable. The accommodations were immaculate. The food/ breakfast was top-notch, The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order.

Ideal place to stay amidst nature. It's calm, peaceful and serene. Enjoyed the hospitality, food and ambience of this place to the fullest

Well maintained hotel with wonderful view of the snow powdered mountains and pine trees. Superb staff and polite and helpful housekeeping. We stayed in Family room and it's very spacious and a very comfortable bed for the 3rd person staying. Would recommend Family room over Presidential Suite for sure. Naveen kumar and Manu were really very helpful and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Also reception never troubled or reminded us of the amount we had to pay. We paid hardly some advance and all the remaining amount was paid at checkout. Without any reminders or hassles. Just 3-5mins away from mall rd in a quiet place with awesome views and great service. Would surely go again here

Location is good, preferred if you have your car or far from center. Rooms are clean and view from rooms balcony is good. That's all nothing else in the resort.

Food is very bad, we ordered Chicken Sheekh kabab and chicken manchurian but thrown out entire dish. I think they are serving frozen but not fresh chicken.

Rooms are good. Food not that great. Staff behaviour is good. Should provide heaters in room during winters (-10°). Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.

A luxurious stay guaranteed. Lags in food (vegetarian food particularly), amenities - just had a small gym in a room, wished it had an open space for bonfire or a lounge/bar.

Rooms are good but management is not up to the mark. Food cost are very costly. All hotel staffs are without uniform. There is no security in parking place. After check in you will not get any proper service like bathing towel etc. After calling them they will provide the same. Due to absence of security evry time you have to face parking problem. Locationwise it's not suitable for traveller without car. Overall our experience is not good.

Best place to relax and stay. Visited during Dusshera time and to my surprise they gifted chocolates for every room. Can’t complain about a single thing.
Breakfast was awesome, service was superb, staffs were polite. Overall it’s recommended.

A lot of hospitality needs to be improved, Food quality is totally not upto mark as per this hotel's star category, Neither Room service nor Housekeeping is prompt while requesting for anything. Front office will also not welcome you like you have entered in a star category property, they treat you like you have entered in a chawl property. Total unhappy with the visit of this property when comparing with its price for per night stay.

Nice location, nice rooms. It has own parking and beautiful garden. It was amazing experience. All staff were very nice and polite. And also very helpful. Rooms are big and also food was good and reasonable price not overpriced like other hotels have.

We stayed here for 4 days and the overall experience was quite good. We were allotted Honeymoon Suites with a great Valley view from balcony. Welcome drink provided on arrival. Food (ala carte) was quite impressive. Buffet Breakfast had limited options and was kind of average in taste as well. We had requested for packed breakfast one day because we needed to leave early morning for Rohtang Pass, however, only one portion of toast was provided instead of 4 portions for 4 of us. That was an absolute bummer. Otherwise it was a nice experience overall. Deducting 1 star for the average breakfast and that day's blunder.

Best property in Manali. I stayed there 3 days. I booked Deluxe room and they upgraded me to luxury themselves without any charge. Everything was awesome. What I liked most was the electric blanket. Even at -1 degree, the room was at normal temperature. Although, the staff doesn’t wears mask, which is must during covid times.

Property is nice and location is good very close to Mall road.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Bathroom are clean.
Beds have built-in heaters with 3 settings of low medium and high heating.
They do provide free WiFi and it works good.

Our rooms had the mountain view with a balcony.

Extra heaters are provided at a cost of 300Rs per day

Housekeeping staff is not that motivated.
If ordered coffee will deliver chai. (it happened 3 times)

Breakfast is good with limited selection. They do have live dosa counters.

Restaurant food is also good.
Order chicken tandoori and it was super yummy and properly cooked.

In room dining time is till 10Pm.

We have stayed at old premises (the orchard greens). Property is very good, but the old property is not very well maintained one.
It's not bad but rooms should have been more of well maintained.

New hotel so all things proper. Nice location & great service & breakfast. Specious Rooms. Love to go again.

One of the best hotel to stay in old manali. It was near to Mall Road as well as Hadimba Temple. Rooms were neat and clean. It also had a bathtub for a surprise. Food was great and outside view was amazing.

One of the best location to stay in snowfall season in manali and have restaurant with the best chefs and dishes, room service is quick and are helpful. The rooms are big and spacious, i would recommend balcony room because it gives you mesmerising vews.

Good location, not too far from Mall road. Got a room on the 4th floor and it had the most awesome view. Hospitality was good too. Breakfast buffet did not have much options to choose from but we got room service from their Cafe Buransh and it was fabulous (moderately priced too) Their chicken pakoda and coffee was so good. Only thing which i did not like was that the hotel was a bit noisy. Rest everything was on point

We spend 2 night's in this hotel I must say this hotel is so good. I like the vibe of this hotel. The view from this hotel is so so good. You can see mountain range from this hotel. The food is good. Hotel staff is so helpful. From this hotel hidimba temple is so close. And mall road also very near you can go by walk also. From this hotel so many location are near. Atmosphere is hotel is good. Infrastructure is amazing hotel rooms are great bathroom is so good and clean.

This is a new construction so very neat and clean. Finishing of building is good. We stayed in Luxury Room (324-327) from which external view is very good. These rooms are east facing so good sunlight in the morning.

What hotel lacks is in operating it. They are slow in resolving problem say if TV is not working, expect multiple calls to get it fixed. Buffet breakfast was good. We had bad experience with food served at dinner so we decided to go elsewhere for dinner on subsequent days. I hope hotel improves on these fronts.

Location is about 1.7km uphill from Mall road square. After snowfall walking to this place from mall road may not be easy. However, that is a problem with all resorts of the area.
Heater is not included in the room. Hotel charged 300/- a day for heater during our stay.

One of the better places to stay in Old Manali. Would definitely reconsider in my next Manali visit.

Any customer query is being redirected to different people with no solution. Had to waste one whole day calling different people and following up to end up with no proper solution

It's to sweet place in Manali u feel so comfortable with hotel staff and management food preparation is so gud and so tasty I love ️ orchid Green Resort and spa.

Superb location, covered by snow in the peak months. Staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable too. But the issue is the restaurant- it's in another building of The Orchard Greens Resort and spa and one had to walk through the snowy road in minus temperature to reach there. That's one thing they need to improve.

Excellent place with incredible views. Very near to hadimba temple. We booked a luxury room with balcony view and it was too good. They have a travel desk which can help in arranging vehicles for local sight seeing.

Pathetic. They charge for room heater. Wow! Thats insane. Running a resort in hill station and they dont provide a room heatet. Also no extra pillows or blankets at request. The lenins and blankets are dirty as well. Pathetic experience!

Our experience in this hotel was very bad. We had booked for 24Dec and here some gala dinner event for Christmas was planned. And they charged 2000/- per person saying lot of events, prices, food will be there. But it was really not worth of 500/- for people who don't drink. It was all about booze and drinks, it was nothing related to celebrating Christmas.
And the room they had given was not cleaned, even towels were not kept. Even after requesting for cleaning/for getting water etc they were least bothered. Staffs/room services were very bad. There are so many other good hotels around for reasonable price.

I booked this hotel for 2000 rs. And trust me for that money it deserves 7 star. Hotel is newly build rooms are massive beautiful amazing view. I mean in season i dont expect this resort to be available anything below 5000. Central heating is missing for extreme cold, rest from food to service to everything its a gem.

We stayed for 4 days there. All I want to tell is just go nd book this hotel. Don't think of anything else. Food is awesome and the service is very good. Room is spacious and clean but not all rooms with balcony has a view.

Best you could ask for.
The rooms are cozy and beautiful, housekeeping, room service etc are on point. Best time to visit would be from december to February (whenever it snows) and dont book a non balcony room as the view from the balcony is just too good and highly underpriced. Trust me, it'll be worth it.

Beautiful rooms, unfinished hotel.
When this hotel is fully built it will be truly wonderful, breathtaking views and the bedrooms are stunning - the interior design is really lovely.
The downside is, many of the amenities listed they do not have - such as a fully functioning spa, the gym is just equipment in an unused bedroom and the minibar wasn't stocked.
We also struggled to get hot water most of the time, or it took about 20-25 min to heat up - and who has that time to waste?
The restaurant food was good, if a little expensive. The breakfast was fine, but lacking attentive service to fill up things when they're empty. The chef did a great job doing bespoke egg orders.
Its also bitterly cold everywhere, because they keep the windows wide open in the hallway for some bizarre reason despite it being 5° outside, a this is a 4* hotel with no in-room heating? Very odd.
Anyway, ups and downs here, I personally don't think they should have opened it until it's finished but I suppose they want to start making money.

So they upgraded our stay to luxury rooms while we booked deluxe room. The hotel staff are really helpful. Rooms are amazing. Overall a really great experience. ️ Thank you for making our stay worth it!

Rooms are really nice and luxurious. Service is very good. Buffet food is really tasty. Ambience of the Resort is nice. It is the best Hotel to stay in Manali. Really enjoyed!

The view from our room was fantastic. The hotel has made a new wing and that's quiet modern. Rooms in that wing a very comfortable. The service and the food are the 2 things they need to improve upon. They require more of very professional staff.

Though we booked rooms in advance through yatra, we were given basement stuffy room. Kids were given one room on the fifth floor, which had a weird crawling insect on the bed. Also, toilet sink and taps were leaking. Next day, they gave us two rooms in the new building which were good.

Breakfast choice is very limited. One has to stand in queue for your turn. A lacarte is not up to the mark. Hece, they insist in buffet dinner
