Other space was interesting in its own right, however they were bad mouthing Skol culture which I must say was beyond fantastic, skol is miles better, get the mac and cheese and a capaccino and you’re all set. Skol for the win!
Rather than being so focused on what happens and who goes to skol culture (a cafe next door), they immediately need to focus on their lack of hospitality and inconsistency with coffee and food likewise. I wish i had more to tell but the lady at the counter (kritika i think) just keeps talking about why not to go to the cafe next door (almost obsessive to a point). Please go to both of the cafes in Jogiwara and you'll know exactly what i mean.
The vibe of this place was amazing. The food was okayish and decent except the carrot cake which was amazing. They have a paid rooftop space specifically for work.
#chefJulian is outstanding! The view is breathtaking, the atmosphere is captivating, the people are incredibly friendly, and the food is exceptionally delicious. I highly recommend it! A must-visit!
Asthetic cafe! Best service. Co-working space available with WiFi, coffee, printing facilities. They have limited menu but every dish that they serve is delicious. The bake the bread inhouse. Beautiful view from the balcony. Good exhibit of art work. They do have a local store inside the cafe with locally made items like handmade soaps, bags, paintings and artifacts.
A bit over hyped if I'm honest. The cafe next door called Skol is much better. Better seating, better ambience, better view, better music and a much personalised service.
Super cute, cafe. The Turkish eggs were very tasty. I would say the prices are a bit steep for what you get. Also the Wi-Fi is not good unless you pay 500 rupee for the co-working space wifi upstairs. The views are insane, I would come here again just for that. They accept credit cards! If you’re on a budget this would be more a tea or coffee spot because the food can be on the pricier side but very good vibes. They have a small artisanal shop that’s fun to look through as well.
We went there for a coffee after the morning stroll and glad that we were there. The staff was amiable, environment was pleasant and morning view was amazing. We had a French breakfast with latte and mushroom cheese sandwich with capachino. We enjoyed every bite and sip. It was so refreshing a breakfast.
Amazing hot chocolate. Must try Amazing views. The Croissant, the eggs good. Decent service speed. Decent price points. My favourite cafe in MCLeodganj. Would definitely come back when we’re there next!
They have two lovely dogs and a great view of the mountains. The food is also quite good, and their little store is full of interesting stuff. There's a gorgeous co working space as well.
I think this is the only cafe in Himachal Pradesh that serves you GOOD coffee & GREAT croissants! I had a tastyyy breakfast here and the service was excellent! 100% recommend!
Go for the food, the view, and some fond memories. It is a cafe cum co-working space. They have a beautiful balcony with a clear view of the ridge to Triund and the Moon Peak and the Indrahaar Pass peaking from behind.
We ordered some coffees, a hot chocolate, a Kehwa, a Veggie Pizza, some Garlic Breads, Porcini Ravioli, a Brownie, and Banana Walnut Cake! Everything tasted great and everyone at the table loved it.
I still have a very fond memory of sipping over my Cortado, watching peaks turning red at sunset. ️
Cafe is at a great location and that view was awesome. Rather than eating, i would recommend people to come here to enjoy great views. Felt they could have included more food items.
This is my favorite restaurant in Dharamsala. The interior is modern and neat, and the food is fantastic. I especially like the bread made here, so I'm enjoying the luck of ordering it in advance. The restrooms here are also clean. This restaurant is very comfortable, beautiful and friendly, and the food is excellent. I don't think anyone will regret choosing this restaurant.
Amazing place to work with a beautiful view. This is a must visit in Dharamshala. If you're on a staycation, this is the best place to work from. They have a deal where they'll provide you with all kinds of space, food and wifi for a quiet and fun place to work from. Definitely consider going there.
10 on 10 for the view and vibes of the cafe, the food was amazing, the place had an amazing atmosphere but honestly, I found the lady at the counter very unprofessional.
One of my favourite cafés from Mcleodganj and a place I have been wanting to go from a long long time! Clearly extremely obsessed with these tarno table sets! Love with the aesthetics and ofcourse the food of this place. Tried their croissants and they were absolutely upto the mark plus iced coffee with a view!
The best cafe in the whole of Mcleodganj, perfect for people who want to work as there are Wi-Fi options available. The food is excellent and the views are to die for. ️
THIS PLACE IS PEACE. The other space is a cafe situated right next to the illiterati cafe (temporarily closed). It has a good menu with tasty snacks and coffee. We sat there in peace, listening to some Jazz and reading a book and painting. The balcony has a scenic view of high mountains and the chilly winds from there adds more love to the place. If you’re in mcleodganj do spare a few hours for this place.
The Other Space is Illiterati's sister cafe, just next to it. Went there on a December morning breakfast. The food was great, especially liked their multi grain, home baked bread. Not to mention, the mountain views are amazing on a clear day. Must visit cafe when in McLeodganj.
Old cafe known as illitearti was there before Food use to be good before but now no more Just the view from property is good Quality of cakes was too bad smells old
I got to this place while looking for another cafe, it's quite popular so it was difficult to get a seat at first and then to get a seat at the balcony side. Great experience for those of you who don't know it's also a coworking space and there is a separate space on the second floor with amazing view, do check that out.
Nice concept, ample open space.very tasty cakes and pastries. Good coffee. Overall nice vibes but nothing that will blow your mind. Though the Baker is really really good.
Such a calm place with an amazing vibe. Cherry on top? - The view! It's beautiful The bakery items are the must haves paired with most amazingly brewed coffee
We went to the other cafe 3 days in a row and we are not sorry!
Thank god there was waiting at illiterati cafe and the staff suggested us to go to The other cafe.
The other cafe has great view and snacks. The coffee and croissants are great in taste. The carrot cake was so freaking soft and mouth melting! The cafe was less crowded and the lofi music theh play will pug you up in a good mooood!
Really warm and cosy cafe, good place to just sit and have a chat with your closed one. Nice assortment of beverage and dessert. Staff is really friendly and polite
If i could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE. The staff is straight up rude and doesn't know how to talk to their customers. The food was average. But the staff should really learn to behave.
They only serve drinks and cakes so i had americano, while reading my book for 30 mins i felt so refreshing with amazing mountain view. Thanks for hosting me. The guy on counter was friendly. Appreciated
Amazing place! The only place around the very busy Mcleodganj main market which gives you some piece and quiet. You can take a book or your laptop (on silent) to get some work done. It’s a silent zone and I wish it remains the way it is - DIVINE. The coffee is to die for.cherry on top of the cake: cakes and croissants: p. Amazing management and great view!
If you're looking for a place where you can work or read a book peacefully then this is the place for you. We had plum cake, croissant and coffee; everything tasted good. This is a silent zone so please avoid if you're in the mood for some loud talks
