We stayed on 31st night we enjoyed alot. Staff was very co-operative especially Mr. Rajesh and Mukesh. Great location. Pleasant weather. We enjoyed bonfire. Overall it was memorable stay over there

Such a worst hotel in shimla because it's so out from the main city and no views from balcony too.and from hotel no travel cabs available.staff is good but hotel is too far from the city and cabs are not available and if hotel provides you can facilities then they charge 600-1000 which is costly.so don't take risk

The hospitality was awesome the staff was very polite and helpful. Specially Rakesh, Mukesh, Atul and other was very helpful in our stay there. Rooms was exactly same as shown in the pictures clean and well maintained! Food was also delicious and well presented. Worth giving the price

I highly recommend "The Paal" in Shimla if you wish to be with nature surrounded by Pine woods with a magnificent view and a walk in the woods. You need to stay there to appreciate the difference of being away from city life. Managers (Mukesh & Rajesh) & their staff are very caring & ensure complete safety & comfort while in Shimla. I suggest you need to atleast stay 2-3 nights to experience life in the midst of pine trees

We are group of 15 boys and girls.we have done cycling as provided complementary by hotel.

Food was out of the world specially Chinese items.

Jungle walk 2km besides property is awesome ask hotel staff to guide you. Mukesh ji manager and Sunil ji owner are very prompt and oolite

Very nice place and with a good valley view
Though the place is in a very quiet and valley view arae it is about 10 km form Shimla
But would be an ideal place to stay for persons coming in their own vehicles
Nice place with beautiful walk traks and enjoy nature with no hustle and bustle

Very bad experience with us so please don't book online n offline they make fool to the customers and rooms are very small they don't have anything to sit except bed n rooms are very smelling n washroom doesn't have fans at all so please don't book the paal hotel near airport please book only on mall road

I have visited the properry on last sunday and booked it for 2 days along with my wife and 2 children.manger rajesh provide me extra bedding that is complementary.

And my child enjoy cycling.

All in all service and food was awesome. And mall is about 5_6 km from property.

I will definitely visit the paal again with my family again.

Nice and clean big rooms with excellent service.
Food and breakfast was of excellent quality.
Parking is there for 3-4 cars. But slop is steep, if you are not a experience driver they will assist you for park or you can park the car near the slop on main road.

We are group of 8 friends and booked 3 room in The Paal.
The rooms are very lavish, washroom are very clean. And the food quality is awesome.
I enjoyed the late night night stroll in the airport road.

Stay was excellent.

We enjoyed cycling and jungle walk just besides the property.

Host organise bonfire in the evening and we enjoyed the awesome food, specially sizzlers (ice cream) and plenty of snacks.

The property is in the town itself and 10 minutes from advance studies from where the @mallroad starts.

Beautifully located property in the midst of Nature away from the chaos of the city. Staff is excellent, very warm and helpful. Food was really good and the Host Mr. Pankaj is your go-to-guy, should you need anything.

If you're looking for a serene, peaceful and affordable stay in shimla, The Paal is a good pick. It's perfect for long walks, cycling and staycation in general. It especially works great for those looking for a workation, because both cell reception and internet connectivity here is great. The staff is very friendly, supportive and prompt. The amazing food prepared at the in house restaurant also deserves a mention. Rooms are neat and cozy offering beautiful pine trees/scenic views. The offbeat charm of this place is hard to miss.
There are also a couple of essential shops at walkable distance.
For commute, the Divyanagar bus stand right outside the premises is a humble but pocket friendly option to reach almost anywhere in the city or mall road. Buses are available at a decent hourly frequency. Overall, Kudos to The Paal team for hosting us during our shimla trip and making it a memorable one.

If you travelling via your vehicle - the property is a perfect choice for anyone who is looking for a serene holiday experience with fresh, quality food served right at your door step.

All the rooms have view to a small hill adjacent to the property and the rooftop overlooks the valley and Himalayan range at a distance. Best part is that one wouldn’t have to step out of the room to enjoy the mountains.

Rooms & sanitary were clean when we checked in and all the linens were were super clean.

Overall we all enjoyed our stay & the hospitality at the property even though we had to extensively rely on local transport to commute within the city.

Additional Info:
1. Buses from Shimla Old Bus stand - Either take the bus going towards TuTu & change from there to DivyaNagar (after Kaichi mod) or directly take the bus to DivyaNagar from Old Shimla bus stand.
2. Also you can reach TuTu and climb down the hill using stairs & some trails to reach the property.
3. Do try the delicious food at the property. It’s finger liking good.

We had a fantastic time at The Paal. Sits amidst the pine trees, it is a perfect hideaway with the feel good factor. Exceptionally wonderful hospitality & service, spacious room with an up-close view of panoramic hills that look down at you makes it worth the splurge. Highly recommended.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in shimla, This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience with the paal.staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.
