Good food, saddening service.
They allowed locals to pay online and refused to let us do the same when we were absolutely devoid of cash. No one helped us out and because they had "cut" a few pieces of the Bhaksu cake, they insisted we take it or it will go to waste. We run around trying to fetch cash and by the time we return, the cake was sold. Unhelpful demeanour to outsiders, boderlining bias.

Stale products and rude staff. Not worth the visit. This needs to be brought to the attention of FSSAI. How can a shop operate even though the products are sub-standard quality. Clearly avoid this place to protect yourselves from food poisoning

Thanks alot for making my birthday special day at that night time there was heavy rain but we all celebrated my birthday and the cake was too good and tasty

Neither the pastries nor the people working there are worth your time. They charge too high for the pastries and their interaction with customers is also not good. I had ordered chocolate truffle, Apple pie from here and I still regret.

The place is right on the Mall Road, really easy to locate as it's always crowded with people. The delicacies here are extremely tasty and their special item is Bhagsu Cake, which is only found in this particular bakery, one must try it. Also the owner of the place Mr. Ajay is such a nice person who offers amazing hospitality. I was there for 3 nights, every night I went to this place and had my dessert here.

It was very great experience with the pastry den all the things were fresh and yummy I highly recommend to everyone to visit there if you are in macleodganj. The most yummy thing there is Baksu cake. Banoffi pie is also very good.
