The Pine Residency

Very difficult to find this place from mall road. No towel and bath soap served, dirty bed sheets and blankets. Tv was just hanged but not working. Aloo prantha means no aloo inside as served in breakfast. I left my mi charger at this hotel, I contact the hotel staff to despatch my charger I hope they can!

Hotel is good.nice and very clean with neat and clean toilets. And front rooms have beautiful valley view.but it is far from mall road, christ church and jakhu temple.because i booked this via make my trip and it was showing near to Christ church.if you ignore these things.then its a good hotel. And beds are also comfortable. If you have your own car or taxi.then you can access other parts of shimla.like we did

Nyc rooms.amazing views.a bit far away from The Mall (20 mins drive) but the staff is absolutely amazing.a must stay property

The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. Food is only average. We had to ask for sugar separately for our tea, everytime. The main issue is the awful location. It's atleast 8 Kms from the Mall Road and takes about 30 mins one way. It's in Malyana, which is a separate town from the main Shimla tourist spot. If you're willing to spend an hour to and fro just to go to the Mall Road, then it's fine.

Basically it is apartment and not hotel. Every floor has three rooms. If you are coming with three famiies this place is for you as you can book entire floor. They dont have kitchen bt they arrange food of high quality from nearby resturant. Tea served was equally superb. Rooms are amazing. Washrooms are too clean and nice. Hot water only in morning.

The road leading to the hotel is really bad, the property is still under construction. No lifts, no fans in rooms, staff not helpful

Newly built hotel and still having trouble functioning. The rooms are also not finished fully. The approach road is terrible. Our XUV 500 could not climb up to the hotel and we had to leave the vehicle on the road. The rooms are very small but clean.

Had a great stay at The Pine Residency. The staff is so cooperative. Great sceneries from balcony, tasty breakfast, clean rooms and hygienic bathrooms.
It is highly recommended place if you are visiting Shimla!

Great Hotel and stay. Prime location in one of the most posh areas of Shimla. Great view and price worth the stay. Very friendly staff and good facilities.
Very Clean bathrooms like new and good service. Must stay hotel!
