The Royal Grand Manali

This is the worst hotel in Manali it's like honted house.
They simply book package and loot us.

Good rooms with good view. But food is not that great with no water most of the time and items getting refilled after customers leave. Pathetic room service and they dont even lift the call. Even though if they did, they just take an hour to bring just water!
It also takes an hour to fill the bucket with hot water!

Rooms are huge, luxurious, but the locks are either broken, or in bad condition. Room service was too bad, got 5times calling for soap and towel. But the location is beautiful, and foods were good.

It is looking cared at a good place, however the rooms are not that great. View is awesome outside.and good food. I was come to visit manali bahalf of Pooja jii

Absolute worthless place with arrogant staff.
The place does not provide any services apart from the buffet which is even worse.
The food quality is pathetic and not fit for humans.

You even ask for French fries.no.not available.
You are forced to eat in other restaurants even after paying to this hotel.

I come to visit manali in befalf of Pooja. A very hospitable staff, amazingly satisfying food and most of all.it has a very experienced staff at the spa, truly the best and they will certainly make your stay absolutely relaxing. An overall bliss amidst the mountains of Himachal.

The Royal Grand Manali is an amazing hotel in Manali, room size big and washroom very neat and clean with all good facilities, all rooms with river facing view. Hotel staff and all guys very polite and friendly. I also come to visit Manali bahalf of Pooja jiii

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was spacious and nice. It was great that they accommodate pets, and didn't seem to mind accommodating my dog.

Pathetic service, worst experience, not worth, Disgusting food, Dhabbas and Homestays are better.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Market. The Grand is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Nice location.great view.staff was helpful.food is also good.room was also clean and has good space.also provides stay and food for driver.just a bit away from market but not too far, you can enjoy a 15-20 min walk.

We were here in the early days of October. No snow. Days are a bit warm and nights are cold. Loved the view from the balcony. Amazing experience.

Worst hotel. Do not book this. Worst service.worst room.it feel like they do not care their customer. I Stayed here from 15 feb to 18. No need to say anything just check the room photos in that i stayed.

Such a nice place it's. We enjoyed alot. The view from there is awesome. The staff members were very cooperative and behaved sooooooo respectfully. Rooms were soooooooo cleaned and the food was just wooooooooooow, yummmmmmmmmyyyyyyyy. Next time whenever I'll plan a vacation at Himachal with my family I'll definitely stay there.

I can say The Royal Grand hotel is the worst hotel to stay in manali. Better to stay in your vehicle than the hotel.please be careful with having food in the hotel as there is risk factor your health. On top of this you will be having memory loss staff attending people in the reception. Receptionist does not address visitor convent properly.

Courteous people, good view of Beas river and the mountains, mostly good food.
No hot water in the morning, no central heating, unreliable network of taxi services, no WiFi for most of our stay. Quite pricy for the value provided.

Placed just between the Beas River on one side & the mountain range on the other side. The best economical place to stay here with the serene nature surrounding you. Parking may be an issue specially during snowfall days.
