Staff is good. Unhealthy food is given. Chicken was not fresh and was stinky. They spoiled my new year trip. I suffered food poisoning there

Everything was up to the mark. The food was just wow.the service was amazing. All staff were well trained. Overall it was nice experience in kamay. Special thanks to Virendra who's take care of the all things in hotel.

This hotel in Manali offered breathtaking views that left me speechless. Truly mesmerizing! Amazing Service! Truly a good option to stay in Manali.

Overall property ambience, room size, location is excellent. The layout of Breakfast and variety on different days is also appreciable. Only the super Deluxe rooms are facing the valley so please take care of this while booking

This hotel is apprx 5 km to Mall road.you can easily take cab ~ Rs 300/ to max Rs 400/- - one way from Hotel and while coming back you can also try auto in Rs 250/-. If you are feeling adventurous then you can also try local bus which has a frequency of 30min or so and can stop in front of the hotel and on return starts from the Manali bus stand.

Hotel front staff, housekeeping, and also dining staff are all courteous and prompt.

Very much mismanagement. On first day they themselves asked me for juice but they didn't serve it. On first day only we have water bottles in our room but for next three days they didn't put any bottle. In morning when asked for Tea at 6: 30 am they said staff will be available at 7 am and we can provide at that time only but they never send anyone with the tea. Need trained staff to deal politely and g
ive priority to the needs of visitors. They have given us room which is connected with another door of adjacent room. For me sorry state of service.

I was staying in Room Number 510. And there was no lock to lock the balcony door of the room and last night somebody from the hotel stole my 14000 rupees. I was shocked by their reaction it's Himachal here people don't steal.that's the response, I got from hotel management.

Beautiful Hotel, Rooms was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice there hospitality is marvelous.we enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend

One of the best Hotel to stay in Manali. Located at a very serene place and a little away from the overcrowded places in Manali yet easily conneced to Mall Road. Rooms offering picturesque views of mountains and a waterfall from balcony. Rooms are having all required amenities, including 24-hour hot water facility. Talking about services so they offer the best that you can expect from the hotel. They take care of all your needs and pay attention to any feedback you give them with immediate action. Starting from Mr. Pawan Thakur, who is GM of hotel, Narender at reception and Rocky in restaurant gave their 100% to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, I really appreciate their hard work. Food is also very tasty in hotel offering many varieties.

Also if you want to go to Mall Road from Hotel and come back then you can take local bus from just outside the hotel in just 15Rs.while for same cab will charge you 1000Rs.approx as cabs like alto are also super expensive in Manali. There are local shops available near to the hotel for all your general needs.

Overall, this is the best place I found to stay in Manali.

We had a very plesant stay. The food, the hospitality and the in room facilities are top notch. Must recommend for all type of Travellers.

Don't visit this resort, too bad experience. They replaced the remote with a broken remote and taken ₹590 from us. BHEEKMANGE H YE
