The place is really amazing and has a very nice view. Food is always fresh and has many varieties. Bathrooms are cleaned properly.

Hygienic, clean and kids friendly. Staff is nice. The food is nice. A must visit for the locality. 4 people lunch is about Rs 800.

Very poor service, poor quality food, unhygienic, don't offer normal water, low quality and quite high prices, rude
staff, only 2 to 3 items available. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

The staff at the spot ranital is extremely courteous and helpful.and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they have washroom for the disabled which is still not very commonly found.the food was very nice and fresh and very less waiting time.must visit.

Excellent place to dine n relax with family after long drive. Plenty of free parking space. Excellent very clean toilets for at least 7-8 family members at a single time. Food served is delicious n economical. Specially tawa chapati is also served. Staff is good. Air conditioning restaurant. Open terrace also available for dinning.

Good is good and reasonable price
The only issue is earlier the washroom use to be very clean whereas now it's not at all clean.

Had a quick breakfast.parantha and chhole batura ambience cleanliness and hygeine was best in this route. Staff was good and prompt.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Today at 4: 00pm, we went for lunch at the ranital branch
We were very disappointed by the staff and the quality of food. However the ambience was good.

We ordered a chicken biryani in which we found a COCKROACH?
As soon as we saw it, we complained to the staff.
There was no regret on a single face of the staff. No one apologized.

I hope the owner will look into the matter and do the needful.

Excellent place and I highly recommend.best part is they are open 24X7 and very clean. The guys there are helpful.

Place is clean, staff is not very helpful, food portions was really very small amd not great in taste.

The experience was shocking.
We were served in unwashed cups and plates.staff waz not professional.
Beside this the campus was neat and clean washroom up to the mark.
Advise everyone to please look before what you eat I reported the matter with the guys over there but was quite amused 2 get the response.
If the owner of this hotel is reading my review I am available for any discussion.
If you are not offering hygienic food do your customers then there is sorry state.

This place is very lovely and peaceful. Parking facility is available. Lunch, dinner and breakfast available here at reasonable rates.

Clean place, good food, orders can be given over phone 15min prior reaching this place. They keep food ready when you reach.

अभी शिमला जाते हुए रानीताल- ज्वालाजी रोड पर स्थित एक फूड चेन The Spot में नाश्ता करने रुका तो वहां उपस्थित स्टाफ के एक कर्मचारी ने नाश्ता बनाने से इंकार कर दिया और कहा कि अभी सिर्फ चाय और पकौड़े मिलेंगे तो मैंने उससे कहा की आपके सड़क वाले प्रवेश द्वार पर तो आपने 24 घंटे सर्विस लिख रखा है तो कहता है कि वो ऐसे ही लिख रखा है, अब आप खुद बताइए बेरोज़गारी का रोने वाले लोगों को जब रोज़गार मिलता है तो वो ऐसे अपने रोज़गार के साथ न्याय करते हैं, एक तो लोगों को नौकरी नहीं मिलती है और जिनको मिली है वो ऐसे कामचोर बन जाते हैं और रोना रोज़गार का रोते हैं, जहां तक मुझे जानकारी है दी स्पॉट नामक फूड चेन पंजाब से संबंधित किसी एनआरआई ने खोल रखी है और और प्रदेश में 3 जगह करोड़ों रुपए लगा कर रेस्टोरेंट बनाए हैं, इनमें से एक कांगड़ा में भाली के पास, एक रानीताल के पास और एक बिलासपुर में घागास के पास है क्योकि ये फूड कॉर्नर मेरे विधानसभा क्षेत्र के भाली नामक स्थान में भी है और वहां मुझे 2-3 बार रुकने का मौका मिला पर ऐसा व्यवहार देखने को नहीं मिला अब आप खुद अंदाजा लगाइए कि जिस शक्स ने करोड़ों रुपए खर्च कर के ये सुविधा लोगों के लिए खोली है क्या वो ऐसे निकम्मे और कामचोर कर्मचारियों की बदौलत देश और प्रदेश को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर की सुविधा देने में कामयाब हो जाएगा. शर्मनाक.
